I called Cape Fear H&A on a Friday morning concerning a leaking air handler at my workplace. Within 2 hours they showed up, fixed the problem, and the issue was resolved. They also replaced my complete AC unit at my home. I've never been more pleased with a company. Best prices, fastest service, and unmatched workmanship. I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

From the moment I caller them , they were professional and super friendly. The Plumber-Ryan called before he arrived and was on time and very professional. From there it was so easy and convenient to have Ryan fix the issues we were having with our new home ! I am so happy to have our home fix and I can't thank Ryan enough for all his hard work!

I was pleased with the service Eric provided, he was on time and professional. He doubled checked an area I had a question about and was very efficient.I was caught off guard by the fact that the maintenance fee did not include a filter. The previous company, with my old system, included that in the maintenance fee, my fault for not asking in advance. Regardless, I'm pleased with this company thus far, my current HVAC system is barely a year old.

Had an issue getting hot enough water and we figured since our water heater was 14 years old it was starting to go. So I called CK and he came out pretty quick for us. The plumber was really cool and clean cut. He took one look at our water heater and got in there and found our issue. Adjusted a part behind the machine I didn't know existed and gave me an easy to understand explanation and even complemented whoever had originally installed the machine, saying it was a good job because of this and that procedure, which means he more than likely has good work ethic as well. Wanted to give CK a shout out because jobs like this are usually a shot in the dark with who to call! This is based off of one experience btw, but when our unit does crap out finally we will call them again.

Bolton Construction was there with us through a renovation several years ago. They were prompt, courteous, professional and knew what they were doing. Naturally when we moved into a new place, we called on them again to be our go to company for plumbing, heating and air. Again, we couldn't have been happier with everything they did. The serviceman explained very clearly to us what was happening and what needed to be fixed - no game playing. Anyone needing some work done or wanting a yearly service contract on their units, don't hesitate to call Bolton; you won't be disappointed.

I hope you never need a plumber, but if you do, Jason is your guy. He was prompt to respond, easy to communicate with and very thorough and upfront about everything. He even showed me the camera of my sewer line so I could see what the issue was and that it was resolved. I highly recommend 919 Plumber!

Normally, I contact Bell Cow directly to schedule our projects. However, this time they were called in for us as a subcontractor by another company. Despite this third party miscommunicating the scope of what needed to be done, Dylan came through for us with only a minimal delay to acquire the parts needed to complete the work. Excellent, as always!

My HVAC was not functioning properly so I called Raleigh Heating & Air. The receptionist was very polite and they were able to schedule someone to come out on Sunday morning. With temperatures in the single digits the prior week, we definitely appreciated the timely weekend availability. David serviced the visit and was able to find the problem with our system. No pressure with the recommendation and he offered his opinion on the best fix for the unit. Also very nice. After cleaning the unit, heating was restored and we will be using Raleigh Heating & Air for future HVAC service. Thanks guys.

Kyle and Anthony were very nice and professional. They came to help fix my hot water heater; which was not producing any hot water. After some trouble shooting they discovered a leak and I needed a new gas central valve on the heater because it was cracked; they also replaced some old pipes. Once the part came in another plumber returned ( can't remember his name but he was awesome too) to install it, which took no time at all. After all of that I was getting warm water, but not as hot as it should have been; so I gave them a call back. The third time was a charm because Kyle discovered that the valve that was mixing cold water with hot water as it enters your home ( so you don't melt your skin off) was no longer functioning ( he even showed me so I could see with my own eyes, it was also over 25 years old). Once that was replaced everything was perfect!!! Everyone I spoke with over the phone and all the folks that came out to my home were AWESOME and so friendly. I had no problems getting appointments and they were always on time.

Rivers came out to install our new dishwasher we just purchased. He was on time, professional, and took the time to put on booties and lay down a cover to protect our floors. He also hauled off the old dishwasher. A very nice young gentleman!

I had an outside leak which caused my water bill to jump to $500. Richard came out right away to assess what needed to be done. The leak was found quickly and repaired for which I am very thankful. Great service at a great price.

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
