Steve answered my call and knew right away what I was dealing with. We made an appointment for the next day and he came in and unclogged my soapstone utility drain in less than 30 min which made me very happy! Awesome service! Steve and his partner even called to let me know they had a cancellation and were able to come out right away. They finished the job within their 2 hour minimum. They showed me where Verizon had cracked the underground rain drain with their DitchWitch when installing their fiber optic cable (FIOS) to our home, and the bent piece of plastic pipe that was blocking part of the pipe where debris could clog, and a second spot where roots had also crept in through a joint in the pipe. They cleared all the roots and was able to partially bend back flap of broken pipe so that the line flows like it should. They also showed me where the pipe was cracked so I could place markers for repairing the pipe. Highly recommend these guys.

After dealing with a repeatedly clogged sink for the last year I finally called this guy and he was prompt, courteous, and he got the job done.

We had been having problems with our washing machine drain overflowing occasionally. We had snaked it out ourselves which worked for a while but all of a sudden the drain pipe seemed to become totally blocked and nothing we tried could fix it. We'd used AAA for another plumbing problem and liked the work they did then so we gave them a call and they came out same day and fixed the problem right away (roots in the drain line past where our snakes could reach). Thank you AAA!

Left a voicemail minutes before their closing hours and Steve texted me back within 10 minutes about our clogged kitchen sink. Was able to get on the schedule for 9AM the next morning. Steve was very professional and was able to get our sink draining and able to be used quickly. He also offered tips on how to make sure we wouldn't have another clog in the future. Steve Gill and associate cleaned out bath tub drain and discovered what I thought was 2 clogged drains was really only 1. Had all work completed in less than 45 minutes. Nice, professional, skilled, and efficient. Worth every cent I paid to have them come out and unclog my drain.

The website says fast service and no extra charge on weekends leading me to believe they were open on the weekend. I had a clog at a rental that needed immediate attention on a Saturday afternoon. I left a voice message but didn't get a return call until Monday. He said they are closed on Sundays. I appreciated the call, but the website should make this clear.

I called AAA Drain Cleaning to unclog a toilet. Steve at AAA Drain Cleaning was amazing! He came with in a few hours of my call. He was quick, and gave me a detailed explanation of the problem, and showed me on his cool camera what he did to fix the problem. I would recommend AAA Drain Cleaning to everyone I know! Steve (company owner) provided excellent, same day service. Mine was just a simple clogged kitchen sink, and the work was done quickly and efficiently.

He was on-time down to the minute (apparently an issue in this industry).

The charges were very reasonable, and not even a hint of trying to up sell any additional services.

I would recommend AAA Drain Cleaning without hesitation.

I recently purchased a new home. The last owner was a cancer survivor and had unknowingly burst the pipe in the master shower from the copious amounts of hair that had accumulated in such a short amount of time. Steve was able to clear it out quickly and with no problem, even though he said it was the most amount of hair he'd ever seen in his career. He was friendly and worked quickly and I would recommend him to anyone who is having drain issues.

Hard working locally owned business that knows what they are doing! I had a plumbing repair I needed quickly and he got if fixed right away. I left a msg and was immediately (within 2 mins) called back by the owner. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and affordable! The repair took longer than expected but he did not raise the price. Thanks Steve! You really saved the day and I appreciate that you squeezed me into your schedule because you understood my situation.

I called for a sewer backup first thing in the morning. They arrived at my home, on the complete opposite side of the metro area in about an hour and had it fixed in less than another hour. Great, friendly service. Knowledgeable and very affordable. They saved me a painful weekend and potentially much larger bills. I definitely recommend.

Very Fair price on time service very good

I was extremely pleased with the service Steve provided. He managed to clear out years of buildup (shingle gravel, dirt, small roots, and other things) from inside the rain drains and pipes. He was on time, friendly, reasonably priced, and thorough.

Steve (owner) was able to come out to clear our drains on the same day I called him. Not only did he fix the clogs in our kitchen sink and dishwasher and bathroom tub, but he also fixed the plumbing under our sink that was leaking. Overall, a super friendly and helpful guy.

Steve is top notch. Responsive, efficient, great at his trade and very fair. Cleaned out our rain drain and had rain water flowing to the curb in less than an hour.

Steve came out same day and unclogged my drain in an extremely reasonable amount of time. As everyone knows, there are a lot of places where they overcharge and the workers must enforce the company policies. I had an urgent need to scope the inside waste line in my building. Called Steve at AAA. He sent Austin out in 1 hour. Austin was personable yet professional. He was quick, efficient, and obviously knew what he was doing. He's an interesting person and I learned a lot, too. I also had him look at a portion of the exterior line that I was told (by a different scope company) was damaged and needed repair (which they would of course do for thousands of dollars). That turned out to be false -- it looked great. Thank you Steve and Austin - you are a rare example of awesome service, quality work and ethical practices.

There is a reason that these guys have so many 5 Star ratings - blown away at how much better AAA Drain Cleaning was! My job didn't go as planned (I had tried to fix it myself). Steve came in, fixed everything I had done, cleared the blockage and fixed my kitchen back up.

Don't often take the time to write a review but when you deal with a professional that knows his stuff, is quick and reasonable (he came out on a Sat after I called him Friday night!!)I have to weigh in. Steve was fantastic and a joy to work with. I highly recommend if you have drain/blocking issues. He even came back for a follow up scope two days later after our drain break was repaired for a highly discounted price.
Sucks when this happens but AAA and Steve are the right guys to call.

Steve is the first and only rooter person you need to call. He was referred by another plumber and that says a lot right there. He is professional, hard working, and has very reasonable pricing. Unlike other plumbers I've used in the past that'll charge you just to show up.
He also cleared a drain for my wife's practice and was more than half the costs of the last plumber who spent less time and couldn't clear the same drain.
I would give him 6 Stars if possible.

Austin was beyond knowledgeable. Give that man a raise.

He knew his stuff and answered every question I had.

I called Steve about 9:30 am Monday morning. He was at my house by 10:15 am, had my drain unclogged and no longer gushing water out of a pipe by 11 am. He was extremely knowledgeable and quick! I was expecting a huge bill but the cost was reasonable as well. I hope I don't need a plumber again for a long time but if I do, I know who I will be calling.

Steve was the upmost professional. I wanted to ensure my drains would either be cleared, or at least troubleshoot a bit as to what was going on. I had sent away a competitor the week prior to finding Steve and AAA drain cleaning. The gentleman that showed up for the 1st business clearly didn't care whether the job was completed to a high standard nor seem interested in troubleshooting the issue. He wanted to hydrojet and move on. Steve was immediately very helpful, very straightforward about the process, and super knowledgeable and willing to do the work to diagnose the problem. We had a back-up issue in our basement utility sink. Based on reviews, I called AAA this past Friday (10/12/18). Steve responded to my voice mail towards the end of his working day, and came over, in the early evening, the same day. He quickly assessed our problem, informed me of the problem, and went at it. What's not to like about Steve : diagnostic expertise, execution excellence, and stellar customer service. And, all at a cost that was substantially lower than I thought it would be. I would not hesitate to call upon Steve again, and recommend him to you. Plus, he brings a friendly, can and will do attitude with him. An easy 5 Star call!!

Steve went above and beyond any plumbing, or pipe clearing service I have ever used before. He answered his phone promptly, gave me a very fair price, showed up on time and diagnosed a very difficult problem. Steve (owner) was great to work with in every way. I had a completely plugged kitchen drain with standing water. I had worked on it for a couple hours to no avail. I left him a message in the morning, he managed to fit me in the same day, arriving around 10:30am. Flat fee for the service, $125, plus any parts. He kept in touch via text messages letting me know when he was arriving. He arrived on time, covered shoes with booties to not track in dirt. He didn't mind pulling out all the cleaning supplies under my sink because I have a knee injury so I couldn't. He put them all back afterward, too, very nice. Pleasant conversation while working. He quickly found the blockage, removed and showed me, also showed me broken gasket which he replaced for $2.50. It was a small job for him and probably a lot of travel, but it was very important to me to get the drain cleaned on the same day. I had started the morning going through some internet service and getting barraged with calls and emails from various large plumbing companies telling me they couldn't come out same day anyway (even though I had put that in the search criteria). I managed to find Steve by calling Zach of Everlast Plumbing (whom I would also call back again in the event of a larger job) who was kind enough to return my call and refer me to Steve.

We contacted Steve in the morning and he came at 1:00 pm. He was friendly, sincere, and knowledgeable. He fixed our kitchen drain and gave me tips on what not to do to prevent clogging in the future. He told me up front the flate rate he would charge. I appreciate his honesty. I am glad my friend recommended him to us. We are very satisfied with his work.

I had Steve take a look at the gutter drains on my house that back up during heavy rain. With a couple of his many tools and gadgets, he was easily able to find the problem, which turns out to be a fairly common issue in certain areas around Portland and Vancouver. I was referred to Steve by a very satisfied neighbor. She told me that he charged $125, which is what he charged me. Steve scheduled me within two days. In addition to the fast and efficient drain service, Steve also shared advice on installing a dishwasher AND he replaced a too-short pipe that went from my garbage disposal to the drain. The charge for the non-drain service - $10 in parts. I highly recommend AAA Drain Cleaning!

We called on a Monday evening at about 530pm and got a call same day about 2 hours later and they were able to come out the next morning. They were very professional, courteous, informative and were done in about 45 minutes. Nothing but good things to say about this company I would use them again and refer them to anyone that needed this type of service.

We definitely called the right company:)! Steve came out the day we called, and worked diligently for several hours to clear our kitchen drain. It wasn't a normal or easy situation. The house is circa 1941, and we've only owned it 2 years, and we didn't even know the location of the sewer line, etc. But Steve just kept at it until it was all sorted out. He also cleared a slow tub drain. We'd highly recommend him, and would definitely call him first if we need this type of service in the future.

Steve, Came over within an hour my drain was flowing again. I especially liked how curtious he was. Very clean work, Steve had shoe covers to keep our carpets clean. He also covered everything around the work area to keep splashes off the surrounding walls and cabinets. Didn't leave a big mess for me to clean up, looked like he hadn't even been there when he was done. I really appreciate that kind of service. Very reasonably price as well.

I had Steve out to deal with a drain at my preschool, and a week later ( two old houses!) Austin came to scope out sewer line in our 1916 home.
They were on time, on both occasions, great communication, and just very nice to deal with.

I couldn't be happier with my experience with AAA drain cleaning. Steve & Austin were extremely professional, honest and such a pleasure to deal with. They came out same day after telling me their cost up front. Worked fast, clean and took extra time to fix my problem (which was a little more in depth than just a simple clog). Found out I likely have a grey line that needs addressing. They got my drain working & gave me recommendations for fixing my pipes. Price was exactly what he quoted and he wrote a detailed receipt documenting everything we spoke about. I'm hopeful I won't need their services anytime soon but if I do they're the only ones I would call! Very pleased!
