Arbor replaced my leaking water heater. Their quotation was fair relative to others and I chose them because they were able to come out the same day to do the install. Eric was very professional and courteous during the install. He seemed very knowledgeable, answering questions and completing the task efficiently and cleaned up well afterwards. I also like that Arbor was very communicative, providing schedules and updates promptly via text/e-mail. I would use them again for plumbing needs.

So I purchased my home a little over a year ago and honestly i wasn't prepared for all the up keep. That said to save money ive been trying to do most of the projects on my own. For a while i'd been having a hard time instilling my dishwasher, when i was finally tired of pulling my hair out i decided to give these guys a call to see if they could point me in the right direction. The guy i spoke with was very knowledgeable and didn't mind answering my questions. And because of that i was able to get it installed!

Michael came highly recommended. I reached out to him and he was polite and professional. Michael first came to do a reconnect of 3 toilets after we installed flooring throughout the home. He was on time, affordable, and fast. Michael also recommended preventative services that can be performed and answer all my additional questions. This lead me to use him again for a sink reconnect and faucet install. On the day he showed up he recommended that I wait longer for the sink glue to set after my counters were installed. He came back the next day and reworked the under sink plumbing to get it up to higher than minimum standards. Again he was polite, professional, and affordable. He also had an apprentice with him and was teaching the apprentice with patience and understanding. It is my position that if you have a plumbing need you contact Arbor Backflow and Plumbing as Michael has provided the best plumbing service I have ever experienced. Arbor Plumbing and Backflow has been my only plumbing company I have used since I moved into my home five years ago. I had a broken water heater, and they replaced it and had me up and running in the same day. I will not use another plumbing company in the triangle area, because Arbor has taken such great care of me.

So so happy I found Arbor Plumbing when my hot water heater stopped working! I spent the morning getting quotes from bigger names but when I had made a decision, I wasn't getting called back (we started at 9am, so much for same day service). By 4pm, I decided to reach out to someone new. I found Arbor through Angi and great reviews. Mike, the sales mngr, had met set up by 5 with a full quote that was extremely competitive. Andre and Eric were at my house by 7:45 and were not daunted by my narrow little storage closet. They explained the features of my new water heater and told me how to maintain it. They were super nice and left everything better than they found it! I have put Arbor Plumbing in my contacts so I don't have to waste my time next time.

After getting quotes from 4 Plumbing companies for Water Heater Installation, we went with Arbor Plumbing as the price was reasonable, owner Michael was responsive, explained everything clearly and in detail.
