I had work done by another plumber that made a complete mess of everything. RTP plumbing came recommended after the fact and repaired all the problems the last plumber left. Wes was on time and in constant communication with me throughout the process. His responsiveness was impressive and his knowledge and quality of work was excellent. I highly recommend RTP plumbing for all plumbing needs. I will definitely use them should the need arise in the future.

Shout out to Luna for the awesome service! After just a few minutes he knew exactly what was wrong, and was quickly able to locate the buried pipe and fix it. I had a plumbing emergency, called my home warranty and then called Fasco to make the reservation. They were able to fit me into their schedule and they came out just a couple hours later and fixed my problem. Also, I have seen some reviews of people saying they do not respond or pick up the phone, I called twice and both times I was able to talk to someone after a ring or two.

I was frantically calling around for a 24 hour plumbing service as one of my pipes burst in my commercial business and they were the only ones to answer. I am extremely grateful that they were able to come out at 1am and try to help me fix the problem. Chris didn’t leave until almost 3am to diagnose the issue Chis then came right back the following morning and proceeded to diligently work on our leak and coordinate with his boss as how to best handle our situation. He took lots of pictures and explained everything to me in great detail so that I understood.

I did recent bathroom addition and hired Your Service Professionals to do the job. First, Kevin was the plumber they assigned and he was great. This guy is funny, courteous, can do everything. I am very satisfied with the workmanship. Second, Dawn is the main office person that I dealt with. She was also very courteous and kept me informed of all the activities. Overall experience with Your Service Professionals is great. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

I had my water heater replaced by TCR Rooter & Plumbing and I'm totally satisfied with how quickly they responded to the initial call. The night before the service, I called the plumber on call and reported a water leak. He talked me through finding the water shutoff valve and how to resolve the leak until the next day. Service was fast, the plumber was professional, and had the new water heater installed the very next day. I recommend this company to family/friends.

Martin was very professional and kind, he was quick and efficient while changing out my companies air filters. He showed me photos of some of the filters that he had changed and a photo of a switch that needs to be replaced eventually. I wanted a new water heater to replace my aging one. It was going to be a challenge since it is nestled in a very tight space and there is no place else to put it. I used Yahoo's request a quote feature and contacted five plumbers. Three never contacted me back. One gave me a quote on a larger unit that probably wasn't going to fit so, we might have to build out a bit. But Eugene at The Art of Plumbing got back to me the very next morning. He asked me for some measurements and posed a few questions, and then came back with a quote that was half of what I was anticipating having to pay.

I was skeptical since it seemed too good to be true. A low price, and he was able to get a replacement for my rather oddly-sized and oddly-configured water heater? But he did. He found the exact same model, brand new and not refurbished. As soon as I was ready for the installation he was too. He and his associate put down heavy tarps to protect the floor as the new heater was wheeled in, installed it in a matter of a few hours, cleaned up all of the mess, stayed long enough to make sure it was working properly, and then charged me exactly what he had quoted. They were even proud enough of their work to sign it.

The new heater works perfectly -- even better than the old one, in fact, since the setting is lower but the water is still just as hot. Hopefully I will not need any plumbing work in the future, but if I do, I know who I'm calling.

I met Josh to bid a project recently and must say I was amazed at his professional manner and intensive listening skills. He was on time, professional and curious about every aspect of the project. His bid was reasonable, thorough and presented quickly and professionally.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

They came out to diagnose issue we had with two toilets running constantly. Angel was the technician. He was on time, professional and kind. Both problems resolved to my satisfaction. Will definitely use this company in the future.
