Best Heater System in Raleigh NC

Water heater tank cracked, and Michael and Sons we able to come that same day. Our technician Michael came promptly and provided professional, confident, excellent service. He diagnosed the issue (on a Friday night at around midnight) and came the very next morning around 8 to install a new water heater. Great to work with and did such a fast and efficient job for us!

I chose to use Kyle because of these reviews. He was really hard to communicate with but once I got him here he did good work and was a nice guy. On the second job he lied to me about having pulled a permit, did half the job, then charged me for the whole job and ghosted me. Now I have to pull a permit myself, pay for it, and finish the job. Find a different plumber.

The guys were great, clean careful work, polite, organized. I’m a professional contractor myself, it looks like a well run company. I’ll definitely use them again if the need arises

Mike was quick to respond, fixed the issue quickly and even took care of couple of things at no cost. His charges were very nominal and quality of work is great. He is my go to guy for all my future plumbing and water heater work.

Long story short N W POOLE Well & Pump communication and customer service sucks. Called fuller services. Made appt. To get pressure tank replaced Mr. Ken and Mr. William showed up on time changed out my tank, let me use 10% off first time customer before starting the job, were professional and informative. I appreciate the great service and timely completion of job. Thank you guys will call and suggest your company to friends.

Waite Plumbing is fantastic! My main water line was replaced with a clear plan and timeline. They sent texts to let me know about my appointments and billing. I knew my yard would be torn up but their crew was neat about it and filled and packed the dirt back in. (Picture of the area of dig/line.) My previous plumbing co (used and liked for about 5 years) quoted the job but was not confident to do the job. Waite is now my company! They handled everything, 811 and town permitting. Special thanks to Aaron for fixing a water pressure issue in my main bath (the value would leak for me if adjusted) when I inquired about including it in the quote. He ran back to his truck and did it on the spot. Skilled and kind people. Fair pricing. Mike, the owner, runs an exceptional business. Everyone on the job was savvy and also happy to do the work.

The Company Ease Plumbing is VERY EXPENSIVE! $512.00 to snake a drain $ $368.00 “each” to replace 2 outside faucets!! End up doing it all myself for $65.00.

I had Poole's Plumbing come out to replace our 28 year old electric water heater with a new Bradford White. They had to move the location and they did it with ease. They even ran a nice drain line along my garage wall at the perfect angle. I got a few quotes before using them, but went with them because I had used them at my old house and they carried Bradford White! Either way, very pleased with their service and their price.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.
