Extremely Unprofessional. I called in for an emergency appointment, and they accepted the job around 11:00 a.m. I had water pouring through a floor into the level below, and it was a true emergency. I called 5 times to find out when they would be coming out, and they never returned my call. At 4:00 in the afternoon, they said they wouldn't be able to make the visit. They really left me hanging in a bad situation.

An inlet pipe to our toilet broke below the valve on Christmas Eve. Mayhem. Jayk's kept it from becoming a National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation. I texted a picture of the damage, and two techs were out to our house almost immediately. They were courteous, careful, and they took the time to fix our problem without cutting through the walls. Others could have taken the easier route and hacked apart the drywall for easier access, but they saved us the extra damage. We couldn't have been happier. Thanks for saving Christmas!

Jimmy and his crew did an outstanding job installing our new HVAC and mini split. They completed both jobs in a timely manner, cleaned up and answered all of our questions along the way. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a qualified and professional company to work on their home.

These guys are awesome! Owner was one of the guys that came to my house. Very polite and courteous. Wore booties and cleaned up everything before leaving, no stress. Very very good about explaining everything that's going on and helping you stay in the process if you wish to be. Up front about costs and honest. My go to plumber for the foreseeable future!

CALL TCR FOR EVERYTHING PLUMBING
I literally just erased my previous “go to” plumbing company’s contact info and replaced it with TCR’s info!! I falsely assumed TCR would be like every other plumbing company I’d ever used. Wow! I was incredibly wrong! Initial conversation for setting up the appt was with an ACTUAL plumber!! Trust me when I say that makes a HUGE difference in your time and theirs. Brooks did an incredible job! He was professional, knew what he was doing (again, that matters), got the job done quickly, and even cleaned up before leaving! You would think for all those wonderful qualities the cost would be on the higher end of average. Nope!! They were considerably LESS than other plumbers!
Already forwarded their contact info to my realtor friend. Yes…they impressed me that much!!

Such great and thorough service from Midtown Plumbing. Jason came out to help me investigate a smell coming from our bathroom vanity as well as our boys' bathroom. He diagnosed our problem and educated me all along the way, and fixed our issues efficiently and thoroughly. Reggie came on schedule, found excess rust build up in drain line, cleaned it out and added a valve to keep water from flooding the drain pan and causing damage by spill over into attic. Very efficient, polite and helpful about the overall condition of our AC unit.

We had a problem with our water heater in the apartment, and initially I called a different company - which was my mistake. Not only did they give me an estimate for more than $700 to just change one part, they also couldn't find this part for a few days! Thank God, I contacted Eugene at The Art of Plumbing! He was super friendly, calm, professional and knew exactly what to do. He found the part at the online suppliers' in seconds, called the manufacturer to make sure all the technical characteristics would match and came over to fix our mixing valve very soon. It took him less than an hour, which obviously ended up costing me a few times cheaper than the other company had quoted! Also, Eugene offered a few other options for a solution, which I found very interesting! He said we could do different things with the faucets, in order to avoid ordering and changing the mixing valve itself if we wanted to cut the costs even more - there were ways to adjust every faucet separately and regulate different temperatures in the kitchen sink, bathroom, shower, etc. He suggested that this technique was often preferred and used by commercial properties where they need to reach different water temperatures and different outlets - this means Eugene is an expert in both residential AND commercial plumbing! Great attitude, great sense of humor, great quality of work and great prices! Highly recommended!!! Thanks again Eugene!

Was not able to land a job with the company but was hired by a larger company one week later

Cape Fear (and Kevin Blasingim specifically) saved the day today. We woke up to no AC with the temperature rising pretty quick. On top of that we had on and off thunderstorms all day. Kevin arrived during the time they said, set up a canopy by our AC unit, and diagnosed the problem in no time. He took the time to explain the situation professionally and showed that he knew what he was talking about. He had it fixed and up and running very quickly and we couldn’t be happier with the results. It’s great knowing my kid will be able to sleep comfortably tonight and that we were taken care of. I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.
