We had a sink in the downstairs backing up with guests in the house. I was able to get scheduled rapidly. I have needed to use the drain team before and was impressed by expertise and efficiency in solving the problem. They explored my crawl space to get a full understanding of the shared pipes and chased the clog for 50 feet to the main sewer line. I would recommend them to friends without qualification.

Gene did a great job replacing the copper drain pipe from our kitchen sink, as well as a few additional items. In his initial house call, he gave me enough guidance to start opening walls and moving obstacles to clear the path for him. Consequently, when he came out a couple weeks later for the job, the job did not take him as long, and he had some additional time to good naturedly take care of a few smaller jobs that were not part of the initial job scope. These included removing some old service lines for a auxiliary sink and replacing a cartridge in a shower faucet. I would suggest, however, that you get a clear idea of hourly rates and parts overhead loading before proceeding with Pipeline or any contractor. I neglected to do so in my casual conversation with him during the initial house call. While the final bill (about $1490) was very reasonable for all the services provided, I would have appreciated a more detailed reconciliation of the charges.

I've used Pipeline Plumbing twice now and I'm always very happy with their service. They show up when they say they will and they do a complete job. I like that they are always going above and beyond too. For example, I had a faucet installed in a sink. The garbage disposal in that sink was missing the rubber cover that covers the sink drain. Since the plumber had to remove the disposal to install the faucet, he just grabbed a spare one of those rubber pieces and added it when he reinstalled the disposable. It was very little extra work for him.

What a professional experience from the initial phone call to a reschedule due to snow through completion of work. Kudos and accolades to Pipeline.

Hands down the only plumbing company I will use and have referred Pipeline to numerous friends. We hired them to handle the plumbing portion of a recent bathroom remodel. Every aspect of the job was handled with professionalism, in spite of our first tub having a crack/leak and needing to wait four weeks for a replacement to show up. Ken, Steven/Stephen and Jeff were great to have in our home. Pipeline invests in their people and in training younger people just joining the trade.

Had Pipeline Plumbing come assess some repairs I needed done, guys were super nice and I was told I would have a quote the next day. Never heard back, so I hired somebody else to do the job. Over one month later, I get a call from Pipeline saying they got my email address wrong. Not sure how that happened, as I originally contacted them via email... Anyways, I knew about and agreed to their assessment fee, but I'm pretty annoyed that they still want me to pay the $125 after all this time.

Our toilet was leaking pools of water in front on the tile bathroom floor. It's our only toilet in the house. After calling a number of plumbing outfits, none had time and either didn't answer or put me on a waiting list. I reached out to Pipeline and one of their plumbers, Brent, was on his way home from work, driving right near my house. He decided to head over and was at my place fixing my toilet within 25 minutes of the call. He was very thorough and got a new seal put on and the toilet tightened down. I'm so grateful for the responsiveness, professionalism and thorough job. I would highly recommend Pipeline Plumbing!

They came out to re-route some plumbing for us that came up during a kitchen remodel. Person came to check a leak at my place, I could not reproduce the leak and he left after 10 mins, gave me some suggestion. He was very courteous and knowledgeable but did not give me much direction other than to let him know once I figured out why the leak is happening. Once I figured out I emailed the office and they told me that I will have to pay another $125 for him to visit again for the same thing that I already paid him last time. I just dont understand how you justify making money like that. But at the end it is all customers fault for not understanding the business model. I do thank them for coming to my place but will recommend folks to understand first why you need them before calling them, otherwise it will be a quick 10 mins trip and a 125 bucks out of your pocket for no work done.

I had an object stuck in my drain, I thought I'd have to rip out the ceiling but Pipeline was able to pull it out without any external damage. Great job Pipeline!

Wow! Talk about service. Our water heater blew up late in the evening. I called Pipeline Plumbing at 8:15 the next morning. They were at our house by 10:45, the new heater installed within an hour, and had hot water by 12:15. It doesn't get any faster or more professional then that! I didn't get the installer's name, but he was very professional. Even took the time to tighten a leaky outside faucet before he left.

I needed a natural gas pipe connection terminated and capped. I was in a real bind from a scheduling perspective and Adam and his team came to my rescue. I called almost every plumber in the Portland Metro area and no one was able to help for a simple job that took about one hour from start to finish. They went above and beyond to help me out and their price was absolutely reasonable, based on the fact that they were willing to accommodate my schedule. I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them. Keep up the great work, service and professionalism. You have a customer for life!

After hiring them twice, I highly recommend Pipeline Plumbing. Although the work was not complicated the gentleman that did the job was knowledgeable, professional and polite. The initial job was to replace the bathroom toilet. This was done efficiently, the old toilet was taken away and he even asked me if I wanted a soft-close toilet lid! I must be a country bumpkin because I had no idea there was such a thing--and I love it. The second work was a dishwasher, garbage disposal, sink and faucet disconnect and reconnect as part of a kitchen refresh. Again, Pipeline sent the same gentleman the second time which was a pleasant surprise (I like the continuity). To my relief, he helped me work through a couple issues with the sink and the work was done as promised.

I needed all the pipes in my house replaced cause they were old and leaking. They sent someone out to give me an estimate, and it was reasonably priced. I was able to get on their schedule in a timely manor and everyone I worked with was super nice and friendly, from the guy they sent out for the estimate, the lady in the office, and the plumbers who replaced the waterlines in my house. Definitely recommend giving them a call.

I have been working with pipeline plumbing for more than 15 years and have had a fantastic experience. From major remodels to changing a faucet, their service has been top notch. From the office staff, estimators and plumbers all staff are friendly and competent.

Another plumber told us that this was not a clog but an issue with our septic tank. Thank goodness we didn't believe them and had Pipeline Plumbing & Drains come out! They eliminated the clog with their totally cool water jet and saved us from having an expensive and unnecessary septic tank inspection. Everything drains wonderfully now!

I ALMOST GOT BURNED! The only good thing about Pipeline Plumbing (Lake Oswego) is that Darla (office assistant) was helpful in responding. She promptly dispatched an apprentice plumber (Grant) to fix our toilet, but his visit ($125 assessment fee) was truly a waste of money – talk about flushing money down the drain! He quoted $570 to fix the toilet’s shutoff valve and fill valve and said that nothing is wrong with the flush handle (it was obviously loose). My wife quickly called George Morlan Pumbling Supply in Tigard to get an unbiased third party opinion about pricing. GMPS assured her that with such amount we could have paid for labor to install an entirely new toilet, and the material costs only about $25. Not wanting to lose my $125, I tried to negotiate the price, but was flatly refused. Thus I paid the $125 fee, cause I don’t like to be blackmailed, by anyone, let alone a plumber.
Then I called another plumber (Greg from Premier Plumbing). Without much drama, he arrived within an hour, replaced the fill valve, fixed the flush handle, and inspected the shutoff valve (which worked just fine) for a much more reasonable price of $200. Judge for yourself.

Terrific job done by professional people! Outstanding company with prompt and excellent service! Couldn’t be happier with these folks!

These are my go to plumbers to call with any issues. Met several of their employees over time (we have an older house so there are issues periodically) and each one was knowledgeable and direct.

They've done toilet installs, initial repairs when purchasing our home, and miscellaneous fixes. Prices are very reasonable.

I had an urgent plumbing issue that was causing all of my plumbing to back up throughout my home. I called Pipeline and they were able to send their drain tech Brent, out right away! He was able to hydro-jet the line and got us back into working order within a couple hours of our initial call. He was friendly and knowledgeable, I will definitely be calling them for all of our plumbing needs!

Brent and Pipeline were great. Was having gutters replaced and on the day of replacement called Pipeline to help unplug underground drains for downspouts. Brent was here within two hours, had all of the equipment needed, clearly explained options and costs and then worked around gutter installers and stayed with it till he found the problem and cleared it. He was courteous and seemed to enjoy helping people solve problems. You don't find that often now. Would highly recommend. Not inexpensive but worth the investment to get a responsive professional who will fix the problem

SAMANTHA was AWESOME at answering my questions BEFORE I committed to using their service. She was able to quote prices for any potential service or purchase I might need for my hot water problem. OTHER companies did not / could not quote prices for possible services unless I first paid over a hundred dollars just to get a quote. Did ya ever go to a restaurant (pre-covid) and see the menu in the window so you could tell what they offered? Did ya have to pay $119 just to look at the menu?? That's what the other plumbing companies wanted me to pay them just to ask about their service. Do yourself a favor and call this company and get your questions answered. Really nice folks!

Going into it I knew plumbers were spendy. With that being said Grant gave me several on site quotes, and fixed the pipes same day. Grant replaced about 5 feet of piping and joints. Grant was very professional, honest and up front, willing to help fit the fixes I needed into my budget. Grant then gave me some pointers on how to fix my remaining issues so I could do them myself. Had a slow leak near the supply line on a bathroom sink. Cracked threading and corroded pipe on personal inspection took this out of my comfort zone for repairs. Booking an appointment with Pipeline was a breeze, the tech arrived early day-of, was super friendly and provided a clear explanation and reasoning behind the issue and the services needed, and wrapped repairs in under an hour. Highly recommended!

Jeff, his crew, and the office staff did a GREAT job from start to finish with our Navien hot water heater & putting in a new line for our circulating pump-- they solved and corrected a problematic attempt made by a prior handyman which had left us with a mess of tangled pipes and tubes but inconsistent hot water. They were easy to communicate with, made an accurate & thorough assessment of the issue, gave us several reasonable options, answered all our questions, and then coordinated with the demo company needed for the in-wall access. The job was done quickly, tidily, and effectively! Crew was friendly and did an organized & professional job (and cleaned up their work space perfectly). Everything was completed 100% as we hoped, in an efficient time frame, and for a very reasonable cost (exactly in line with their original estimate). I would highly recommend. From the moment I called, the staff was very kind and knowledgeable. They were able to schedule an appointment that worked for me in the time frame I needed. I had to give notice prior to having water turned off. I needed a water value under my kitchen sink replaced and a new faucet put in. I was given a 2 hour window on the appointment day and was very happy when Chris showed up a little early. He was very professional and got the job done. He even cleaned up the area before he left. I was also very pleased when Darla from their office followed up with me a few days later to make sure everything was working well. I will use them again.

I cannot even begin to express how awesome Pipeline Plumbing is. We had hired a different company at the recommendation of our contractor (after our project - he dumped them!) and they charged ridiculous prices and did some shoddy work. When I asked Pipeline to come in and review their work plus finish our kitchen work, they were more than happy to help. We knew it might be the right time to complete a whole house re-pipe as our downstairs ceilings were mostly open - and they agreed. They gave us a fantastic bid and got to work.

What I was MOST impressed at is as they opened up the walls there were certain things they found that they felt they did NOT need to replace, therefore - they didn't! They adjusted the bid down and then with the extra funds we now had, they did some other plumbing add-on's for us.

Going forward - I will ONLY use Pipeline Plumbing as our go-to as they are reliable, quick, clean workers (you should see the beautiful clean cuts they made in my walls - it made it SO easy for me to re-patch!) and just an overall pleasure to work with!

We had 2 drain issues. One, at the kitchen sink, had already been repaired by another plumbing company but the fix it used wasn't sufficient. Pipeline did a more thorough job and even showed me a camera scope of the work, giving me peace of mind. The tub drain was also addressed efficiently. I will call Pipeline from now on!

Really great experience working with Ken and Pipeline Plumbing. We needed all our old, haphazardly installed galvanized plumbing replaced, as well as new shut-off valves, fixtures - really everything plumbing related needed some TLC. They were quick about getting back to me to get a quote. When walking through the house to talk about the work that needed done, Ken was super helpful with suggestions for improvements beyond simply replacing what was there.

The crew was in the house for three and a half days, slightly less time than they originally estimated. The new pipes and other work looks very clean and neat, and will be so much easier to follow if we ever get work done in the future. Ken was very communicative through the whole work process, providing updates at the end of each day and explaining when some of the original plan needed to be modified or postponed.

I never thought I would be so delighted by neat and clean plumbing and working shut-off valves, but it turns out those are really important to have, and Pipeline made it happen.

We called Pipeline Plumbing to repair the piping to a couple hose bibs which was located in our garage attic space. During a cold spell this pipe had frozen. Chris from Pipeline Plumbing came out to look at it and it might cost $1,700 to $2,000. Subsequently Chris came out and repaired it. The work performed was good. They gave me a break on the price. I would use them again.

I have personally used Pipeline Plumbing on multiple occasions including a large job to install a natural gas back-up generator and have many clients that use their services. They are very responsive, highly professional, and very fair. I would not hesitate to recommend Pipeline to anyone.

This company gave me an estimate of $1120 to disconnect / reconnect my kitchen sink, disposal, dishwasher, and watermaker faucet for kitchen counter work I was having done. No parts. The estimate was given site unseen to include travel expenses. I did this work myself without prior experience or proper tools. It took me one hour and ten minutes. Ill let my experience be your guide.

It was time to replace my water heater, which was located in a small cubby hole under a kitchen counter - very difficult to get into. I had one plumber over who tried to tell me I would need to remodel my bathroom to get the old tank out. Another plumber pretty much laughed in my face and said good luck with that. It was so discouraging.
When Pipeline Plumbing took a look, the gentleman was unphased by the location, and said yeah we can do this. They were scheduling about a month out, but they were worth the wait. The cost of the install was very fair.
On the day of, the same guy and another guy from Pipeline arrived earlier than scheduled. After many curse words, and I don't know how we're gonna do this overheard, and lots of shimmying, they got the old tank out! They put in a new one in a better spot so it can be accessed more easily.
The guys were friendly, answered all my questions, and kindly cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend Pipeline and will definitely contact them for plumbing needs in the future.

Pipeline Plumbing people really know what they are doing. They arrived on time, solved a challenging and difficult problem with our Roman whirlpool tub plumbing and installed new kitchen faucets for us, all in three hours. We will definitely use Pipeline Plumbing on all of our future plumbing needs. It's a great experience working with these professionals. Pipeline Plumbing and their staff represent the quality level that all businesses should strive for TODAY but sadly generally do not. What a pleasant experience!

Had a mystery smell coming from the master bathroom, and they were able to get someone out to us within a couple days (when everyone else was scheduling weeks out because of the holidays). Pipeline Plumbing came out to do a job at our recently purchased 1937 home. We had discovered that some of the original pipe under the house needed replacement, needed some complex (and originally poorly done by the previous owner) plumbing capped off where a washing machine used to be, our shower water pressure was poor, and we needed help with a 50-60 year old faucet in the kitchen. Chris was able to do all of that in one visit. He was very professional, on time, and took the time to explain things without trying to up sell or talk down to me. I really appreciated his approach. Their service price was very reasonable considering the amount of work that needed to be done. I had ever confidence that the job was done right.
