Matt was professional and gave options on how to repair our water leak. We took the less costly option in hopes of rectifying the issue. While repairing the leak, Matt assessed a slow drip in our shower and made recommendations. A neighbor referred Midtown and I would highly recommend as well.

After working with other companies and not getting the issues fixed we are happy to have Service Experts now. Daniel did a great job! They were able to come out even though their schedule was full and the issue was fixed immediately.

I called for an appointment after receiving an estimate and they were able to get me in on the next business day. I had a new kitchen faucet installed (the old one leaked), a leaky drain repaired and a under sink water filter installed. James, who owns the business, arrived on time and promptly got to work. He had everything installed and took the time to make sure everything was working properly so quickly. It took maybe an hour, far less than what was estimated and the price was really affordable. I really appreciated that they were able to complete what I needed so quickly and at a price I could afford. Sink doesn't leak anymore, faucet doesn't drip and the tap water tastes great now!

We called CPR yesterday for setting a toilet back and re installing a vanity in our half bath. The lady that answered the phone was very sweet and nice. This is the best Plumbing company in the Triangle! We have used them many many times for items at our home and our business. They have helped us with small things like fixing a broken toilet to significant items like installing a commercial dishwasher, water softener systems, installing new outside spigots etc. They are easy to get on the phone (not often you can say that these days!), they have great customer service and are also reasonably priced.
