Technician Tim was great. Very friendly, fast and did good work, but the cost just to replace a hose bib was a bit ridiculous. Almost $200 price difference for a frost free $360 for a standard that took all of 30 mins to fix. They say their fixed pricing is better for the customer, but can't say I agree.

Over the last couple weeks, the Ease Plumbing team has done several projects for me! They helped to solve a smelly washer line problem, installed a new home water service line, and did a new shower tub installation. Hal, Cirby, and Dan were great guys to work with. Dan was awesome. He and Ian came to my dad's house to find a gas leak. This could have been a dangerous situation but Dan and his team quickly found the source of the leak and repaired the gas line. Couldn't ask for a better plumber and would recommend Ease plumbing to all my friends and family.

I did not like this company at all. I called them to get a toilet installed and they did not show up on time and the job was not done properly. I had to call them back because they did not finish the job and they were not very nice over the phone. I will never use them again.

I hired Ease to install a gas line to our kitchen for our new range. Every team member who assisted with the process was extremely kind and professional. Ian helped with the initial estimate and severed as my main point throughout the installation process. He was extremely knowledgeable and responsive to all my questions and was able to schedule service immediately. Criby and Josh came out to do the initial installation and then Cirby and Hal came out to finish the job by installing the range once the inspection was finalized. Ease Plumbing is the ONLY plumbers I will ever use or recommend ever again.

I called Ease on a Wednesday afternoon at 1pm after a less than stellar interaction with a different plumbing company. Right off the bat, Miranda was personable and fast acting sending Tim out to assess my issues. He has at my home within the hour and spent a considerable amount of time explaining the issue, answering all my questions, and writting up estimates that were extremely reasonable compared to the other plumbing company that came by earlier in the day. Tim offered to come back the next morning and do a full video of our sewage system to ensure the estimates were correct. Tim was right on time the next morning and walked us through the entire process after locating the cracked pipes. That same day we had 3 other plumbing companies come out and give us estimates on what it would cost to replace a good portion of our sewage pipes leading to our clean out. The estimates from two of the other companies were competetive with Ease, but honestly- I trusted Tim and knew Ease would be the best choice so that I never have this problem again.

Tim and Dan started and completed the work today and I am so glad I chose them to do the work. They were on time, super knowledgeable, willing to talk to me and walk me through things when needed. They even kept working through an absolute downpour and a killer wasp attack so that we could have plumbing in our home again. We are currently staying in a hotel, so Miranda called me every step of the way to let me know what was going on and when I was needed.

I received 6 quotes for this specific job from 6 plumbing companies. Ease Plumbing was not the cheapest, but I feel like their price was 100% worth the quality of work I received (and so quickly at that). They put in a separate clean out and a nice warranty on the work they did (although their work was so thorough, I doubt I will need it.) I was also happy to learn Ease is employee owned. I also loved that I dealt with the same employees and plumbers from start to finish.

Couldn’t be happier with these guys! Hal, Cirby, and Josh came out to fix our water line and they did a fantastic job. They spent an entire day digging through roots and a mess of cables to uncover and replace the leaky pipe, and they left everything in better condition than they found it! They were also super friendly and nice to chat with. We will definitely call them with any plumbing issues we have in the future!

We discovered a leak in our attic on Christmas Eve. Repair calls were booked for days. Ease responded and sent Hal to us in the evening on Christmas Eve. Hal located the leak and repaired it. Hal also took steps to prevent future leaks. We think this was above and beyond the typical response from other plumbers.

Kaiden Cirby responded to my call for a price quote in a timely manner. He returned at the scheduled time with Tim and installed new vanities, kitchen faucet, and hot water heater. What can I say? No one wants to wake up one morning and find their water heater is gushing water and kicked the bucket :( But let me tell you about Ease Plumbing. They came out the same day, right away, and turned a bad day into a pleasant, almost fun, one. I had a non emergency leak and they came the next morning as promised. Hal Petrosa was fantastic! Fixed the issue and did a great job at clean up afterwards. Will definitely be using them and him again!

My toilet stopped flushing/filling properly and another was running constantly. Hal, came out within less than an hour and ended up repairing 3 toilets (all 3 fill valves and flaps were all pretty worn down). Hal, was professional, friendly and I enjoyed talking to him. Hal Petrosa was very cordial, knowledgeable, and assessed my garbage disposal issue fairly quickly. I like that the total repair cost was disclosed and agreed upon before any work began. He installed a new garbage disposal in a timely fashion. I recommend this company. I will be calling them in the future for my plumbing needs.

Homeowners beware!! This company is price gouging bigtime. It’s criminal. I requested a quote for the simple swap of 5 toilets, which is 4 hours of work at most for a team of 2 plumbers. 2 amateur plumbers arrived late, and quoted me $2,700 before tax. That’s $337 an hour for each plumber (that’s rite “plumber”) which is more than heart surgeons make, and 35% of what the US President of the United States makes. Ludicrous. Other quotes I received were between $500 and $1,200. I chose the honest and qualified $1,200 option. This company cares only about price gouging. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!!!!

Hal Petrosa is by far the best plumber we have worked with. We bought this house back in October 2021 (along with its problems). In December 2021 we had a new water heater installed. After installation the water continually had a bad smell. We are on well water with a water softening system, so we had the company that installed that system come out to check things. They tested some stuff and then said it was the anode rods of the water heater that are causing this issue. So I had the company that installed the water heater back out, and they looked at me like I was making up fairy tales. We decided to go with someone else.

Hal came out, took a look, and not only came up with a solution but actually walked me through all the details of our system and how everything was working. Pointed out that the expansion tank was already blown and needed repaired. Walked through all the reasons why that probably contributes to our issue. He also suggested to replace the anode rods (it is a common fix for this kind of issue). Hal went the extra distance to call AO Smith (the water heater manufacturer) to make sure everything was in order for the parts and tools needed for the job. AO Smith alerted Hal that the anode rod needed comes pre-equipped in our water heater! This pivoted to a different solution, adding a water temperature mixing valve to the system. So far, after running the water a few times we're already noticing a difference! Hal set our expectations though, walked me through some steps to do for the next few days to make sure the solution works.

To summarize:
1) Hal was thorough, evident by him calling the manufacturer and making sure he had everything he needed to solve this problem and checked everything about 5-6 times to make sure there were no issues caused by the fix.
2) Hal walked me through things, gave me a really good explanation for how things worked and why the worked, even some fun history lessons on why certain things came to be. I really appreciate someone who likes to share that knowledge and enjoys discussing it with someone who really just wanted to understand how things worked. Hal was the fourth person we brought out for this issue. Yet, he was the first to actually give me the overview that I really needed as a first time homeowner.

I really can't say enough about working with Hal, he has an analytical mind and really cares about the quality. I know who to call from now on.

Hal was the guy that fixed a section of the old quest pipe. The girls despatched him quickly. He showed up in his time window, it was a tough spot where the leak was. He replaced another T fitting that he didn't like the looks of. But I paid the original quote, It was not added. I would use this guy again. Got his card.
I think they run a smooth operation. Things seem to go off with no big delays and hitches. I need to replace all of that quest pipe as it's no longer in the recall period. I Will probably use these guys.

They were very informative. Although they were unable to fix issue they found our problem. We wish we had called them the firs time. It would have saved us money. We had a water pressure issue. Another company installed our new pump and pressure tank. They concluded that the other company clogged out water filtration system with sand. Now we have to call that company to come fix a problem someone else caused but Ease found the problem by passing the filtration system. We have water pressure now.

His diagnostic skills and evaluation offered us a well-thought out plan of attack for our leaking plumbing. Tim really looked after our best interest and we could not be more pleased. I called Ease plumbing because they had a review that mentioned an outdoor plumbing repair. Their fellow showed up, barely looked into the hole where my husband found the leak and said he needed to talk to his supervisor. Minutes later he came back to say he could fix it for over $700. He said he would offer a senior discount of $75. My father in law told him that was too much. He was charged a $69 fee, instead of the $59, I was told it would be. Fast forward to today. Full Stack plumbing came out, Corey identified the issues. Asked my FIL how he wanted it handled and Corey did just that. It was almost half the cost. I will not call Ease plumbing again!

I was amazed at both the speed and professional of this company. Within a day I went from calling about replacing my washing machine water taps to having the job completed!

My plumber was Hal Petroso and he was very knowledgeable and courteous. I appreciate not only how quickly he was able to do the job, especially in this heat, but his attention to detail making sure all the fittings were adjusted and balanced.

Hal Petrosa was the plumber who called ahead and advised his arrival time was “44 mins” which he hit! Very personable and professional guy. Had the part on the van, quoted the price up front, fixed it and presented the invoice. Highly recommended.

Tim was very professional and friendly. He was happy to answer questions and thoroughly explain what he was doing and the options available to us. He worked continuously and earnestly. I called the published number on a Monday night and left a message with dispatch describing my issue. I asked for someone to call early Tuesday as it was kind of an emergency (all plumbing was backed up). Dan called me at 8:45 Monday night, listened to me describe the whole mess and said he could get someone out in the morning.

I was updated frequently regarding ETA and Dan and Cirby showed up right on time and got to work. They diagnosed the problem, jet cleaned the line and then showed me exactly what it looked like in there using their pipecam ™️.

They gave me 3 options and I went with door #1 which was the cheapest but not cheap. I’d say the price was a bit on the high end but the service was fantastic and near as I can tell the price isn’t extraordinarily high - just a little high. That said, the service was prompt, professional and friendly and my problem was solved. Ease is now my go to plumbing company.

I called on a Monday (late afternoon) and was scheduled for a technician to come to my home the following day between 11 and 2. They called right at 11, and I absent-mindedly didn't check my phone. I called back at 11:30, and Hal arrived in less than 45 minutes. He was knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly. He fixed my water pressure issue quickly and efficiently. Hal talked me through everything he did, and took the time to explain both how my system works and what I should do if I ever have another issue. He even checked all my bathrooms, faucets, and water meter just to make sure everything was running properly. I could not be happier with the service that was provided (for a very fair rate too). I cannot recommend Ease Plumbing and Hal Petrosa enough!

Dan and his team were great. Replaced my old water heater and checked the house out for any other issues we may have. Will definitely use them again.

1) When I called initially, I spoke to a person, not an answering machine.
2) They noted my problem and the level of urgency and called back in a short time to schedule a technician.
3) I was able to get service earlier than the scheduled date/time, but only my wife was home. The plumber, Hal Petroso, diagnosed the problem and explained things fully to my wife. She was grateful. Since parts were needed, we scheduled a date for the repair.
4) We could not have the service when we had scheduled because of a family situation and it was easy to call and reschedule.
5) The service plumber, Hal Petroso, arrived on the schedule date and time with the necessary parts and completed the repair to my complete satisfaction. He called before arrival to let me know he was on the way and he expected ETA. Hal tool the time to answer my questions completely.
I did not have a regular plumber when I called Ease Plumbing. Now I would call them first for any future plumbing needs that I might have.

You will not find a better plumbing company anywhere. I know this because you cannot improve on perfection. They had to come to my home three times for different issues none of them an emergency but they were here the very same day or the next day at the latest. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, kind, considerate and sometimes they left it cleaner than they found it! If the owner let's Hal, Cirby or Josh leave the company it will be a mistake because they are tremendous assets. They took the time to explain everything (often more than once) and answer all my questions patiently and educated me on so much I didn't know. I feel the prices were more than fair and their standard supply products superior. Hal was very honest about pricing and got the job done quickly!

Hal was great. Very respectful and informative. I have some weak pressure in my bath tub and he took the time to check all the details to determine what could be wrong. Although I could not complete the service today due to my own circumstances, I will be calling Ease and Hal back when I am ready to make some repairs. The scheduling to completion to.e was less than 2 hours as well, I was amazed at how quickly they responded and got my service!

I thought this would be a quick and easy job for Ease but it seems the company that did the initial work cut corners so it became a much larger project. Daniel Moore was great at explaining what the issue was, what options I had, pricing, etc. When the parts did not arrive on time at the suppliers, EASE contacted me immediately and rescheduled for a time that was convenient for me. Once the work was complete, he showed me everything he had done, explained how long I should wait before using my shower and left the area clean. I hope I don't need plumbing services in the near future but will definitely call Ease if I do.

Hal was professional, thorough, and answered all my questions. He cleaned up after the installation and made sure I was satisfied with his work.

The hot water wasn't working in my house and I called Ease plumbing. Hal came over the next day and helped me with my issue. It turned out not to be a big deal, but Hal took the time to stay back and explain to me and my wife how our water heater worked and how we can take better care of it. He wasn't rushed or dismissive, and seemed to genuinely appreciate helping us out. My whole family uses Hal. Before coming to my house, he was at my mother's place helping her with her water tank. This type of professionalism is hard to find.

Great service from a reputable company

I have my second home in the Raleigh area and apparently I had a water leak underneath my house. Originally had Ease out to do a general overall plumbing inspection before renting my house out, and they had found a problem I did not even know I had! Thank you Ian and Cirby for saving me money and a huge amount of stress from water damage that the leak could have caused if gone unnoticed. Will definitely be using Ease plumbing in the future!

Overall experience was very positive though $500 to install a dishwasher seems overpriced compared to Home Depot/Lowe’s (~$200).

I had an underground leak in my yard near my water meter. I called Ease Plumbing and my concerns were addressed quickly and courteously. Hal and Tim found the source of the leak (my shutoff valve), replaced the valve and installed a more substantial junction box. Hal even returned the next day to check my water pressure and make sure the site was cleaned up. I’m very happy with the quick response and professionalism of Ease Plumbing.

Ease Plumbing (Dan) came to my rescue when I got a leak under my sink during a kitchen renovation. I ended up having to get all the plumbing updated and Dan did a great job. When my new kitchen sink ws then installed all the pipes had to be cut off to fit the sink (Yikes!) But Ian from Ease came back for no additional cost to put it all back together. Had water leaking from behind the washing machine. Before Ease Plumbing, I called another company but couldnt undertand the dispather well and didn't get a call back within a reasonable time. What a difference when I called Ease Plumbing. The dispatcher answered promptly, clearly, and very friendly, like she liked her job. After making sure I was not an emergency, she told me on my request how to send her a picture of the problem area, explained their dispatch fee and services included, their availability for next day afternoon including every effort being made to squeeze me in earlier, summarized everything again and asked me to confirm. I gladly accepted. I was so surprised with their efficiency, the effort to explain the process, and then to follow up immediately with a text message to send the picture. Not until several hours later did I receive a response from the other company. In the morning, the dispatcher kept me up to date with estimated arrival time. Tim, the plumber, came already in the morning. He was just as efficient in deternining the problem, removed on my request a good waterhose from my old machine, tested out the leak, and put everything back into place. He also found a hose connection mixup created by my installation helpers recently, By that time I decided that Ease Plumbing will be my plumbing company going forward: Professional service, full information, and absolute customer friendly.

I called Ease Plumbing on Monday and was scheduled with a technician for Tuesday appointment. Tim Dudek came to our home and explained to us what the problem was and then he did an estimate and perform the work for us!! I am 💯 pleased with everything Tim did for us!! The kitchen sink was leaking and he replaced the broken tubular nut. Tim installed a new bathroom sink faucet for us. It was different from the old one and it looks great. Finally, Tim install new locking nuts in the master bedroom bathroom to fix the loose faucet!! This company is my number one company to call for all of my plumbing needs!!! We had to have our bladder tank and switch replaced and Hal Petrosa was wonderful! He showed us video of our system and explained everything to us. Would definitely recommend.

Hired Ease Plumbing to replace the lower heating element of a 38 gallon even lowboy state electric hot water heater. Tim the plumber came out and said that he would not attempt to remove and replace the bad lower heating element because the hot water heater was too old. So I wasted $62 on the trip charge. If they would’ve asked me how old it was then I could have sent a picture of the face plate with the date stamped right on it and saved the $62. Then they gave me a rip off quote of almost $2200 to replace the unit which works fine except for a burned out lower heating element. So if you use these guys make sure you tell them how old the unit is before they come out and save yourself the trip charge money. So I will call another plumber and provide the age of the unit and hopefully they will at least attempt to remove the heating element which Ease Plumbing would not. I’ll never call this company again.

UPDATE: Due to a miscommunication in billing, Dan who is the owner of Ease Plumbing is in the process of issuing me a refund for the trip charge when a service tech refused to try to remove bad element. So I retract my review above that I will not use this plumbing company again. I was an error when initially telling Dan that my hot water heater was only six years old and in fact it is much older even though it looks in really good shape. I was thinking of another rental unit where I replaced the hot water heater. If I would’ve been accurate in the age of the unit then I’m sure he would’ve informed me they wouldn’t work on it because I understand the liability in doing so on an old unit. With that said I’m still going to try another plumber to see if they are willing to attempt removal of the bad element. if they won’t then I’ll purchase a new water heater. So based on Dan’s prompt responses and refunding the trip charge I will definitely use Ease Plumbing again. I’m glad I took the opportunity to correct the record from my initial review above Bill
