Best New Plumbing Installation in Raleigh NC

I've given Dustin from Urgent Care Plumbing all plumbing responsibilities since early 2016 (both emergency work and scheduled finish work). This has given me the opportunity to see his work on many projects, which is very consistent in quality. He gets the job done correctly, does not cut any corners, leaves the area clean, and is very fair with pricing. Extremely Unprofessional. I called in for an emergency appointment, and they accepted the job around 11:00 a.m. I had water pouring through a floor into the level below, and it was a true emergency. I called 5 times to find out when they would be coming out, and they never returned my call. At 4:00 in the afternoon, they said they wouldn't be able to make the visit. They really left me hanging in a bad situation.

Great experience and super fast. Our sump pump was broken and a lot of water in our crawl space from all the rain this winter. We also had a very clogged shower. Jose and the other plumber were super fast, very respectful of our home (always wiped mud off and wore boot covers before coming inside), wore masks and kept proper social distancing. Also, the prices seemed very reasonable, and they accept credit cards or checks for payment.

I called the main number at 1:45pm, and by 4:30pm everything was fixed, installed and cleaned up. Jose did a great job going over everything that they did, and double checked that we were happy with everything before they left. Will not hesitate to use Jayk's again!

I have had Joe come out to my home twice now for different things. I even recommended him to my friend/neighbor. He is very professional and extremely courteous. Always on time and considerate. I was out of heat for 3 days over Xmas eve and Xmas day. I called a dozen different companies that advertised they were open 24/7/365 and for emergencies and no one bothered to answer. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it and all for a reasonable price even though it was a “holiday”. I will call him for every issue moving forward.

I began having water backup in my master bathroom when taking showers, and within a few days, it escalated into water AND sludge spitting out of the sinks. I was referred to TCR by my regular plumber, since it seemed to be a drainage issue. I called TCR on a Monday morning about 8:30 am, received a call back before 9:30 am that a service person was on the way. He arrived within 10 minutes, was able to diagnose the problem immediately (roots clogging our drainage pipe), and had it fixed within 30 minutes. That's what I call awesome service. I will not hesitate to call TCR again for plumbing problems, and I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family in the Raleigh/Cary/Apex area.

If you get the wrong person on the phone, they'll serve you attitude for being any kind of frustrated with your situation. But every time I called, there were communication inconsistencies within their records or no record of a call, part ordered, or callback. I have some experience and therefore exercised a lot of patience and grace.But now I'm done with playing phone tag and the wiles of going corporate. If you would have your family and children sit in a home with a non working unit for over a week, please post a TikTok. I bet it's hilarious and emotionally packed.Do NOT recommend this company for your needs. We replaced a 14 yo system, after having zero issues in the years since I purchased this property. Since installing the new unit from SE and signing up for the (dis)Advantage program, we've had to call about once per quarter to fix the same part. They do not keep you updated or keep their records straight. It seems they are understaffed and do not have the infrastructure to support all the service calls they get. Aaaaaand they upsell for products that don't even fulfill the sales pitch. Their prices and policies are NOT in your best interest and the experience could add significant hassle and hardship for your household.Go local. Find a small business with solid history. Sorry SE, the Times, they are a-changing. Folks aren't buying it anymore. CEOs need to support their managers and division leaders better, I guess. Profits over people doesn't last.These guys absolutely took advantage of pregnant me while my husband was out of town and I had three littles with temps at 20° outside and no family nearby. The local guy acts human and follows through.RUN AWAY!

Eugene is absolutely wonderful. I have contacted him on numerous occasions. One call was so minor, to him, that he didn’t even charge me. Once, I had a plumbing emergency late in the day and he made sure to fit me in his schedule to make the necessary repairs. Always professional and very knowledgeable with plumbing issues. Very reliable, if he says he’s coming, he’ll be there. Took the time to explain the problem. Cleaned up after his work. Prices are more than fair. He’s the best!

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

After looking on Nextdoor to see who had the best reviews for a repiping of a house one name kept coming up over and over, Waite Plumbing. Having used them now myself I am also giving them an awesome review. The owner Mike is very professional, patient with my questions and fairly priced. The crew he sent was respectful of my house, my time and left the house clean. I will now use them as my plumbers when needed. Thank you so much!

This is a great company. They were kind, professional, honest, prompt, and helpful. Given the level of service, we were shocked at how great their price was. They really were the best of both worlds - great service and a great price.
