Best HVAC System Maintenance in Raleigh NC

What a great experience. They showed up on time and performed a lot more than expected. Just for a hot water heater flush they checked all of our fixtures to make sure we didn't have any leaks.

We also had A/C service. Explained what they were doing and what repairs were necessary. Answered all my questions and were extremely professional.

I will definitely use them again and recommend them.

Update: I used Your Service Professional again for a larger job. We were installing an outdoor kitchen and needed someone to do the gas and plumbing for the grill and sink. It was another great experience. They finished on time and went the extra mile to make sure it was done right. They kept us informed about when the water needed to be turned off, how long we would be without water and when it was back on. Great overall experience and I will continue to use them.

Furnace stopped working on Christmas Eve during super cold weather. While other companies weren't even taking after-hours calls, Airmakers called me back within a few minutes and walked me through several things to check on my own and ultimately helped me to get my system up-and-running without charging me a dime. I had a couple of loose light fixtures and one in a very difficult to reach area. Daegan came out to diagnose the issue and came back the next week to complete the work. He was extremely quick with the repairs and even noticed we had a loose doorknob and unprompted just fixed it real quick. My wife and were impressed with his level of service and professional and helping us find the most cost efficient options as well. I'll definitely be using them for future needs!

Our experience with Bolton Services has been great from start (purchase of my Trane HVAC package unit 13 years ago) to recently, when we started having some issues with the unit. The unit is 13 years old and in relatively good condition. But recently, we lost heat and the problem with the unit was not readily identifiable. In the end, the technician Curtis, stuck with it and got us back up and running. The experience was very trying, as we did not have heat in a cold spell, but Valerie in the office, was fantastic in getting technicians to our home quickly. Initially, the technician Thomas, who came out first, was very knowledgeable and was able to get us up and running, but the problem was complex and needed other sets of eyes to help id the problem. Jerry, a supervisor, also came out with Curtis, on the second day, and it was really appreciated and reassuring that Bolton was going to solve this problem, which Curtis did. Curtis is a star in my book. I would recommend Bolton without any hesitation.

My wife called me and said the HVAC wasn't working. I called three reputable companies which had a backlog of a day to a few days for their service technicians. N&C told me they could dispatch someone in 20 minutes, so I went ahead with it. $103 for the diagnostics, catastrophically failed capacitor which damaged my contactor within the outdoor AC unit. The service tech replaced those components, then showed me how to clean the coils and a few other maintenance tips. He checked the refrigerant levels and did a quick leak detection inside the condenser coil, then recharged the system. It hasn't been recharged since we moved into the house 8 years ago so it was due. It's cooling well now, and some tips the service tech gave me will aid me in deciding when to pull the trigger on a new system (its 20 years old). At this point, I would recommend them based on my service tech experience and knowledge. I can not comment on the installers. They did mark up the components a bit, but it's understandable as they have to make money as well.

Bell Cow installed a new Lennox HVAC unit in our house last summer, and it has been a nightmare dealing with them. In less than a year, they have had to return to my house at least 5 times to recharge leaking refrigerant or replace faulty equipment. They have missed appointment times or often show up hours later than when they promised to come. When they have come on time they are missing equipment or supplies needed to complete the work. I have had damage to my flooring from water leaks and burnt woodwork from improper torch work. When technicians come to my house, they openly admit to me that the previous work was done wrong. Bell Cow was supposed to fill out paperwork to get me a rebate on the unit and it has not happened. My HVAC unit has been inoperable for half of the time it has been installed. When it has worked, my electric bills have been excessively high due to this HVAC unit which was supposed to be very efficient. Summer and hot weather is about to hit and I don't have a working HVAC unit. Terrible company!

Edwin came out to help our family right when we needed it! It was after hours on a very cold night, and he came quickly and worked efficiently to get the job done! He was also very pleasant and friendly. I would recommend this plumbing company to everyone!

I could not be happier with the entire process. From the first meeting with the project manager, to the day the install team came in to do the job. From start to finish this was an extremely smooth transaction. Kurt and his team were awesome when they came to do the install. Excellent service! I called Rural to fix my hot water tank because a family member said they completed service on her hot water heater for much less $ than another company had quoted. I had my hot water tank looked at by my handyman prior to calling Rural because I wasn’t sure if the problem was due to a pipe or the tank itself. He told me that I had a leak in my expansion tank but I needed to call a plumber because he could not repair a gas unit. He said my 2008 heater was in good condition though.
I called Rural and told them That I needed an expansion tank replacement. They able to arrive in an hour. I was concerned they would try to talk me into replacing the tank entirely but it was never mentioned. They took my word regarding what I needed. The technician had the part with him and ready to go when he arrived. When he was finished, he took the time to show me how to turn the gas off to my unit if I happen to have issues in the future and made recommendations for insulation in my utility closet for winter to protect the hot water heater pipes. Very pleased with this company!
