Oh man! This guy was a life saver! The price was ALOT better then the multiple other places I called! He was super friendly and professional. He explained everything that was going on, very easy to talk too. He had what I thought was a crisis completed within 30 minutes! I literally could not have asked for a better plumber he was friendly professional and not annoyed by my nosey dog. Honestly I am a female in her twenties and to find someone to work on my house that is professional and explain things to me while not making me feel like I'm getting taken advantage of is a big plus to me and he really just was great about explaining everything and also the price was amazing because every other place I called was trying to tack on all of this unnecessary things and he was honest and just appreciated how nice he was.

I requested River City Environmental services, because I've had a clogged drain in one of my businesses. The specific service I requested was jetting the pipe lines and camera. When the guy from River City came, he assessed the job and suggested the snaking, instead of what I requested for in the beginning. I trusted him, as he was supposed to be the Professional . After about 7 days later, the drain was clogged again!
The fact of my business was closed for a few days for the Holidays. I paid for snaking and sewer cleaning $1,102 that time. I called to ask about the warranty for their services and they say they don't offer any warranty. I asked to talk to the manager whose name is Jared, and he listened to the recorded phone call when the lady said:  Yes and No offer warranty.
I got a money refund for Overcharges and not for the warranty.

I called River City to redo what it was not correctly done, and still, I was charged $491 on my card which was about $220 more than what the manager and I agreed for jetting and camera. I had to call again to ask to charge me for the right amount.

It was a hassle dealing with this company, I don't recommend them.

Had Pipeline Plumbing come assess some repairs I needed done, guys were super nice and I was told I would have a quote the next day. Never heard back, so I hired somebody else to do the job. Over one month later, I get a call from Pipeline saying they got my email address wrong. Not sure how that happened, as I originally contacted them via email... Anyways, I knew about and agreed to their assessment fee, but I'm pretty annoyed that they still want me to pay the $125 after all this time.

Kordell was great he was here with in 2 hours and got the job done fast.

As a Do-It-Yourself person, I got stuck with a plumbing situation where I ended up needing a professional's help. I stopped in at Mr. Rooter in Gladstone and was greeted by Jeremy West, Operations Manager. He along with several of his colleagues / employees stopped what they were doing to assist me in fixing the problem that I had encountered. Their friendliness, professionalism, and amazing customer service reminded me of the good old days & times when people went out of their way to help others. Their help & attention made me a HUGE fan and now a loyal customer of Mr. Rooter of Gladstone. I would certainly recommend their services!! They get a 10 out of 10 ... and 5 STARS all the way !!! Toilet unclogged quickly. Helpful advice.

I called up Frontier Plumbing and Drain for a straight forward alcove tub install for my bathroom renovation projects. What turned into a single day job, quickly became week long project. Not because of Frontiers work, but the shoddy job previous home owners and builders did.

Jeff was great. Was up front with the costs and extra time it would take. He did what he said he would do got under budget as well. I can't but help recommend Frontier Plumbing and Drain enough to everyone I talk with.

Mike and his crew were able to do a trenchless repair on a sewer connection separation within the same week we called for a quote. Mike was able to complete the job for half of the cost of another plumbing company who wanted to dig up the street for the repair. Will call Mike again in the future.

We had to get our whole house repiped. I got several bids but most plumbers aren't big enough to do a whole house repipe or had too many extra steps to follow. The biggest plumber in the area who is used to getting all the bids wasn't forthcoming with all the information we needed to make a decision, and I felt bullied and pushed into doing more work than was actually needed (replacing piping that didn't need to be replaced that would have added $3,500 to the price of the job). Power Plumbing came referred by a friend, and I could tell they were different by how thorough the person was who came out to do the estimate. He went into the crawl space and inspected the whole house, noting precisely what did and didn't need to be replaced, so that he could do an accurate bid. While the bid wasn't lower in price, we felt like if anything went wrong while in the middle of the huge job, they would deal with it honestly, so we chose them.

The job took an entire week. Every day we left the house for work, during the day, the plumbers came in and worked while we were gone and were gone by the time we got home. Our water service was not interrupted during the time we were in the house. They also cleaned up after themselves like they weren't there at all, which was especially important because the entry to the crawl space is in my child's room and her room looked the same as how she left it.

A few years back we had had rodents in our crawl space; the guys found a bunch of dead ones in traps and one day took a bag and cleared them all out and basically cleaned our crawl space for us while they were working, as well.

Other plumbers stated that this type of job punches a bunch of holes in our drywall to get to the pipes but the plumbers only opened up one section of drywall behind the washer and did the rest through the crawl space, which I can imagine was more difficult than just going through the walls in the house. The damage to the walls was small enough and not in a visible location, so my husband can replace it without us needing to bring in someone to repair and paint a bunch of holes in the drywall. Other plumbers giving estimates had talked about us needing to bring tile people out to cut through tile so they could access the pipes, creating hundreds if not thousands of dollars more in damage just to get the basic work done.

Overall it was surprising how easy this major work was on our family and I was very happy with the choice to use Power Plumbing.

Duane came out on a Sunday to help me with a bathroom remodel. Did a great job and was very knowledgeable.

Always kept me up to date on my request, technician status and the tech, Tucker, was fantastic to talk with/discuss the repair needs, costs and expectations. Will use again!!

My kitchen drain had a hole in it and leaked into my basement ceiling. It was hard to find any plumber that would come out in the next couple days because they all seemed to be booked until after the 30th. THANKFULLY I found Paul's Plumbing online and made a call! Paul was super nice and was able to have someone come out the next day! I feel terrible cause I forgot the guy's name but he was SUPER nice and did an amazing job!!!! He informed me on everything that needed to be done and if he had to leave to get more parts. I love the work Paul's team did and will definitely use them again! They had great prices too!!!!

While the technician, Aaron, was a really nice guy, I can’t say I was happy to pay 335 dollars for 15 minutes of service. This was NOT communicated on the phone. Turns out my breaker switch has three settings, and it was stuck in between on and off. He told me this happens all the time, and this is how the business stays afloat. While I understand where the management is coming from with their minimum of one hour for invoices, I must say that it’s frustrating to be told that this used to be free and is now going to cost half of my paycheck. The phone technician did not ask if the breaker switch had been fully reset, which would have been really helpful as well.

Eric was the one who helped me and he did a great job! He was very quick, efficient, and was very nice. 10/10 would call them again for future needs and services!

This is the first online review I have ever written about anything - I just am left with the worst feeling that I was totally taken advantage of. I called Portland Mechanical to replace the filters for the air conditioning at my office, as well as look into a whistling noise that was coming from the unit. After a couple of hours, the whistling noise was fixed. Eric came back to our location on two separate occasions for several hours over the next few days. On the third day he handed me a bill for 17 hours of labor, plus 1.5 hours of overtime and over $900 in supplies. He did not announce his arrival or departure for the two additional days he was here. $3,200 to replace the filters and fix a whistling problem that stopped two hours after he was here. I felt so taken advantage of that he continued to work on our air conditioning when he was not asked to. I explained that we are a small business, and were not prepared to spend thousands of dollars on unwanted repairs with no warning. When I expressed my frustration to him, he said that he didn't think I seemed too concerned about money. I told him that most people are. I will never call Portland Mechanical again and would not recommend them to anyone.
