Wes has been very helpful in my older home, installing a new hot water heater and a new kirchen sink. He always answers all my questions, multiple times and so easant and friendly. I have recommended him to friends.

It was refreshing to work with a service provider who respects your time and makes every effort to be on time. This is what Justin did and, in addition, he takes the time to explain the issue and solution.

We had a pretty gross issue with our pipes belching up dirty water. We called up Fasco and from there, the process was easy. We set up an appointment, got a confirmation text and email on the day of the appointment and the plumber even called me saying he was finished with his prior job early and wanted to see if it was ok to show up.

The work he did was excellent, he was professional and friendly. He told me how to do regular maintenance to prevent these issues while he was fixing the issue. The problem hasn't returned and I'm really glad I called them. Thanks Fasco, would recommend you to any of my friends.

I had an ancient corroded pipeline under my house with several leaky valves and fittings connecting a well to several outside faucets, plus a leaky toilet inside the house. Jason came out and gave me a very reasonable estimate for the repairs. A few days later he came back, did the repairs, found a number of other leaks in that line that sprang up while he was working, fixed all of them, and charged his original estimate. He is punctual, friendly, and incredibly competent. I would recommend him to anyone.

My home warranty company was dragging their feet on setting me up with a service company. My issue was going on the third day. I called BF and they not only saw me within a few hours, the technician diagnosed and replaced my water heater in a few hours. Other companies were either unresponsive or trying to schedule days out. I highly recommend this company. The technician was professional, polite, and informative. A++

The guys did a great job replacing the fixtures in both showers this trip. Last time out they replaced the hot water heater. They were on time, pleasant, and cleaned up after themselves!!!! I would highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

I just had a great experience with this company. My water heater broke/leaked yesterday and I spent yesterday afternoon calling lots of different plumbers to get quotes. The response I got from all of them was that it would be several days before they could even send someone for an estimate. When I called TCR, they immediately gave me an estimate and said they'd send someone first thing in the morning. The guy assigned to my work order showed up on time, was extremely friendly and helpful (even with unexpected things), and got the work done quickly. And now I have hot water again instead of waiting days just for an estimate. I will definitely call them again if I have plumbing issues.

Russel was awesome! Such a nice guy and explained every project to us in detail. He was very communicative and worked efficiently. I will use Midtown again as needs arise.

The man who came was very professional, very kind, and really made sure I understood everything that he did. I would be very happy to have him service any future problems I have. A very good man.

Daniel F. came to my home to assess my existing heat pump and air handler as both were in need of replacement. He spent several hours providing a thorough assessment of the problem and then outlined in clear diagrams what the problems were and what my options were for replacement. No other field representative from other companies provided such a through and thoughtful assessment. It is because of this and Daniel's explanations that I have chosen Weather Master Heating & AC for my heat pump replacement needs. Company management can be extremely proud of Daniel as he went the extra mile and spent so much time explaining absolutely everything. Bravo!

Found my guy for life! Hot Water Heat went out. Called Wes, straight to the point and asked me the right questions (I later on learned why). Awesome to work with and didn't mind me watching. Called 10+ places with absurd prices and cranky folks, but Wes was the man. Great conversation with him. doing it 40+ years and referred me to a couple other folks for HVAC and Electricity needs should I need them in the future. Can't go wrong with him. He doesn't advertise which should tell you everything....referral business. I love hearing call me if anything comes up and I'll take care of it, though it will not. Eugene was one of 3 quotes I got for a sizeable job: replacing old black ABS drain lines with new pvc fittings. His was the most reasonable of the 3 quotes. He didn't try to upsell to expand the job or sell some kind of expensive service package. He was easy to work with to set a dates. Showed up when he said he would and completed the job in one day as he said he could. I own 5 rentals and will be using him again.

We used Schwartz to have our tankless water heater installed several years ago and recently ran into a huge (insurance claim) leak saturating all of the insulation in the crawl space and creating mold along some beams. Another plumber came to find the polybutylene pipes had melted slightly and created a pinhole that had been leaking for weeks. That plumber had led us to believe that Schwartz had contributed to the problem. They also offered to replace all of the pipes, but in three months. So, essentially they say we “will” have another break, but wait until we can get to you.

The next day, the water heater just stopped working so we called Schwartz. Now, I had been under the house pulling out wet insulation before Carolina Restoration was due to arrive and I was pretty upset. That’s when I met James in the driveway holding the section of pipe the other plumber gave to us for insurance. I blew up on him waving the pipe around and unloaded all of the stress on him. James should have left, but he calmly explained what had really happened and was so gracious to excuse my behavior. He actually ended up giving me a hug...which I really needed.
I’ve been reading reviews by other people and it seems like most people just love the technicians Schwartz hires, but I think James really went above and beyond to help me understand our problem.....and not running away from the crazed lady with a pipe was a bonus. 😳
James went on to spend several hours diagnosing some issues, correcting them, and then even patiently explained it all over again when my husband arrived home. We were so impressed with the quality of service he supplied for the price.

William Parrish Plumbing is my go to plumber ! I've used them 4 times over the past 2 years to replace my water heater, replace my hose bib on the front of my house and to unclog several toilets and a roof drain at my office. They are always professional and on time. Fortunately Scott has been the plumber who came for 3 of my projects he is professional, explains things so that I can understand them and does great work !
