EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!! The owner, David, responded to a Friday night emergency to open our clogged sewer line, and his camera inspection revealed a collapsing sewer lateral. The initial repair quotation contemplated having to excavate; however, they managed to find a way to do the repair by inserting a liner, which reduced the cost by $6,000. We much appreciate their honesty and efforts to repair our lateral at the lowest cost to us. Each member of the crew was professional, competent, and a pleasure to work with. The work required two unexpected additional visits which were performed cheerfully and at no added cost. Sewer Replacement Specialists are exceptional, especially in this era of declining service and exploding costs.

At 7:00 p.m. when the pipe broke under the house on a Saturday nothing is going right. I called Proline and the dispatcher was very professional in taking my info, when Tyrone showed up he was polite and checked out how bad I screwed things up. He told me how much it was going to cost and got right to work. Unfortunately there was no way to get to the break, so he had to open up the floor. He only cut what he needed to. Very happy with the service and I will call Proline again if I need anything else done with the plumbing.

Wish you guys could hire drivers that know how to drive, use their signals, not be on their phones, not swerve into others that call them out for their awful driving...makes you guys look REALLY bad as a company

They came out to re-route some plumbing for us that came up during a kitchen remodel. They were able to come out that day (but had initially intended to come out the next day, so that was a lovely surprise for us that they were able to make time for us). They were professional and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Dan and Mark were exceptionally professional, courteous, and provided me with a high level of information to ensure I completely understood the issues that they came across while cleaning out a main line blockage.The helped me learn that my home had a cesspool and was not actually connected to the city sewer and different options I have to take care of my plumbing needs.They were able to clear a stubborn clog and left my bathroom nice and clean, which I greatly appreciated.I highly recommend using this service and would gladly work with these fine folks again!Thank you, Dan and Mark!

Service and the tech, Jeremy, were great. The only thing that raised my eyebrows was the fee, thought was a bit high.

The guys did an excellent job replacing a leaking water heater and bringing it up to code at my mom's house last fall. They came out quickly and got to work right away. I needed a new washing machine so I decided to replace the shut off valves at the same time. They arrived promptly, got to work right away and again did an fantastic job! They are my new go-to company for any future plumbing needs.

Duane was very polite and friendly. He was always communicating with me what he was doing, where and what needs to be done. I’d definitely call him again for any future plumbing services .

We had a fairly major repair job. Out house is over 100 years old and both the main drain line under the house as well as the waterline to the street both needed to be replaced. Besides the normal plumbing work, this required the team to jackhammer a trench across our entire basement to replace the line.

The job was done on time, on budget, and there were no surprises. They also left the worksite totally clean. Everyone I worked with in the process, from the initial plumber providing the estimate, to the installation coordinator at the office, to the workers completing the concrete work, were professional, polite, and patient in answering all of our questions.

Grumpy is a misnomer! They were anything but grumpy. Very personable and accommodating. Highly recommend!

I have water leaking in from the outside (through my siding), and these folks were recommended to me. They came and were unable to find the leak. I was unhappy and they contacted me after and wanted to make it right. They offered either a refund or other eyes on the problem. I chose the refund, but the point is that they were solidly customer oriented and willing to work with me honestly. This is all I can ask from a company/service. Maybe wouldn't recommend for locating siding leaks, but I would absolutely call them again should any other leak occur.

Chris came by to price a tie in to our system for our landscaper. Was very professional and friendly. Also willing to explain things clearly as I had questions. I can’t speak to their work since he was just bidding to my landscaper but was impressed by the upfront service.

John was on time and was flawless. I needed a hole dug for an excavation test and they did it to the exact spec i requested...And they avoided the sprinkler pipes!
