I've given Dustin from Urgent Care Plumbing all plumbing responsibilities since early 2016 (both emergency work and scheduled finish work). This has given me the opportunity to see his work on many projects, which is very consistent in quality. He gets the job done correctly, does not cut any corners, leaves the area clean, and is very fair with pricing. Fasco has come out to our house a handful of times now for various plumbing problems. (Mostly due to the hell that is polybutylene pipes.) I have no complaints at all about their service. They've been straightforward, do good and honest work, and have had good prices. I wouldn't think twice about recommending them.

Jose came out for a leaking kitchen faucet. He arrived exactly on time and quickly found out there was just a loose piece and nothing needed to be replaced. He was kind enough to not charge for the service and relieved a lot of stress from expecting an expensive repair. Very professional and down to earth service, I will definitely be coming back to Jayk's for all my plumbing needs in the future.

We noticed a few days ago that water has been entering our pantry for a while, and has already damaged the floor. This morning we realized it was coming from the washing machine. Called Ben Franklin, and they got a guy here within 2 hours. The fellow knew what he was doing, quickly diagnosed the problem as related to an inadequate laundry drain pipe. He thought the best solution would be to replace the drain from the laundry room down through the crawl space to the far corner of the house. He warned me that it wouldn't be cheap, and would take a day of work. I was pleasantly surprised when the whole job was finished before 4 PM.

They were fantastic! I was fit into their schedule, thankfully. They replaced my water heater. They cleaned up more than they had too! The gentlemen were kind, respectful, and very knowledgeable. They answered all my questions. The price was fair and reasonable. Highly, highly, highly recommend them!

I recently had a water fitting break outside of my house which needed to be replaced. TCR rooting was able to come out and fix it within an hour for a very reasonable price. Very thankful and happy with their service

I used this company multiple times. Initially everything was great. And the customer service was nice. For my last plumbing issue, I was told a perfectly good faucet could not be repaired, was upsold an unnecessary repair and then told the only way to end the leaking toilet was to install a water pressure valve. With the unnecessary purchase of 2 faucets and the cost of a second plumber, I spent thousands on a $100 problem. I later learned this same company charged my 86 year old father to replace a pipe that did not need to be replaced.

Daniel McElveen came out to my house today for scheduled maintenance. On time, professional and clearly explained everything being done. Great job!

Joel C came out to fix my heating unit. He was very professional, and very knowledgeable about the problem with my heating unit. Overall, he did a great job, and I would recommend him and Weather Master to my family and friends.

Daniel Brothers did an INCREDIBLE job on our home remodel project and my family & I could not be more pleased. Our house needed A TON of work and we had no idea where to start but Bryce was able to help bring our vision to reality!! These guys are true masters of their craft and the quality of their work is remarkable; Everyone that comes into our home is blown away. Their honestly, respectfulness and workmanship have won a customer for life. Thanks again to everyone at DB who helped make our house into a home and we are looking forward to our next project!!

We have a leak in a bathroom sink which Eugene D via Daniel “repaired” 8 months ago. Brand new parts were purchased and they installed.

The entire assembly came apart this week and water was leaking worse than before. Eugene’s response was to share that we were way past their labor warranty and offered an even higher price to come out and fix again showing no concern for what seems to be poor workmanship the first time.

I was persuaded by all the great comments here to use this outfit. Would you expect a sink with new parts installed to work longer than 8 months? I do!

Edit as of 8/17: we received another response by Eugene D, blaming the situation on the new parts. While trying to defend his work he admitted that they knew the product we had bought from Lowe’s was not good and wouldn’t last, but since we didn’t ask, they installed it anyway. This of course gives them the chance to charge us again for the same project. In my experience, this is not someone who will partner with you when/if anything goes wrong.

Fair warning: it seems most of the glowing feedback on here is immediately after the project and not months later…

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Waite Plumbing replaced our polybutylene piping in our house. They were helpful, informative, and efficient. We are very confident in the job and their work.

We had a late emergency with our water heater. Will & his team were very responsive, they took care of the water coming out of the system and returned the next day with a new unit. Once again thank you for being the only one out of a few phone calls to respond in the manner you did.

Called the big guys and they quoted me over $800 because they could not just fix the shower dripping. Axis came for about a10th of that and it’s been working great since. Thanks guys!

Preston arrived on time and was very efficient in diagnosing the problem and getting the repair completed. He checked the overall system, which was in good shape, and made recommendations for maintaining it in good condition. He communicated the expected costs prior to making the repair. We will definitely use Air Experts again.

I had an appointment scheduled for 2:00pm to install a new dishwasher. The plumber showed up over 1 hour early without any call. He looked at the pipes for the dishwasher and told me he hates to install dishwashers. He didn’t want to do it. He offered me the name of a handyman located several towns away. He said he was going to have to tell the assistant to stop giving him dishwasher install jobs. I asked if they had another plumber on staff to do it. He said “I’m the only one”. He asked what other plumbing I needed. Of course I said no. I will be calling another provider. I do not recommend this company.
