Best Fixture Repair in Raleigh NC

I have worked with Dustin twice. First he replaced my faulty water heater, the second time he replaced my faulty toilet. Dustin was able to replace both items very quickly (same day) and for a great price. Dustin does really good work, he is someone I can trust, he has a great attitude, and his prices are very fair and reasonable. Thanks Dustin!

10 star Rating. Jayk's should be your first call. Awesome customer service, fast repair times and best of all the job gets done right the first time. This has been the BEST experience I have had in dealing with plumbing companies. I manage a rental property and needed a repair for the tenant. It was beyond my knowledge. I called Jayk's on a Friday afternoon. After calling multiple companies and getting the we can come out on Saturday for double the price or we can't make it until next week answers. I left a voicemail and within less than 5 minutes Jason called me back asking about the issue. I explained the situation and text him a few photos. He arrived quickly after and had the problem fixed with as minimal damage to ceiling and drywall as possible. Not only that but his price was cheaper than the others who quoted me for a job they couldn't even do until after the weekend. Jason was very polite and did not belittle me for not being able to get the job done. Jason at Jayk's will be my first call from now on. Truly one of a kind service.

We noticed a few days ago that water has been entering our pantry for a while, and has already damaged the floor. This morning we realized it was coming from the washing machine. Called Ben Franklin, and they got a guy here within 2 hours. The fellow knew what he was doing, quickly diagnosed the problem as related to an inadequate laundry drain pipe. He thought the best solution would be to replace the drain from the laundry room down through the crawl space to the far corner of the house. He warned me that it wouldn't be cheap, and would take a day of work. I was pleasantly surprised when the whole job was finished before 4 PM.

So glad I found this company!! They were able to make an appt and come out in a timely manner, did a great job and were very efficient. I will be using them again for any plumbing needs in the future.

TCR is my absolute go to for plumbing and rooter services. The staff is kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They've been able to help me when needed urgently, and always with a smile. Highly recommended.

Eugene did a lot of work to modernize my 36 year old home. Very happy with the quality of work done. Eugene was communicative, knowledgeable, and punctual.

Be careful. Schwartz Plumbing came out to look at a hot water heater that wasn't working and hit the reset button and charged me $150.00. The hot water heater continues to turn off, and apparently it was my fault because the technician didn't understand that the problem wasn't the reset button? So incorrect diagnosis but blame placed on customer.

Worker was competent and tidy. What I object to is the outrageous pricing. $800 to fix a puncture in a gas line that I diagnosed. All the work was inside on a wall that was open because of kitchen remodeling. Worker was here 2 hours and used 1 coupling to splice together the gas line. This was done on an emergency basis with a service charge of $160. There was a flat charge of $600 before any diagnosis of the problem. I do not like their business model.Update - Mr Parish did reach out to me and made a small adjustment to the bill. I do appreciate that gesture but most of all I appreciate that his company was able to respond and repair my gas line the next day. The contractor who punctured the gas line left me in a dangerous position and Parish Plumbing thankfully did a great job and made my house safe again.

I cannot say enough good things about Peaches Plumbing. I had a hot water heater leak and my regular plumber was unavailable. I called around and Peaches Plumbing was recommended by another plumbing business. I am so happy I called! Josh was so quick to respond. He called me back within 20 minutes and then FaceTimed with me to walk me through how to turn the hot water off. The next day water was continuing to leak through the ceiling. He texted with me up until 11:00pm gathering information to help me solve the problem. He came out the next day and drained the water heater so the leaking stopped. I ended up needing to replace it-and Josh shopped around to find one that would save me money. He and his guy removed my old water heater and installed a new one in the attic. They did a fantastic job-kept everything neat and dry. He even vacuumed after he finished. He stayed to make sure I had hot water before he left.

This was such a stressful time because while all of this was going on I was also preparing to move. Josh went above and beyond and was a total lifesaver. Very knowledgeable and dependable. Peaches Plumbing is the best!!!

Had a gas leak in the attic and Miguel and Juan came out to assess and repair the leak very quickly and professionally. They were very friendly and knew their stuff. I would definitely recommend Michael and Son Services to everyone.

Mike was referred to me, and I’m happy I used his service. I called and asked if he could put a water heater in for me. I asked a million questions and he answered each one honestly. He was very prompt, courteous, professional, and actually cleaned up before he left.
