Wes has been very helpful in my older home, installing a new hot water heater and a new kirchen sink. He always answers all my questions, multiple times and so easant and friendly. I have recommended him to friends.

Fantastic service. CW and his crew came out to fix our sudden broken pipe. They were on time and got to work immediately to diagnose and fix the problem. Thankfully it was an easy fix but they handled it in less than an hour.

They cleaned up and wore masks and took their shoes off. Very respectful of our space in our home.

The best part was he was fair and honest about the price which was way less than I expected it to be. I had called other companies and they wanted to charge us almost as much just to show up before they do any labor. CW was honest and said Man I hate when other plumbers try to take advantage of people.

For that reason alone I'll be using these guys again for any plumbing needs

Jose came out for a leaking kitchen faucet. He arrived exactly on time and quickly found out there was just a loose piece and nothing needed to be replaced. He was kind enough to not charge for the service and relieved a lot of stress from expecting an expensive repair. Very professional and down to earth service, I will definitely be coming back to Jayk's for all my plumbing needs in the future.

While the technician arrived after end of the expected window I received a call prior to confirm that was ok and informed with a second call when the technician was 30 minutes away.Justin arrived and performed all the tasks in under the allocated time. He performed the annual inspection professionally with an excellent demeanor. As in the past Weather Master has done an excellent job.

Eugene is very flexible, was able to swing by within hours of making a call. Very professional, explained what he was going to do and answered my questions about the details (he was fixing our water pressure).

Had an exterior drain clog which Austin diagnosed and repaired. Austin was very knowledgeable and professional and explained exactly what the issue was and how he was going to do the repair. Highly recommended!

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

There's nothing not to like about Drew. He was early (he called first to make sure that was okay), professional, and communicative. He diagnosed the issue (slow draining sink and gurgling toilet) in a methodical and logical manner. Drew was upfront with his pricing and tried the simpler procedures first to keep costs down. He even identified a small leak in my crawlspace and fixed it at no additional charge. Ultimately, he fixed the issue and I learned something about my house during the process. Fantastic service.

Basically for a cleaning and inspection service, all they use is water and a towel to clean it. If you want them to really clean it, that’s the $350 package. The inspection part is to sell their package, expensive coolant, UV lights and/or another unit. My unit is working fine, so I feel fortunate.

Great team and great communicators! They'll send texts when their tech is on the way and you can track them via a web link. Also, they take photos to document issues during their quotes, so your exact problem is clearly explained to the repairman. During an emergency call, we were told by another plumber that we needed a new pressure reducing valve. My gut told me to do my research, and I'm glad I did. Waite offered the best price of the 3 plumbers I called, accommodated a last minute schedule change to our appointment, and to top it off, they got here and discovered that we did not in fact need the new part. I am extremely grateful for their honesty and willingness to accommodate us. It's great to know there are businesses out there that are looking out for their clients.

Lucas arrived on time as usual and did a great job.
