I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

He ensures you fully understand the costs and the scope covered. He is very respectful of the home, and is careful not to track mud, etc and to clean up as he goes. He is a true professional, and delivers high quality work. As a female home owner - I really appreciated his directness, and his extra steps to ensure I understood what was happening and why.

Had water leak in the early evening and Kyle was very kind to come out right away to repair pipe! Very responsive but also kind and cleaned up after. Highly recommend them!!

Called them yesterday afternoon and they had availability for the next day. Tech arrived on time and after completing his diagnostic he explain me what needed to be replaced and the amount of the whole labor. In less than 15 min he replace the parts and my toilet is working again. Fast and awesome services.

Our water heater was not working (no hot water!). I called Mike on Sunday at around 9:30. He was very professional, honest, and detailed. From the first person we described our heating system issues to over the phone early this morning to our technician, Vincent, we felt so cared for! They were able to send Vincent out not long after we called and scheduled the appointment, which was amazing after only having heat off and on this frigid winter weekend. After a couple of tests, Vincent got our heat functioning and told us next steps if it fails again. We will certainly use Air Experts Heating and Air again in the future!

David was the only plumber who responded (quickly) and actually showed up in a timely manner to complete the complicated task of replacing all the polybutylene pipes in a condo we were refurbishing. We found him to be honest, thorough and reliable. That beats every other plumber we've ever had! Since then we've had him respond to 1 emergency at our house and another odd project requiring a re-routing of sewer drains for a landscaping project. Now we are going to have him re-work our plumbing for a bathroom remodel. He knows his stuff!

I'm so glad I found Poole’s Plumbing, Inc.. They came out same day (week day) and within 15 minutes had correctly diagnosed and replaced the hose that supplies water to the tank. We suspected the valve was the problem but they saved us so much headache being able to determine it was just the hose! They were on time, knowledgeable, friendly and adhered to social distancing requirements. Great service at an average price for plumbing repair. Highly recommend.

Very satisfied with the work they did for me. I had a complicated issue, they were able to figure out the root cause of my issue quickly. They worked hard, quickly and had everything working with in a couple hours. Though what I needed done was expensive, compared to other quotes they were very reasonable .
