Best Fixture Repair in Raleigh NC

I have worked with Dustin twice. First he replaced my faulty water heater, the second time he replaced my faulty toilet. Dustin was able to replace both items very quickly (same day) and for a great price. Dustin does really good work, he is someone I can trust, he has a great attitude, and his prices are very fair and reasonable. Thanks Dustin!

Absolutely thrilled. Had a broken pipe on 12/23 after 7:00 pm and 18 degrees. Called BF at 8:15 and a technician (Chris) was at my home by 9:30pm and emergency problem fixed. Amazing service.

We've had several plumbing diasters this spring during the height of covid. Each time Midtown has promptly responded and provided exceptional service. The technicans have consistently been very mindful of safety precautions and wore their mask. We felt safe having them in our home and were very pleased with the work!

Had HVAC installed and experienced electrical issues. Pat and Jose Munoz came checked and continued to trouble-shoot until problem was found and fixed it and everything is working so far.

I'm really lucky I've discovered the Art of Plumbing team here in Raleigh. It's so difficult to find a real experienced and responsible plumber here in the area. We had a lot to do in our old house kitchen (instead of move-in house we accidentally bought ourselves a project last month and now all we're doing is solving problems - some of them is plumbing related). Eugene and Dan did the job professionally: precise, polite, responsible, with attention to details. Very reasonably priced. I couldn't wish for more. 5 stars, guys. Thanks a lot! I thought it was starting off well when I received a call from the plumber saying he could come an hour early. (Yay, I thought) Then he started complaining about DTR parking. He said he hates jobs DTR. When I met him outside, he told me that he parked in a loading zone at the corner. I talked with him about the parking garage next door and the meters out front. He said hopefully it won't be towed. On the way up to the condo, I told him that strange enough the toilet wasn't running today. (I had turned to water to it off and when I turned it back on to prepare for their visit- it didn't keep running. It sounded fine. (odd ??- how did that happen? ) He was also looking at the kitchen sink which had seemed to have some grease like stuff under the sink. When he was going back out for supplies, I handed him a couple of bucks for parking. He asked if the meters will take the cash. I told him no, but the parking garage right next door does. He told me that his truck is 9ft tall and can't fit in the garage. I told him that the meters take credit cards. He wasn't going to bother moving the truck. I told him that I'd get my Cc and pay for it because I didn't want him to risk having the truck towed. He asked me if I was going down with him. I told him that I'd be down by the time he got the truck. I went back down and paid for the parking. He told me that the toilet still needed the inside piece rebuilt even though it wasn't running. He said, see how high the water level in the tank is. I asked if there was a screw or something that could adjust the floater (Idk-that is what I call it) piece. He said um...uh, yes but it still needs to be replaced. I told him to just go ahead and do it. He was ready to leave about 15 minutes later, I was shocked when he told me it was $200 to place the toilet piece. I literally was so shocked that I started shaking.I told him that if he had told me that I would not be shaking from the shock of it and I certainly would have just had the whole toilet replaced because I always hated it. (I always wanted to replace it but wasn't going to to waste money replacing a working toilet.) I'd rather have spent $500 on a new toilet and had a pretty new one! I called to let them know that I was shocked! The story about service call charges and per job changed with the plumber and during the call. (Service calls are now 200/ rebuild is always $195, etc).
Either way, $200 to rebuild is crazy! I agree with other reviews that say get them to email you regarding prices before you set an appointment!! Oh, and when I called after to let them know I was shocked, they even stated that plumbers need to be paid for their work . Seriously insulting!!! I not only want to pay for work that i have done- I saved them them cost and trouble of a tow! (Yes, DTR will tow if you park illegally!) (I can't comment on their actual work because they were just here today.) Shocked and sad to need to find a new plumber. :(

Dealing with water pressure issue. Called and had Austin swing by in the afternoon. Gave me a recommendation and some others to look into. Switched out the pressure valve in no time. Professional and expeditious. Pricey but you get what you pay for I guess. Will absolutely use again.

Great experience working with Peaches Plumbing. The owner Josh was on time, very personable and provided excellent customer service while effectively repairing a leak to my faucet. He also recommended several replacement options to my faucet in order to fit my budget. Will definitely call Peaches again for future plumbing needs.

DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. This company ripped us off. They got over $800 from us by installing something in our ejector pump and did not fix the problem but instead caused other issues and did not reimburse us or anything. Then tried to tell us we had to get a new ejector pump that would cost us over $5000. We got another plumber to come out and they said the job that Fuller did was incorrect and is what made the problem worst. These guys fixed our issue and only charged us $145.00. It looks like they were trying to only fill their pockets with our hard earned dollars. Once we told him the name of the company that did our work he said there are major law suits against this company and they are known for not completing the job or making it worst. AGAIN I SAY DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE

Super easy to schedule an appointment, very fast to come out. Plumber was professional, clean, friendly, and knowledgeable. The work was excellent . It was extremely expensive, however. But if quality of service is the important factor they are excellent.

This company is amazing! My old plumber quoted 950$ for a water heater install.... called these guys and within 3 days they were out and saved me over $700 at fantastic quality!!
