Jimmy and his crew did an outstanding job installing our new HVAC and mini split. They completed both jobs in a timely manner, cleaned up and answered all of our questions along the way. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a qualified and professional company to work on their home.

Joseph and his helper was a breath of fresh air. I had a leak in my kids bathroom shower and he showed up ON TIME and fixed my bathroom and added a new shut off valve. I had a great experience with Terry and the entire team at TCR Rooter & Plumbing. I had a main sewer line backup at my house, and I had to have some cast iron pipes replaced. I got quotes from a few plumbers. Terry impressed me with his knowledge of the issue. He quoted me a price, and he came in under the quote. On top of that, he was able to fix the issue quickly, and his entire team was a real pleasure to work with. You are in good hands with Terry.

I called midtown plumbing on Friday for a kitchen sink that is backed up. They sent out a technician, Tim, to take a look. He attempted to fix a suspected clog but was unsuccessful. He then went into my crawl space and determined that my old pipes need replacing, and quoted me a price for the work. I paid over $200 for the time he spent that day, and we agreed that he and another employee would come Monday or Tuesday to complete the job. This morning (Monday) I called to ask when they would be coming, only to be told there was ‘a miscommunication’ and they couldn’t send anyone out until Friday. I pleaded with them to try to stand by what we had agreed to, timewise. The receptionist said she spoke with the owner and that he said there was nothing they could do to move my appointment sooner. My under sink piping was left taken apart and I suppose they expect me to wait a week without a functioning kitchen. I’m highly disappointed!

When I spoke with the owner in our ‘recorded phone call’ he acknowledged that the technician should not have promised the work could be done Monday or Tuesday without first speaking with the scheduler, and that he would talk with Tim about that. But of course he fails to acknowledge that in his public reply. Instead trying to make the customer feel responsible for the ‘misunderstanding.’ Wow.

Furthermore, a plumbing service was recommended to me by a family friend. I contacted this company and the owner was very sympathetic to my distress over my plumbing issue and came out all the way from Durham immediately on Tuesday and fixed the issue for $400 less than I was quoted by midtown plumbing. Now that’s service!!

Daniel M. and Aaron arrived on time and were courteous during the inspection and maintenance. After completing the inspection they explained what they found and discussed options to protect the health and longevity of the system.

Donnie and Isaac from weather masters came to the house, they were very professional and answered any questions I had about my ac unit.

I had my downstairs HVAC system replaced on Dec 18th 2021.Mr Tim was very friendly and helpful in choosing a system and explaining everything before the start of work and called back to check if everything went well.I had forgotten about Duke energy credit, He reminded me of Duke energy credit and also applied it on my behalf.
Technicians who did the work were very professional and very easy to work with. They explained every step before they started working. The technician had to take three trips to tune up my other system, replace fire alarms. I am very happy with the service provided.

Michael was efficient and explained the work he did in detail. We will use him again

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

We scheduled an appointment, called them at the last minute and added three more items to the list of repairs, they arrived on time took care of all my issues for absolutely reasonable cost. We are more than thrilled with everything, Highly recommend!

I had an overpriced hvac system put in. They did a terrible job of installation. The men they sent out were not qualified and made a complete mess with their installation. They sent a man out who did good work to fix all the mistakes, and it took him almost all day. I too am disappointed that the warranty does not include labor because they are way overpriced. Regret my decision to buy from them.

The guys came out to check on an odor coming from my master shower. Although we couldnt recreate the odor so they could pinpoint the root of the problem they did increase my water pressure in the shower and replace some type of vent mechanism under a sink incase that was the cause. The two guys that came out were super nice and I would reccomend to anyone. 4/30/13 SL

My home was built in the’80s. It is full of polybutylene pipe. Needless to say I have had more than a few leaks over the years. Carolina Plumbing has been there for me every time. They came out straight away and resolved my issues. The nicest people to work with! Very helpful!! They worked with me to find the best solution. Highly recommend!
