Working with Raleigh Water Heater Guys was fantastic! They were responsive and performed great work. I used them to replace my hot water heater and they managed with doing that in a tight space in a closet. I will reach out to Raleigh Water Heater Guys for any future work and would recommend them to anyone!

I am so happy with the service and work that Fuller Services provided for me. I lined up a different plumber and he completely blew me off. I was in a bind and Fuller Services came out the next day. The owner stayed late the first night to make sure I had a working sink in my kitchen. Then came back the next day, put my whole kitchen back together, and made sure I understood how everything worked. Their communication was great, the work was perfect, and I will definitely be using them for all my plumbing needs in the future!

The HVAC technician, Bruce, from Blantons Air Plumbing was absolutely wonderful! He really took the time to show & explain to me everything that was happening with my AC system. He was very thorough and very professional. Great customer service! I definitely recommend this company. I will be using them again.

Brandon and his helper were professional courteous and efficient. They arrived on time and completed my a/c checkup thoroughly. When finished, Brandon explained numerous options to keep my system in good order and what parts, service it might need in the future. A good experience.

Poole's plumbing was the company who originally installed a water heater in the house when it was built. When it came time to replace the water heater I called a few companies and found Poole's Plumbing had the best price and quickest service. They showed up on-time with a very professional crew. Explained the process to remove and replace the water heater. They clean up and left no mess and explained to me how the water heater worked at the end. If I have any other plumbing requirements in the future they will be my first call. I would highly recommend this company.

CK's was very fast to call us back after we submitted an inquiry on their website. Their staff that came out (Bob and Emmett) were extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They fixed our problem for a very reasonable price. We will definitely use them again in the future.

I've had a few HVAC service providers over the past 10 years. Newcomb & Company has the most professionally trained technicians BY FAR, both in etiquette and in knowledge of equipment. They diagnose issues quickly, make suggested repairs and work to find cost-saving solutions. They change the filters as part of their maintenance plans, which saves me a lot of time! They also make an effort to get here ASAP when necessary. The guys are always professional!

Woke up on a mid30s Saturday morning to a house with no water. Did some googling and found Jason Saturday afternoon. He came by an hour later, examined the remains of our 37 year old well system by going through a tough crawl space that was moved due to a house addition. Jason explained the situation very clear and we agreed with the repairs. I was expecting to hear we will see you Monday morning but to my surprise Jason said I’ll see you in the morning. Wow he showed up on a freezing Sunday morning and we had water in a couple of hours. Amazing “old school” service. If you have plumbing needs do yourself a favor and call Jason

What an awful, awful experience with this company. My warranty company contracted them to fix our upstairs unit. It took 4 service calls over a period of 5 weeks to get our AC fixed. Their customer service agents were catty, showed no sympathy and even less urgency with scheduling appointments for their technicians.

The first appt they gave us an 8am-12pm arrival window. They called at 11:55 to let me know they would miss the window AND that there was another appointment ahead of us. My wife had taken the day off of work to be home and then they couldn't even give us an ETA for the afternoon. Off to a terrible start.

I understand that diagnosing a problem on the first call may be challenging, so they filled up with refrigerant and left, saying to call us if it goes out again. Sure enough, it did within days. It then took 5 business days for them to get the next tech to come out to actually diagnose the problem. The tech sent the request off to the warranty company to order the replacement parts.

Bell Cow then wouldn't let me reschedule the 3rd appointment to install the replacement parts until after the parts arrived in their facility. So after waiting 5 business days + a weekend, we had to add another 3 business days before their tech could come out again. No sympathy and no urgency during the hottest month of the hottest year on record.

On the third visit, I specifically asked for a phone call prior to their arrival since they've been late before. They just showed up without a call - barely within the appointment window. Their install techs weren't all that friendly (one was shirtless 90% of the time). They did the fix and got the air working, only for it to fail within days for the 3rd time.

The fourth visit actually went well. Their tech, Sam, said that the install techs inadvertently knocked off one of the valve caps causing the refrigerant to bleed out.

Long story short. Do not use them under any circumstance. If your warranty company selects Bell Cow, do everything in your power to get another contractor. They do shoddy work, are extremely poor communicators, and frankly don't seem to value the warranty customer. We were without air in all 3 of our bedrooms for the better part of 30 days (a couple days of respite in between) and they didn't seem to care in the slightest that they were having to make 4 service calls on the same unit.

EDIT: Unfortunately I'm obliged to edit my review with an update. The irony of this edit should not be lost on the reader.

After posting the above, Bell Cow contacted me to schedule a courtesy quality control walkthrough. I hesitated, but agreed. What's the worse that could happen?

Well, they no-showed the appointment for the QC walkthrough. The reason for the no-show, they said, was that no one assigned a technician to my ticket. Another wasted day off that I had to spend at home waiting on no one.

During the rescheduled QC walkthrough (which I was told should take 10-15 minutes), their technician spent over an hour drilling and hammering. Turns out he wanted to reinstall a kill switch for the condensation since he didn't like how the original installers put it on. Ok, fine.

The very next day, a mere 28 hours after their Quality Control walkthrough, the air went out AGAIN. This was during the first week of October when we had those record highs of 95+ degrees. Fortunately, Bell Cow came out the next day to re-re-re-fix the problem. That was their SIXTH call on this unit.

Proceed with Bell Cow at your own peril. Had it not been for the record heat, we would not have turned the air on until Spring 2020 and we would not have been able to hold Bell Cow accountable for yet another screw-up. I should've trusted my gut and not allowed another one of their techs anywhere near any appliance in my home. Never again.
