Swift Brothers - Plumbing, Heating & Air

Had an HVAC issue and called at 1:30a. Service said there would be someone calling me back at 7 AM the next morning. Sure enough, they did! Gabriel was at my house by 9 AM. He was able to diagnose, address, and fix the issue with one of my AC units.Turns out, it was PEBCAK. Nonetheless Gabriel was very patient with me quite professional and explained to me how everything should be set up with my HVAC system. We then discussed Maintenance contracts ( I was the one who brought it up not Gabriel). He then told me about the whole house plan, because he was such an awesome service tech and the plan offered so many different things, I immediately called back to Precision/Swift Brothers, and signed up for a maintenance contract for my whole house. Erika (the CSR) was fantastic and helped me get the financial part set up as well! Cannot recommend this company enough, thanks to staff like Gabriel and Erika!!

I initially called Progressive Service, and they sent out Gabriel from Swift Brothers. He diagnosed my AC unit with a leaky coil. The part is under warranty but was on a month and half back order due to Covid. We were worried since we were having troubles with the AC during the month of August. Sheldon and the team were VERY responsive and ended up getting the part with in a week! They kept me informed every step of the way. Professional. Easy to work with. Fairly priced. Very helpful. Will definitely call them again for future service.

Our dishwasher had a leak and ruined our floors while we were on vacation. We were told someone could be here at 10am. Jason called at 8:30am and said he could be here by 9:00am - and was. He was very professional, friendly, and worked quickly. We will definitely call Swift again.

I had the pleasure of using Swift Brothers today. Their technician(Ivan) was timely, respectful and answered every question that I had. He also made for sure that the area was clean before he left.

Was charged probably twice what we should have been. Never got an estimate (emergency job although it took a few days for them to get the water heater). I requested an invoice 3x so I could register the product for warranty purposes and no one ever responded.

Jason was prompt, professional, and I would ask for him again should we need help.

I’ve been using Progressive for years and have always had great experiences and customer service. They have replaced my water heater, installed two new A/C units, installed light fixtures and upgraded some old plumbing fixtures. The regular maintenance they perform on my HVAC units in the spring and fall have kept them in perfect running order and have prolonged the longevity way past the manufacturers expected lifespan. The city inspector was so impressed by the installation on the gas pack he used Progressive to install his new HVAC system. I used to get multiple quotes for heating, electric and plumbing services or repairs but not anymore. Progressive has always had the most competitive prices and fantastic service. I highly recommend them.

The gentleman that came out initially was awesome and explained what he did and why he had to disconnect the drain for our dishwasher. He deserves 5 stars. When the gentleman came out to reconnect and install our sink he left me a message to call him and when I did I was unable to reach him. Finally called the office and when he showed up he just stated he did not have it on him. He hooked up everything but neglected to open the valve for the dishwasher which took me quite a while to find one open.

The technician called when he was on his way. Once he arrived he was very thoughtful to prevent the outside from coming in (wet and cold evening). He was very through and checked all possible issues ultimately resulting in the revival of my heat. When he was finished everything was clean and he made an extra effort to lock my garage door on his way out. He would definitely be welcomed back (not that I'm hoping I need emergency help any time soon)...!!!

Able to get someone today instead of waiting longer (the weekend or later). Alex was professional, dressed appropriately, well manored, and kept me abreast of the findings and cost. The job was completed quickly and I was offered membership for a home care club to keep my ac/heating, plumbing, and electrical inspection.

The employee that came to my house to “Diagnose/Troubleshoot “ my Rheem Tankless Gas WaterHeater did absolutely nothing except give me a quote for installing a new unit. No gas check, no electrical check…he told me that he doesn’t even use a meter anymore. Then he quoted an insane number $750.00 (labor) to replace the unit that even he said was “plug and Play”. I can’t believe that this is who Home Depot uses…

I went to Home Depot because they carry Rheem. I asked for installation help and this company called and advised me to to order a new unit until they did a diagnosis/troubleshoot.

Nice technician, nice service but just be ready with your dollars. They are too expensive in my opinion. Charged me abt $300 for a simple water level sensor that cost abt $13 to $20.

My call initiated an unusual repair which took 3 visits to completely solve the problem to a none of due to any fault of theirs.
A call back was generated for low water pressure subsequent to a recent repair. Knowing me as a regular customer, James came back to town to take care of me since he was on standby for after hours calls. In no time at all he solved the problem and was on his way and I'm tickled to death to have a plumbing company like Progressive to cover me when I need a plumber. 5+ Stars for these guys and this company.

Many thanks to Swift Bros and Jose C, who came to our rescue when our hot water heater broke. Jose worked hard through very hot conditions to make sure the job was completed and our new hot water heater was installed. He did a great job cleaning up the work area as well. Great company, dedicated worker. Highly recommend.

Everyone was friendly and courteous, from the customer service agent to the repairman. They were able to come out to our home quickly and fixed our faucet that we were unable to repair ourselves.

Service was good but 985.00 for the labor to rough in a shower housing for a shower valve, then another 140.00 for parts........

I have used Progressive for many years. Have had AC/heat annual service for years too, at a reasonable cost. We have had two new ACs installed (we have a unit on each floor), and a new furnace. The systems they install are of high quality. I'd recommend their service any time.

Alex K did a great with the installs. He ran into issues here and there, but he powered through and did a wonderful job. I don't know what he makes, but he deserves a raise and a promotion. The next time I need work that he specializes in I will ask specifically for him.
