I won't be using them again. Make sure you understand what & how they are charging. I was told a service charge for a diagnotic was different than a service charge for a quote, there's quite a difference in price.

I cannot say enough good things about Peaches Plumbing. I had a hot water heater leak and my regular plumber was unavailable. I called around and Peaches Plumbing was recommended by another plumbing business. I am so happy I called! Josh was so quick to respond. He called me back within 20 minutes and then FaceTimed with me to walk me through how to turn the hot water off. The next day water was continuing to leak through the ceiling. He texted with me up until 11:00pm gathering information to help me solve the problem. He came out the next day and drained the water heater so the leaking stopped. I ended up needing to replace it-and Josh shopped around to find one that would save me money. He and his guy removed my old water heater and installed a new one in the attic. They did a fantastic job-kept everything neat and dry. He even vacuumed after he finished. He stayed to make sure I had hot water before he left.

This was such a stressful time because while all of this was going on I was also preparing to move. Josh went above and beyond and was a total lifesaver. Very knowledgeable and dependable. Peaches Plumbing is the best!!!

The Raleigh Water Heater Guys were very responsive, helpful and affordable when our water heater sprung a leak. We got quotes from several other companies that all tried to sell us on higher cost options. Michael took the time to talk through our water usage and recommend what he thought we actually needed, which ended up being a much lower cost option than what the others were pushing.
