I chose to use Kyle because of these reviews. He was really hard to communicate with but once I got him here he did good work and was a nice guy. On the second job he lied to me about having pulled a permit, did half the job, then charged me for the whole job and ghosted me. Now I have to pull a permit myself, pay for it, and finish the job. Find a different plumber.

Jason was early. He investigated issues with a blocked sink and malfunctioning dishwasher. He explained the work required to me well, and drew up an estimate for anticipated future pipework. Raleigh Water Heater Guys is outstanding! If you need a plumber you can trust and rely on, Mike is the one. We purchased a new home and needed help addressing items on our inspection list. During Mike's walkthrough for the quote, Mike quickly fixed several items on the list for us - for free. Mind you, I've never experienced this type of amazing service before. With a few items on the list, e.g. having older pipes and having a pipe that had a leak in the past, Mike offered his expertise for us to understand the urgency and timeline of when to fix. Mike's invaluable perspective eased our financial burden, after just buying a house, and allowed us to prioritize our expenditures in the right direction.

By the end of the walkthrough, there were only several repairs left on the list that Mike needed to actually come back for. The prices were affordable especially for the quality of work. Mike came back and fixed all of these issues with ease (there was soldering involved - speaking as a layperson, the work seemed thorough!). Mike also offered the option to save money and shut off a broken hose bib, since we had a working one right next to it, and let us know we didn't need to replace our water heater. His transparency earned my trust as a customer for life. He also discovered a plumbing line that we could use for a potential utility sink. We had a leaking water heater in the garage and we called around to a few places and finally found these guys! Will with Fuller Services came out to my home and diagnosed the water heater issue as a leak that was not repairable. He and his team quickly got us an estimate that was very reasonable, after agreeing to the estimate, the Fuller team began putting in a new water heater for us and in no time we had hot water again! These guys are fast, reliable, and on time! Highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a great plumber!

Mike and the rest of the Waite team are fantastic to work with. We had to get PB removed in our home after having a pretty bad water leak (along with several small ones in our crawlspace over the years), which was the final straw with that problematic piping in our home.

Mike and team came and put in new PEX piping and gave us options that made sense for us. They also worked on recommendations for a water heater in the future (by our request, they were not pushy at all or trying to get add ons) and offered to repair the drywall they'd have to remove to repipe and redo the shower valves (it was a very reasonable cost vs what we later had quoted from other vendors, but we declined and will do that ourselves).

Air Experts H&C is an excellent company to rely on to do the right thing rather than just enough to get by. If you are interested in a quality job I would not hesitate to use them for maintenance or a new installation. I have had experience with both over the years and found them to be top notch. Kevin was my technician. I found him to be thorough and honest, he did high quality work, and was easy to work and communicate with. What else could you ask for? He enjoys his job and from all indications he is very positive about his management chain. I like to work with happy people that like there job and their leadership.

In my entire life never had such an experience!!!! I was verbally assaulted by the plumber and had to ask them to leave my property immediately. Got the whole exchange on our video cameras, was willing to provide to management but MANAGEMENT DOESN'T CARE. Owner would not even return our calls. I would advise staying far far far away from this company.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

I had a great experience with Roto-Rooter today. They were available on the date I requested. The plumber, Austin, was extremely professional and worked quickly.

Anthony was asked to come to our property for an annual back flow testing. He claimed some parts were broken in our assembly and that we needed to replace the entire thing. We told him that we decided not to do it, but he came back a few days later on his own and tried to perform repairs, where we had to remind him that we didn’t ask for that. Somehow we were still charged a diagnostic fee for the second time even though we asked them not to come back.

We ended up calling Bizzy Bee and they did the back flow testing for us….and that they found no broken parts at all.

I was extremely disappointed because Anthony came and did good work in our home prior to this (installed a kitchen faucet). I have no idea how anyone can just assume they can come back to someone’s property without permission after being told that we didn’t want any work done (in addition to lying about broken assemblies).
