Pipeline Plumbing in Portland did an excellent job getting what we needed and were reasonably priced and great to work with.

Roto Rooter was fast, professional and knowledgable. The technician listened to me explain the situation and then asked good questions. After taking time to understand the situation he gave me my options and helped me unstand them. The recommended solution fixed the problem the first time! Thank you Roto Rooter!

Brian and Cameron did a great job and were very thorough in making sure they actually fixed the problem as there was a little complexity to it. They also evaluated other concerns that I had. I very much appreciated the work.

I had Steve out to deal with a drain at my preschool, and a week later ( two old houses!) Austin came to scope out sewer line in our 1916 home.
They were on time, on both occasions, great communication, and just very nice to deal with.
I cannot tell you how reassuring it was to have a calm competent person help, when I had 16 preschooler and a mystery leak.

Mike and his crew were able to do a trenchless repair on a sewer connection separation within the same week we called for a quote. Mike was able to complete the job for half of the cost of another plumbing company who wanted to dig up the street for the repair. Will call Mike again in the future.

Waste of time and money
I had a Grohe tub faucet to instal. The Power plumber told me it could not be installed, materials were missing. I phoned another plumber - a good one after he left and send pictures of what I had and he said everything was there and it will be easy to instal. So, it cost me over $500 to have the Power Plumbing guy come out and look at what was needed, I ordered the Grohe faucet but he declined to instal it and he tore out the old faucet, something I could have done in an hour. This tear out and the inspection cost me over $500. I could have torn out the old faucet myself in an hour. If I had not phoned the other plumber and believed the Power plumber, I would have returned the Grohe faucet, waited several weeks (without a bath tub), and then spent another $500 or more for the Power Plumber to put this in. Experienced plumbers are worth the wait, don't use Power Plumbers!

When looking for repairs to you home honesty is the most important thing. I have done business with him three different times in less than a year. He has always taken time for me and delivered on what he said he would do.

Definitely on the pricey side, but they got it taken care of quickly and easily. From my first phone call to the end of the job being completed was maybe 3 hours, most other places I called couldn't have anybody out for a day or two or even a week. Dude was super friendly and helpful too.

Update: Well, since I cannot figure out how to delete a Google Review, I'll just update this one and revise the 1-star star rating I had previously given. I received an email from this company's answering service, saying this was their fault. They had some technical difficulties that day and didn't realize that Paul's actually did take emergency calls. So the information I was given was incorrect. I'll revise my rating, I suppose. But Paul's should consider their relationship with that company. As a business owner, I certainly wouldn't want an answering service who I entrusted to care for my clients giving them incorrect information that would leave them upset and conflicts with what my website says. But it sounds like this company is pretty contrite. So hopefully they will not leave someone else hanging next time during an emergency.

The emergency service they list on their website is a lie. Called on Saturday middle of the day for service and just got an answering service that told me they're closed until Monday. :(

My AC stoped working about 3am the on a hot summer morning. I know it was 3am because I woke up roasting!
I called Green box at 10am, then had someone out to fix it 3 hours later! The service techs name was Nick. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely use Green box for my future HVAC needs!

I called first this this morning because we could not use any water due to a leak. 10 min later I received a text that Devin was on his way! 12 minutes later he arrived! Very friendly & professional, very much appreciated. We were pleased with his work & happy that Apollo responded so quick to our needs. Thank You!

Simpson has been great to work with, from scheduling to estimating and final work being done. Couldn't be happier!
