Everything went well. They fixed a bad faucet when I thought it was something much more serious. They actually saved me money by not doing what i thought was wrong!

We had had multiple plumbing issues simultaneously.😩 Alberto and Trevor arrived and put in work! They replaced a faulty tub faucet which had been worked on prior to us moving into the house, and it was horrific to maneuver. They also replaced a toilet that had been malfunctioning for a couple of months. Finally, they replaced a pedestal sink with a vanity sink in our half bath. Their work was amazing and, from what I had researched, cost-effective. Both gentlemen were cordial, accommodating, and productive. Executive Plumbing was phenomenal and we would hire them again!!!

They are fantastic. Our plumber was honest about my issues and what it would take to fix them. He was able to quickly diagnose and fix and even uncovered an issue that is not pressing now but could become a major issue in the future. I was very satisfied.

Mr. Walker is a professional who makes you feel like family. We had an outdoor kitchen built and wanted to have a sink installed (includes running plumbing with hookups back to the septic system). The pricing was absolutely fair (the best of five estimates attained from local reputable businesses). We were very impressed with how he explained the work tasks and timeline to completion (this was our first “big project” and he helped us feel comfortable and helped to educate us). This will be the only plumbing business we work with moving forward.

I had a hot water heater go out. I used Executive Plumbing. I have AHS home warranty, I called and placed a claim, the first people they sent out was Proven Professional Construction. This led me to nothing but a headache, they claimed it was a pre existing condition which lead to a denial on my claim. I called AHS who then sent a second opinion. I’m so glad I did this. Nakwan from Executive Plumbing came out and this an evaluation of the issue from my hot water heater and guess what no it’s not a Pre-existing condition. I received a call from Nakwan and he told me that an email came through from AHS and the contractor was on his way to pick it up and should be arriving within 30min to my residence. Alberto and Nate, you guys rock. Within an hr my hot water was replaced and they were professional and quick. Thanks for saving the day. Best service by far. Recently I had a pleasant experience while conduction business with Executive Plumbing Company. After receiving a referral from a close friend I contacted EPC to replace to two spigots on the exterior of my home. The work was done timely, professionally and at a fair price. A plumbing problem that caused leak in the ceiling below, which I expected to be disastrously expensive, turned out to be a simple fixture replacement, very fairly priced. A nice surprise!

Our tankless water heater stopped working at 10pm one evening this week. I called Executive Plumbing as they did superb work for us last time. Nate, the owner himself arrived the next day and diagnosed the problem. The thermal fuse had gone. The part turned out to be on back order, but rather than leave us with no hot water, Nate came back the next day and was able to work a temporary fix so that at least we could have hot water for the next few days while the part is sourced. We have found Nate to be extremely professional, knowledgeable and excellent at his craft. He is a pleasure to work with too. I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs. Quick and good service. Price seemed high based on the replacement of my pressure reducing valve. In and out in less than 30 minutes after they got the part and charged $377.
