I'd like to update that the escalation team has worked with me on the problems I had and I am very happy with the way it worked out.They lied to me about having installed a new water heater for over a year so when I got home from being out of town there was no hot water. Then when they did install the new one, they didn't do it right so I came home from being out of town and there was no hot water for a second time Then they shut the gas off and didn't bother to tell me so this is the third time that I came home to no hot water. They are a horrible and unprofessional company that deserves to have their license revoked. They want to charge me almost $4,000 for a water heater that doesn't even work. Please do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

Called Eugene about getting a water heater replaced, and was able to get it scheduled for the next day. He gave me a very reasonable quote over the phone after texting him pictures of the existing installation and dimensions of the space where the heater is located. Quote included removing the old water heater and the new one.

Scott showed up early and called before arriving very professional. He unclogged an outdoor plumbing line that goes from the mid front yard to the street sewer line or just before. I also requested he inspect sewer line for problems with camera for an additional charge. He was unable to run an augur to clear tree roots from the line as he stated it could break the line as tree roots were at a T junction. Scott performed work requested and would use again. However, I will shop around next time related to costs incurred for this type of job. This in no way reflects on the service Scott performed for me. I was just unaware how costly unclogging a sewer line from my mid front yard to the street sewer line could be.

We had two aging original water heaters, one electric and one direct vent gas that needed replacing. Pooles was one of three places that I got quotes from and their quoting rep, Bill, immediately impressed me with his attention to detail and knowledge of what my options were. Bill took measurements inside and out and talked about the exact process for similar replacements or a switch to tankless. In our case, I decided that it made the most sense to convert to tankless and it was clear that they were pros at doing that conversion. The quote also came in the lowest which was a great bonus, but since this is critical house infrastructure I was weighing the decision more on the expertise exhibited at the quoting stage.

When it came time for the install, the techs Henry and Dylan did a fantastic and expert job. They mounted the new unit to the wall, plumbed in a dedicated gas line from the outside meter and very cleanly and neatly plumbed the unit in with our existing water lines and recirculation system. All of the visible hot lines were insulated for efficiency and you can almost not tell we used to have tanks. The before and after photos speak for themselves. They were done in a day and the inspector had no concerns whatsoever. VERY satisfied customer here! Thanks Poole's!

I called for an appointment after receiving an estimate and they were able to get me in on the next business day. I had a new kitchen faucet installed (the old one leaked), a leaky drain repaired and a under sink water filter installed. James, who owns the business, arrived on time and promptly got to work. He had everything installed and took the time to make sure everything was working properly so quickly. It took maybe an hour, far less than what was estimated and the price was really affordable. I really appreciated that they were able to complete what I needed so quickly and at a price I could afford. Sink doesn't leak anymore, faucet doesn't drip and the tap water tastes great now!

Had my water heater start leaking bad late the other night, I was able to get it shut off and called Carolina Plumbing the next morning. They adjusted thier schedule and had it replaced the same day I called. Guys were awesome and very professional while working in my house even when I wasn’t there. Showed up Thursday after waiting all day, finally after 4 we’re told they have to come back Friday because parts for the ac unit is frozen somehow in the middle of summer. We wait all day today Friday and call at 4:45pm to confirm they’re still coming out and are told yes. We received a voicemail after 6 saying they won’t come out until Monday now even though they do weekend appointments. The tech called us again and didn’t even have an excuse and said he won’t be here until Monday but he’s also the weekend tech. Very unprofessional and I highly DO NOT recommend them. Young kids in the home and tons of family coming in tomorrow Saturday.
