This local and independent provider was timely, cost effective and most of all professional. I truly believe you get what you pay for. After trying to get an unlicensed neighborhood troll to get the job done, I thought it was in my absolute best interests to get a licensed professional. Some jobs are better left to the professionals and Felix was absolutely professional. He came in, verified the job, gave the quote, and performed exactly what was requested and a little more. His services were superior. I got new granite countertops and sink installed in my kitchen. He reinstalled drains, garbage disposal, cleaned and sealed pipe from dish washer , installed new p-traps, and organized and fastened the areas. This provider rocks without breaking the budget!!!! If needed again, I know who to call

I wouldn’t trust any other! Matthew repaired a mainline at our other home about 5 years ago and he was relatively new in his business. He was honest, reliable and reasonably priced. Here we are now, new home and his company has grown exponentially, and he has an incredible Expert Tech in Sam. They’re in business to help people and make an honest living by being honest, trustworthy, reliable and responsible. Sam just replaced a toilet, pressure valve and recirculating tank for the tankless HWH. Love this guy and love Matthew’s Plumbing Solutions.

We researched over 10 companies for a tankless water heater. We wanted our tank water heater, in the attic, removed and a new tankless unit installed on the outside of our house. I discussed our project with Matt and he came out to the house to view our application and provide a written quote. Matthews's proposed the best product and solution to meet our needs. We had them install a Navien tankless unit with a built in recirculation pump for instant hot water. Their team was awesome! They were on-time, professional, clean and took additional time to ensure a professional installation. Matt was fantastic. He worked with me to understand all of my expectations and needs and even came up with a few improvements beyond what we agreed upon to maximize the gas system throughout my home. While planning the project, he was very thorough in his prep to ensure we have no issues with inspection or performance for my appliances. I had matthew's plumbing come fix a few issues. He contacted me about an hour prior to the appointment time to inform me he was running behind and offered to reschedule or if I was available later. Matt came right away to diagnose our problem, told us what we needed to do to get ready for his crew to make the repairs. Zach and his helper arrived on time and finished in record time. I have no idea if Matthew's Plumbing is the least expensive or not; in truth I don't care. There are some services you can't put a price on. I've had to call Matthew's on two separate occasions: once to install a hot water heater in the Spring and most recently to rebuild two toilets. Both occasions I was able to set up service for the very next day. The price quoted over the phone was exactly what I paid down to the penny. The tech was professional, courteous, respectful of my time and arrived at or before the prearranged appointment time. I hope I never have to call a plumber again, but if so--no question, I'll call Matthew's without a doubt. Customer for life! I highly recommend!

Matthew's Plumbing saved Christmas for my family. Coming into Christmas weekend with a clogged sink and dishwasher was not anything I was excited about. They worked me into their busy schedule and the technician Wayne was sooo super nice. They are also VERY reasonable and honest. I highly recommend this company to everyone.

Norman did a GREAT job repairing my water heater control valve. This involved draining the tank, replacing the valve/thermostat, filling and testing....all done quickly in my very hot attic. Hot water again! No runs, no drips, no errors as the old paint commercial used to say.

Sam from Matthew’s Plumbing Solutions came to my house today and I could not have been more impressed with the company and Sam. They were on time, extremely knowledgeable and gave me suggestions and advice on a future plumping project. Sam had several different ideas on how I could address plumbing issues in my home. It’s clear this company really looks out for and cares about their customer! The repairs made today were supposed to be done yesterday by another company who gave me a four hour window and showed up three hours late with an astronomical quote. I hired Matthew's Plumbing Solutions to complete a rough-in plumbing installation for a bathroom addition to the rear of our home. It required a completely new drain line to be installed from the rear of the home to a clean-out at the front (75 ft. run). Matthew's was extremely easy to work with from the initial contact through the completion of the work. The office staff communicated everything in a timely manner, the on-site crew was knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with, and Matt the owner stopped by to make sure things were going well. On top of that, their price was very competitive. All around it was a great project, and I would highly recommend them.

I shopped around for tankless installation and Matt's responsiveness and thorough explanation of options trumped all. Had a great experience with Matthew's plumbing today. We needed to get backflow installation in our commercial space and Matt and his crew did a great job! What was initially outstanding service turned into an inflated estimate for follow up work [tried to charge me a for a septic tank locate that was completed on the first trip] and a series of rescheduling of the follow up work based on the weather and their staffing issues. I was as flexible as possible with the rescheduling of the outdoor work due to weather, Matthew's Plumbing was not willing to work with me on any schedule but their own.

I was referred to Matt by another plumber. He was out promptly for an issue with my rental house. He did the repairs (and actually a little extra) for a reasonable price. I was happy with the quality service.

Blake was very efficient. He explained what needed to be done and gave me the best and worst case scenario on cost. He estimated time it would take to complete job and finished ahead of schedule. Good work!

Matthews Plumbing is one of the most unprofessional businesses in the Triangle. I called them to check a SMALL leak from my upstairs toilet that only effected one ceiling tile, they came and told me they needed to replace the seal and left. THAT SAME DAY I came home from work and my entire bathroom, where they had replaced the seal, was flooded. I have never had any issues until they worked on the issue. They took zero responsibility and told me that it was because my toilet was old.

Super disappointed in the quality of service and response from the company.

I had an estimate done by another company (ARS) since Matthew's was pretty booked up. While I've had good luck with ARS in the past I wasn't very impressed with what I got this time, and the job I needed done was going to be very expensive. I kept my appointment with Matthew's and they came out with two technicians. They were very knowledgeable and polite. End result: in two hours they finished about 2/3 of the work that I had originally wanted estimated, and for about 1/5 of the estimated cost. (I chose not to have the other 1/3 of the project done just yet.)
In fairness to ARS, they stand by their quotes so they may very well have estimated high (and actually charged me less when the problems ended up being simpler to solve), but I was still very happy with the service from Matthew's and will absolutely look to them first in the future. They were super competent, efficient, and easy to work with.

Deshawn was quick, solved our problem and answered any questions that I had along the way. He was very friendly and I commend him for coming out on a Sunday within the hour to handle our sewage situation. That's not how anyone wants to spend a Sunday. He really was very kind and very helpful. My neighbor pointed out this morning that what looked like sewage was coming up in the yard. I called roto rooter first but saw a bunch of negative reviews about their pricing and customers comments on the work, so instead I called Mathew's Plumbing. I cannot really compare pricing for an emergency like this, but I felt more comfortable going with Mathews from their website and customer feedback. I felt like they would make sure I was taken care of to the fullest. I learned a lot about how the sewer line works now as a first time home owner. Turns out my sewage cleanout drain has not had a cap since we moved here 4 years ago (I didn't know it was even there). So grass and a few sticks have fallen in through the years and causes a blockage. THANK GOD that it wasn't a broken pipe or sewage flowing back into the house. Definitely recommend!

These guys are the best! They are extremely helpful and enjoy what they do. I had an entire house that needed to be re-plumbed. I met with several other contractors for estimates, and these guys had the best prices and quality of work, by far. They scheduled and came out for the estimate quickly and with no fees, unlike many other competitors. Matthew and Sam did great work and completed the job (an entire house) in 2 days! They are friendly and only look to help you. Any recommendations are just their professional opinion. They didn't try to sell me anything or add on to the price as the job progressed. The guys also worked around our schedules without complaint. I cannot recommend Matthew and his crew enough. These guys were hands down the best plumbers I've worked with. I will be continuing to work exclusively with them in the future. As a contractor, I like honest, hard-working subcontractors, and Matthew's group can't be beat if you want high quality work at a very reasonable price.

We used Matthews Plumbing, based on reviews and their experience with Navien tankless heaters. Our master shower hot water temperature was varying in temperature and the hot water was frequently shutting off entirely during a shower. The technician (Matt) showed up on time and determined that our shower adjustment cartridge behind the handle was sticky and in need of replacement. After replacement and testing, we thought the problem was resolved. Several days later, we had a repeat of the problem, so we called for a return visit. A technician (Sam) came out the next day and found that our shower head O-Ring had deteriorated over the years. Once removed, everything worked great. Both technicians, as well as the office staff, were courteous and knowledgeable. The pricing for the initial repair and routine service on our tankless heater was reasonable. The callback visit was not charged. We are glad we used Matthews Plumbing and will use them in the future.

When you have a water leak, and have to shut off the water what do you want to happen? Of course you want your water back on, you’d like it as soon as humanly possible, you would like the person to be personable, responsive, know his business, and you would like it to be reasonable.
While that might seem to be asking to much on s 95 degree day, and after working a full day, that is exactly what I received!
It started with a phone call to Matthews Pluming where someone ( his wife 😉)
answered promptly, was very nice and told me he could come out after hours the same day! I was beyond thrilled. That is just what happened. I was diagnosed, and repaired in a very timely manner. Matthew even went the extra mile and checked the water pressure, gave me an estimate in case my water heater which was sitting in the water would need to be repaired, we had a nice chat and he was on his way . What a pleasant experience! I have his magnet on my refrigerator and will certainly use him in the future!

Wow I called to give them business today at 2 properties and she was SO RUDE and said no because I was a property manager?? I had 2 small jobs and would have been a paying customer. Big mistake. Zero stars. Charged me $455 to run a snake, find the blockage and then NOT clear it. Tech didn't even try to cut through with the snake. They wanted to charge me an ADDITIONAL $800 more on top of the $455 to come back and jet the line the next day. They were already talking about needing to dig it all up ($$$). When I complained, they offered to give me a partial refund only if I would commit to even more services from them. No. I called a different experienced company who came the next day and cleared the line in short order without issues. Avoid.

These guys are my go to plumbers. I have recently done a bathroom remodel in my new (old) home in Wendell, NC. They were there to remove all the old fixtures and toilet for my GC to come in and do their thing. Once everything was ready the were there in a snap to get the rough in work completed, then there to get the trim out of the new fixtures install. The process with them was very easy from the first phone call to the end result. They have helped out with other small plumbing issues I have had in my home as well. When I call in and speak to Patrick its always hey Patrick this is Patrick, and then he is able to get me scheduled and taken care of. You can tell these guys are about customer service. This is my second time using Matthew's plumbing. I was trying to connect a natural gas heater in my garage and Matt was able to come out and explain what was needed to make this work. He called the plumbing supply store and setup a material list so I could pick the materials up and perform the installation myself. So my family and I moved into a new place with a 40 gal water heater on the second floor, right in between two guest rooms. The tank was the original and I just didn't feel comfortable with its location. Matt removed the old water heater and installed a new tankless in the crawl space. The installation is clean and professional - something one expects from a plumber, but doesn't always get. We're very happy with the new location and the built-in recirculating pump is a fantastic bonus. My kitchen faucet supplies hot water in under a second! Gotta love it.

We are very pleased with the new tankless water heater Matt installed for us. Matt presented several options and patiently explained the pros and cons regarding tank vs. tankless water heaters and even suggested installing the tankless water heater in our crawlspace to save room in our garage and provide a better environment for the heater. Due to improper diagnostics from another plumber, I found myself without hot water. Turns out my hot water heater failed. Thank you God for Mathews Plumbing Solutions! In a panic after flushing my diamond wedding ring down the toilet I called Mathews Plumbing Solutions at 10:30at night!! I spoke with the owner and he gave a good ( and quite accurate) description of what his crew could do to try and retrieve my ring. I had a crew member at my home within an hour. I struggled with another plumbing group who worked with a home warranty company to get the kitchen drain working for almost a year. They came out five times and finally quoted me an outrageous price to finally fix it after all that. I declined. Matt Wall came out and within two visits, he had the kitchen drain working, a leaky pipe fixed, and two outside faucets replaced for about a fifth of the price quoted by the other company.

I've used Matthew's plumbing on two separate occasions. The first more serious service call was when the water heater went out. The technician came out after 6pm, for no extra charge, evaluated the problem and fixed the water heater all in the same day for an extremely reasonable price. They walked me through everything that needed to be done and why my water heater had stopped working.

The second time was to replace some leaking faucets at the house. He told me to go to Home Depot and buy whatever faucets I liked because it would save me money! They replaced them.

We had a leak problem with our downstairs toilet which is on a slab foundation; it also would occasionally run. I called Matthew’s Plumbing Solutions and spoke with Kimber who was so helpful with estimates and subsequent scheduling. Zech came out and took care of our problems. He was punctual, courteous and very knowledgeable. He pulled the toilet and found that there was a problem with the wax ring. He replaced the wax ring, fill valve and flapper in no time. I am so glad to have found a plumbing service that I feel is dependable and trustworthy!

The entire experience from scheduling to completion was simply excellent! And the plumbers were fantastic in every way. Extremely good at their craft, incredibly friendly, and truly made the difference!

The company stands behind it's work and that counts for a lot and they do great work, most of the time. Unfortunately my gas line installation didn't go well, it leaked. They worked on it and it still leaked. They worked on it again and it still leaked. Finally they sent another crew that ripped out the origiinal work, put in all new lines and it was good and passed inspection. Every company makes mistakes and the important thing is how they handle the mistakes -- Matthew's Plumbing were professional at every step and kept working until it was correct. But I have to be honest that it was aggravating becaus days and weeks passed and the gas company wanted to charge me $3500 for not having service yet (they didn't when I explained the delay). My main gripe is that I paid plumber's wages and got an apprentice. Once an experienced plumber showed up, on the 4th trip, it went smoothly. There were a few other hiccups that weren't their fault like the inspector didn't see the shut off valve and forgot to check for CO2 detectors, but that was minor in the scheme of things.

Very satisfied with the speed, quality and reasonable pricing. My hot water tank went out on a Sunday and they were the only company that promptly answered my calls with a live person and scheduled service within 2hrs of my call. Service was professional and friendly. They took the time to answer all my questions patiently - and I do ask a lot of questions :)

Our water heater recently stopped working without any warning. We discovered Matthew's Plumbing through a glowing recommendation from our usual plumber who was not able to help us. We first talked to Kimber, his wife who handles his calls. She understood our situation and had Matthew call us as soon as possible. Within 30 minutes Matthew called me back. I explained about our situation and he said he would be over within two hours to replace it. Apparently he does not believe that anyone should be without hot water and will do anything to come out to replace it. We thought it would at least be the next day when I called him at about 2pm. We were surprised and delighted that he was willing to come over to replace it that day. Before he came over, Matthew researched our replacement options for our particular situation; calling me to explain options and cost as he rode to the supply house to get what we needed. Matthew was at our house at 5:45 and by 7:45 we had our new hot water heater in place and working. We found Matthew to be knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and demonstrated a great sense of humor. His customer service was outstanding and we highly recommend him to you for any of your plumbing needs especially to replace a hot water heater that might go out abruptly like ours. Matt and his guys installed a tankless water heater, water softener, and ran gas lines to several locations in the house. I was pleased with the price and impressed with the quality of their work. We were also having lots of electrical work done at the same time and Matt worked with the electricians to make sure all the permitting was complete. He and his guys did a very thorough and neat job. They also do a good job of communicating when they will be onsite and call to let you know if they are running behind or may show up a little early. Matt and is team are real life savers! We had a blockage in our main sewer line. Within an hour Matt had the water flowing again!!! We hired this company to fix a toilet that was clogged in our townhome. The technician stopped by, took and look and tried to fix it with an auger and could not, and told us that this needs the toilet itself to be replaced. He gave us a quote ($200 plus toilet cost) to replace the toilet and then charged us $150.

I've just started working with Matt after spending months trying to find a good plumber to use personally for my own home as well as for my rental properties. Matt came highly recommended from a plumber who is nearing retirement and isn't able to do as much work. We had Matthew’s replace a water heater that started leaking mid day. They were here promptly the next morning to replace the water heater. While here we had them replace several other valves and a water pressure regulator. Matt and Deshawn were polite and professional and had all work completed within a few hours. Will definitely use them in the future.

I had a loose toilet and two toilets that ran occasionally. Felix was very nice but quoted me just under 600. I really should have asked for details but as it turns out he replaced a bunch of parts I did not need. My toilets are less than four years old he “rebuilt” all three - completely unnecessary. This place got good reviews but my experience with Felix is like the shady mechanic who makes a bunch of repairs you don’t need. Wayne is coming back on Monday to fix the tacky work Felix did because now two of my toilets take twice as long to fill and the handle is all messed up. I will be voicing my complaints with management. It took me three weeks to get an appointment so they must be getting good business . Why the need to rip folks off? To be continued after Wayne comes through. But my recommendation: find another plumber!

Really awful service!!!

I needed a plumbing assessment to see what needed to be done for a potential plumbing issue.

I spoke to Matt about a week ago and was given a vague 2 hour call window for a FREE assessment (I was told the estimate would be FREE of charge) .

He told me that the next day, between the hours of 10:00AM & 12:00 PM, I’d receive a phone call, and be given a 30 minute warning for the plumbers arrival time. I explained that it would be difficult to be so flexible given my husbands work schedule and that we need an appointment with an exact time or at least an appointment window in which a visit would be guaranteed. I was even open to waiting another day or so for a more exact appointment. He told me that there was no way to guarantee an appointment time and that this would be the case no matter which day I do it.

The following day I waited at home from 10:00am-12:00pm and no one showed up. I called the office at 12:15PM and spoke to a woman that told me that she didn't see me on the schedule at all. I was extremely frustrated and upset, but at this point I just wanted to resolve our plumbing issue so I agreed to an appointment for another day between 1:00PM & 2:30PM.

I received a phone call at 9:33AM on September 12th and was told that they’d arrive in half an hour.

Two big men arrived around 10:00AM, and “assessed” our plumbing concerns.

They didn't adjust or fix anything, they barely even had a look around. When they were finished they told me that their “assessment” would be $75.00+ tax. I told them that I was told (by Matt) it would be a FREE assessment and that I was informed that there would NOT be any charge involved. They insisted that they needed a payment…. So I called the office and spoke to a woman who explained that I’d have to pay the fee even if I was initially told otherwise. She was not at all apologetic and after much back and forth offered me a “discount”.

I was very upset about this but I honestly felt very intimidated and scared that these 2 big men and feared that they might harm me and my 2 year old daughter if I didn’t pay them since they were in my home and the doors were closed, my husband was out of town on a business trip and I had my 2 year old daughter with me and I was genuinely concerned for hers and my safety, IN MY OWN HOME!! I was so scared that I paid them $48.25 so that they would leave and not harm me or my daughter.

This was an awful, terrifying and traumatic experience for me all around and I would NEVER recommend anyone to use Matthews Plumbing Solutions who employee FEAR and INTIMIDATION tactics to squeeze people out of unearned money and to STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM Matthews Plumbing Solutions.

Matt was awesome. Two months ago, I had an 80 gallon tank that was outputting nothing but brown water. We have an existing circulation system in place and I didn't want to lose the instant hot water with the new system. I wasn't sure the tankless option would work, but Matt patiently answered all my questions, calling Navien a couple of times to confirm the setup. I ended up with an great system. Matt matched the copper pipes that were already in use and the install is perfect. It takes up much less space and after two months of use, we love it. Lower operating costs and phone app control are very cool as well. I highly recommend Matthew's Plumbing!

Professional and efficient!

Matthew's Plumbing saved us when our hot water heater busted. Duke Energy said they no longer made that size heater and we would have to spend tons of money to resize the opening to the attic. Matthew's Plumbing replaced it the next day with the same size heater! This time they replaced a sink faucet. Zech was so nice and professional! He replaced the faucet in a out 30 minutes. Highly recommend!!

I called several plumbers on a Saturday morning and Matthews Plumbing Solutions was the only one to respond. I was desperate because the alarm going off on my water heater and there was no hot water. I bought a fancy water heater and Matthew was very honest and upfront about the fact that he had never worked on this type of water heater before. He asked me to text him pictures and instructions as he wanted to make sure that he could service it before having to charge me the after hours fee. I really appreciated that. He came out and ended up calling the manufacturer and discovered that a part needed to be replaced. The part came in on Tuesday and a technician from Matthews team was there first thing Wednesday morning. I will definitely use Matthews Plumbing Solutions again and refer them to my friends and family. Thank you Matthew for giving me hot water again!!!!

After writing the review below, A manager at Matthew's called me and came back to check the work himself. The problem needed to be fixed by a refrigerator repairman, so it wasn't the valve. I feel the manager returning the look at the work really showed he cared. So I have updated my review from 1 start to 4. My husband and I still believe that we were overcharged for the work so that is why 4 stars.

We were looking forward to getting our refrigerator fixed. With all the positive reviews we thought we would get really good service. We moved the fridge and opened the wall for the plumber to work. We were told the name of the plumber that would be coming, but someone else came. He seemed lazy. He fixed the valve, but didn't really do a complete job. It was WAY OVER charged for the work he did and the lack of effort to complete it.

Excellent service! Prompt and professional! Will be using and referring him again!

After our tank water heater in the attic began to bulge and leak we needed a replacement quickly. Matt from Matthew's Plumbing Solutions came out and provided us with a couple quotes including replacing the existing setup and a slick new tankless water heater in the crawlspace. He explained everything clearly and answered all the questions we had. Within a few days we had a new tankless system in the crawlspace installed by Matt and his team. Not only was their work clean and tidy but they fixed a couple existing issues including a new house shut-off valve for a very reasonable additional charge while they were out. We'll be sure to call Matthew's Plumbing Solutions in the future.

I had a great experience with Matthew's plumbing, they arrived right on time and were very professional. Excellent work as well, I'm very happy I used them.

As a homeowner, you frequently find yourself in the position of having to hire out repair work to specialists (plumbers, electricians, etc.). It is not always possible to get multiple estimates on these repairs since they are usually of a time sensitive nature and most of these specialists will charge you just to come out and look at the issue. You then find yourself in the position of wondering whether the price you are charged is fair, or if the serviceperson has taken advantage of the situation. When you find a company you trust, much of that worry about being overcharged can be avoided.

I thought I had found a company I could trust in Matthew's Plumbing Solutions. I had them do work on my house a couple of times in the past and felt they did good work and charged a fair price. Yesterday, however, I had them repair a leak in the lines supplying and leaving my water heater and feel the price charged was not commensurate with the work performed. I was charged over $580 for the replacement of the water heater in and out hoses and the installation of copper fittings to connect the hoses to my house pex lines. Compared both to previous work they have done for me and my own gauge of what would be appropriate, this seemed excessive.

I give the company 3 stars, because the work they do has always been good. However, if you can't trust them not to take advantage of you when you are in quick need of plumbing help, then I cannot recommend them. I will be looking elsewhere the next time I need a plumber.

I can't say enough good things about Matthew's Plumbing Solutions but I'll try. Firstly, I was lucky to get someone on the phone after 5:00pm and was to my delight scheduled for first thing the next morning to handle a sewer back up issue! I was told they would arrive at 9:00am and they did. Sam and Zeck were both attentive, knowledgeable, polite, efficient and quoted me before any service began. It's no fun dealing with a backed up sewer line but I immediately felt like I was in great hands. Sam was able to clear the clog after dealing with a very cantankerous ancient iron clean-out cap (by the street) hope I got that right. He worked very hard with great determination to make it right. I can not begin to explain how awesome of a company Matthew's Plumbing Solutions are, our issue was that we did not have any water. I'd say within 10-15 mins of diagnosing the issue it was determined that our well pump had went bad. Matt and Austin were so great and that is an understatement! I have worked with Matthew’s plumbing on many occasions. I have worked with Wayne, Sam, and Matt. All of which have done great work. They handle all the plumbing for any jobs that I have going on. Where to begin? Matt was recommended to us by our contractor on a day when our Inground pool was being installed and the water main was accidentally broken in two. we needed our navien tankless water heater cleaned Sam came right over and got the job done.He's very knowledgeable and listens to concerns.Our unit is only 2 yrs old and always took a long time to heat up.We've had other plumbers do work and and told them our concern about the heater and most of them just shrugged their head and said that's normal
Sam found a few thing wrong with the installation fixed it and now the water is heating much faster! I'm very impressed by him!

I called Matthew's Plumbing to help fix a permanently clogged line. They came out immediately, were extremely courteous, and gave me an estimate that was reasonable and within my budget. We were without hot water due to a defective older water heater. Matt brought a 3 man crew and and an electrican over the next evening so we could immediately have hot water from our new tankless heater. We had a leak from a pipe in our ceiling and called Matthews Plumbing based on the great reviews. I received a called from I believe, Matthew himself and he was kind and professional. I had an appoint that day and my two techs even arrived earlier than scheduled. Sam and Deshaun were so nice, they worked so efficiently and completely professional. It was a rainy morning and they even took off their shoes and wore booties to enter my home without me even asking. They were also masked. I am so satisfied with the work done. I can't believe we've had our Navien system for over a year now. We really love it! Michael at Matthew's Plumbing came and descaled the system, replaced a laundry sink faucet for us, and replaced leaking valves for the washing machine water supply. Matthew's plumbing installed a new Navien tankless water heater for us. If you want to deal with a family-owned business that really cares, this is the company you should call. They are very responsive, professional, and fairly priced. They even came out on Sunday to put the Navien tankless heater in. Lastly, they explained everything every step of the way. We are happy with our new Navien heater. It's very quiet and we love the recirculator feature that gets hot water to every one of our faucets in less than 5 seconds.

I will definitely be calling Matthew's Plumbing Solutions next time I need help. It was Saturday night when we discovered our Sump Pump was broken at our Restsurant, and we didn't want to have to close till Monday when supply houses open.Matthew knew someone who would open for him early Sunday morning and he was able to put in a new pump in by by noon on Sunday. His prices were reasonable and he couldn't have been nicer. We also had him fix a leaky faucet while he was there, saving us another travel charge. Don't hesitate to call Matthew.

Fantastic service! We called Matthew's Plumbing Solutions after a friend referred us and reached Wayne. After briefly describing our issue, he promptly visited our home (we did not wait long at all). Wayne was knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous in explaining all aspects of our plumbing issues, which we greatly appreciated. More than that, he fixed the issue quickly and gained a customer!

Great experience. They unclogged a pipe in a timely manner and cleaned up everything nicely. They were very friendly and considerate (wearing shoe coverings and masks, knocking on door if they needed to go out and come back in). I would definitely call on them again for any other plumbing issues.

Did a fairly large renovation on my 1958 home. I hired multiple trade people and Matthew's Plumbing was by far the best to work with. Detailed quoting system, follow-up, timely communication. Showed up when he said he would, on time, cleaned up after themselves. Worked with me when issues came up and found resolutions. He re-plumbed my entire house, put in a tank-less water heater, installed 3 toilets, two showers, a tub, three sinks (vanity and pedestal). Changed out gas lines for me, put in my gas dryer and stove. Passed all inspections. Great to work with. Would highly recommend to friends, family, co-workers.

Great fast service

I cannot say enough great things about Matthew’s Plumbing Solutions! Water main busted and yard was flooded, and after wasting time with Roto-Rooter and a couple other local guys I was lucky enough to heed the other amazing reviews about the good people at Matthew’s plumbing.

My mom has cancer and is elderly and I’m taking care of her so her needs are beyond normal and these guys (and lady) worked it out well enough (without the high pressure sales tactics & taking advantage of my situation like other companies tried to with their astronomical interest rates on financing) that I was up and running with water again before Florence was scheduled to get bad!

Their positive attitudes and excellent quote for the work was topped off with the best service I’ve ever had dealing with any type of contractor in my life, so trust me- call them and see for yourself and thank everyone for reviewing a hard working and honest, good people that understand your situation and do the opposite of typical contractors and not only do they not leave you hanging, there’s no pressure or fast talk to try to scheme you out of your hard earned money.

I will only call them in the future because I don’t have time and money to waste, and to me attitude is everything in life. Thanks to them for being so awesome- I saved hundreds of $ and their confidence in what they said was reassuring because what they said made sense- unlike the other plumbers that wanted to find ways to jack the price up and/or pressure me into their financing right then and there.

In addition, they followed through with extra effort to make sure my mom would have water before the hurricane hit and it made me even tear up that people in this world can actually care so much about a customer they don’t even know- and that made such a difference to my family I wanted to write a thorough review (and a warning about trusting those other so-called “pros” who only value your money and yet somehow can’t find the most efficient or economical way to solve your problem).

These guys are a rare breed. Extremely professional, fast, and masters in their trade. They also stand behind their work. I had Matthew come out a few months ago and run new propane lines for our electric to propane range conversion. He was very thorough and answered all my questions. I have also had Wayne out to repair/replace some leaking shower valves in my 70's ranch home. Needless to say, these guys will get all my future plumbing related business. Great company.

Felix (the plumber from Matthew's Plumbing) arrived 20 minutes before the scheduled arrival time to replace a water shut-off valve for my toilet and install an air-vent on the bathroom sink pipe.

Felix, in addition to arriving early, completed all the work quickly, cleaned the area where the work was done, and checked for any leaks... which there were not any. He also explained what was required to complete the work and the cost.

Felix was knowledgeable, courtesy, respectful, neat, professional, responsive.

I needed a new hot water heater installed as an emergency (read: FAST) on a Monday afternoon at 5:45PM. I called around with pretty much no luck until I found Matthew's Plumbing. Kim from Matthew's patiently worked with me to determine the type of water heater I needed and had someone on-site within an hour. Sam and Matt worked with another gentleman that was there removing the standing water from my old, busted water heater. That place was a mess and they diagnosed the issue with the old water heater, replaced it with the new water heater and walked me through operating and caring for my new appliance. I can't thank them enough for helping me out in a pinch. Everyone hopes their water heater will just start leaking to let you know it needs to be replaced. But that's all it is -- HOPE. When the worst happens do you have a plan? You need one. And Matthew's Plumbing should be a part of that plan. They're fantastic!

FELIX iNTESTROZA performed service on my Rinnai Tankless water heater today and took time to explain the descaling process that he performed. He also let me know that my unit was functioning well and upon his inspection of the unit and completion of descaling process, he was able to educate me about the unit and it's function and purpose of the services he performed and how important it is to keep up with maintaining my unit.
I was so happy how the Felix kept the work area clean will working on it and made sure that I was fully satisfied by the visit,. He was very polite and easy to talk to while he helped me. Felix was on time, thorough in his work and did a great job for me today, I think he is a great worker.
I took cards because I know other people in my new subdivision who have tankless water heaters. We often share what work we had done and we relay often upon our word of mouth recommendations when we find good companies to do business with. Please share this feedback with him to let him know how much I appreciated his work today.
