Just received estimate to replace tub, drain and overflow. Work has not yet started.

Procedures and cost well explained up front. We did some negotiating and settled on a good plan and cost. We also took out their yearly Maintenace plan as were so impressed by the technicians and their work.

I found 3 Mountains Plumbing to be professional and friendly. Darrell in particular was extremely knowledgeable and personable in the type of service he provided for me. I did not have the right materials in order for him to complete the repairs needed but he went to great measures to find the proper materials I needed. He was relentless, knowledgeable, and committed to finishing the job before leaving my house. He put me at ease that the job would be completed. I will be calling 3 Mountains Plumbing again should I have any plumbing repairs. They provided quality in a fast and efficient way.

Fixed the problem, but does not work well with insurance company. Also does not return calls timely, if at all.

Allison was on time, courteous, straightforward, and left behind a working toilet (which was very much needed).

Sean R came to the rescue today when our water heater failed and was leaking water all over our basement. He came to our house within and hour, installed a good quality water heater and even cleaned up all of the water! Above and beyond. Thank you!

We had a blockage in the drain for our bathroom sink that was worsened by DRANO (the devil’s liquid to old metal pipes) and caused a leak. After days of frustration with home snaking of the drain, we called for an in-home consultation. They were on time, professional, friendly to our pets, and clean! They took extra care to clean up any small mess they made and they changed boot covers multiple times. They were also transparent about costs and explained everything well. We are waiting for a plumber to replace pipes in the basement but I’m sure we will like them too!

Jeff was prompt, professional, and thorough. Our drain line to the septic tank was backed up and he quickly assessed and identified the problem. He provided an on-the-spot estimate for several options.

we noticed a small leak in our hot water heater on Saturday morning. We have used 3Mountain before and had good service. I called them and they told me they try for Saturday if not it would be Monday AM. The service tech guys came Monday explained all the option on the spot. I was actually very surprised at the professionalism and patience on two different occasions that I used this company first we had a horrible back up in our extremely outdated plumbing and they were able to find and unclog the problem I was totally expecting an outrageous bill and to be told we needed to replace all the plumbing…. Quite the opposite. They suggested we get an estimate on updating a few things second appointment they came out and said the pipes weren’t in great shape but nothing is leaking and said at some point we would need to update. And gave us a reasonable quote we decided to do the work now because of the comfortable experience and the fact that we didn’t feel pressured into fixing anything

Tony did a great job! He was able to snake our drain 40 feet. Since it is a ranch home, he went the extra mile and checked the entire pipe line by entering our crawl space. He ensured everything was tip-top. He very meticulous and takes his job seriously.

They came and fixed my issue next day and did a good job explaining everything and laying out easy options. Much different in a good way than other plumbers I have used in the past. Evan was great!

Chris from 3 Mountains provided a consult on changing the plumbing layout in my bathroom and installing a water line to the refrigerator. He was generous in answering all my questions and explaining what would be involved/things to keep in mind in considering the projects. He provided very helpful comments on the pipes/plumbing updates in my 1927 home (which I bought 4 years ago and didn't really know about the pipes, etc.). My neighbor had given 3 Mountains a stellar recommendation, having used them for a whole-house repiping a few years back. This was truly the best experience I've had with a plumbing company.

We moved into a house with a wrongly vented water heater - work done by 3 Mountains Plumbing years before. I called them to come out and evaluate the situation, hoping to get the venting fixed or begin a conversation about a new, shorter water heater.Alex P. came out for the initial quote and was courteous, understanding, and quick to offer a solution. Within a day, Darrell and team came out to replace the water heater - at no cost to us.In every interaction, the 3 Mountains team focused on making things right and provided excellent customer service. 10/10 would work with them again on a future project!

Our water heater went out over the weekend. I called 3 Mountains on a Sunday morning and they were able to have a tech come out the next morning. Alex was super professional and very knowledgeable. He explained the process and everything went as expected. All in all, Alex was in and out in 2.5 hours. They were also able to connect me with an electrician for additional needed work. Overall, I’m very happy with the service.

Dominique was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She did an excellent job with my outdoor water faucet. Plus, she suggested that I call the Portland Water Bureau since the valve to shut off the water at street level was frozen. Not only did the Water Bureau unfreeze the valve, but they replaced the large cap over the water meter. Dominique also volunteered with another suggestion that I found helpful. Happy that this project is done, and it was completed in a timely fashion.

Dominique was great. Very responsive, a good communicator, and thoroughly assessed our situation and came up with a good plan of action. Would definitely hire them again.

Tony did a great job of snaking our kitchen drain line until the clog and muck was removed and explained the process and actions that may prevent recurrence.

Nolan is the best! Such a nice guy, and professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. (Bonus points for being so friendly with our dog! 😊). I had a clogged kitchen sink that was backing up into my basement utility sink. They were able to come out same day, they had an advertised deal that seemed almost too good to be true. They were fabulous to talk to on the phone and schedule the visit and consult. After they gave me a definitive price, they grabbed their gear and were able to clear the drain in 15 minutes. The price was amazing, and they helped put my fears to rights. 10/10 would recommend!

Came out same days as my call, wow. Found my tank real bad and had it changed out in 2 days. Much better system then what was. Coming out every year so I don't have to do squat about it, thank goodness.

Yesterday evening we realized our 10 year old water heater had stopped working. We called 3 Mountains at about 7:20 PM, received a call back at 7:40 PM, and talked to the dispatcher this morning to schedule it.By 2:00 PM this afternoon the old water heater was gone, the new one installed, and we are good to go! Emergency plumbing is never fun, never cheap, and always stressful, but having it done be a company that is so quick and responsive and efficient makes it somewhat less horrible.Tjader and Coleman were friendly, respectful, efficient, funny, and did a great job. Thanks to the whole team!

Nick was there within an hour of my call, gave an upfront estimate and had it fixed in under 30 min. Also interested in their subscription plan for the future.

Monsae is a consummate professional. Communication was excellent. He was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. There was a discussion up front about the services he would render, the costs for the service, and walked me through diagnosing the issue with my water heater. I asked for a brief education about preventative maintenance with my particular brand and model of water heater. He was super accommodating and provided me with expert advice as well as additional options for when a total tank replacement is necessary. All of your plumbers and techs are professional and really nice people! Your prices are higher than others but I know the work is done well. Tyler was very good at detecting the problem and fixing it.

I had my hot water heater leak and need a full replacement. These guys did an amazing job. Highly recommend!Dispatch got someone to me the very next day when I called them at 5 o’clock. The plumber (Colemann) was able to remove the old heater and get a replacement in immediately despite the location being hard to get to. All said and done we only had to go one morning without hot water.He really went above and beyond by recommending an electrician we needed to get the job done. He also gave us tips on how to prevent water damage from the leak.

Thomas was wonderful to work with...and my garbage disposal is functioning again. Huzzah!

Aidan, was very courteous and efficient. He arrived on time explained everything to me and fixed my drain. Plus they are coming out to check my pipes again next week and guarantee the clog for 60 days. I would recommend this company and Aidan.

We thought it was only a plugged drain, but turned out to be a much more serious and costly problem. Three Mountains did a thorough evaluation of all my pipes and had to replace pipes in the crawl space and under the sink, which required opening the garage wall, too. They evaluated my garbage disposal and advised that it was working well, so I returned the one I had bought. Each technician was pleasant and knowledgeable and on time, with phone calls previous to arrival.I have confidence and peace of mind knowing the work was done correctly. Many thanks to each ~ Nick, Connor, Klint and especially David, for all the times he climbed in and out of the smelly crawl space. I'd definitely call 3 Mtns again if I need other work.

Had Tony out to clear a rain drain system. Showed up quickly. Explained the whole process and got it done. Nolan followed up with a camera rig to get pictures inside the pipe and determine what caused the leak. Great service.

Aidan was at a he house on time and took care of our problem very quickly and faster than I thought it would. Rates are very fair and the customer service is stellar. I guarantee they will be my go-to plumbing company. I also love that this is a local company and that my money stays in our local economy.

Esli did an outstanding job unclogging a drain. The obstruction was very deep and another private plumber was not able to do the job. Esli is friendly, professional and an excellent plumber. Dominque was great, AND as one reviewer mentioned, I should have done my homework to get other quotes. They do get you with an inexpensive ($30) initial visit and their quote for just replacing an outside faucet was outrageous. $1200, Dominque was here maybe 1/2 hour and I'm fairly certain she's not getting $600 hr. And it was the lowest of the three quotes they gave me. Do your due diligence friends. I had already given them a 50% deposit and didn't want to go to the trouble of starting over with another company

Marc diagnosed the problem when he was here on a different job. His follow through was very much appreciated. He is excellent in every aspect of his work.

DO NOT USE 3 Mountains Plumbing! I continue to find issues with the repipe 3 Mountains did four years ago. At the time, it was a fairly urgent situation and they were available weeks before the local repipe specialists. During the course of the repipe they cut a structural beam and were required by the inspector to hire an engineer to properly fix it. They also rendered useless the heating system in my dining room. Since that time I have had to repair an outdoor faucet that burst because it is not up to code and did not have an actual shut off valve and was jerry rigged through the crawl space vent. It was lazy and completely incompetent work. They also left me without an accessible main water line shut off. Aside from the repipe they quoted me $17,000 for a sewer repair that wouldn't have actually fixed the problem. It was ultimately repaired for $1,200. So not worth it! Run away, don't let them near your home!

Coleman and Paul showed up earlier than predicted, surveyed the problem quickly and replaced a bad hybrid water heater with a new one on the same day within about 4 hrs. Cudos to the staff for answering the phone on my first attempt and arranging same day service. We are eternally grateful for the personal service. Jellen

Jeff called and gave me an ETA both days on his way to the house. He was extremely professional and courteous from start to finish and explained everything he found along the way. He cleaned up thoroughly.He provided top-notch service. The best I have experienced.

Always coming to our rescue, they were able to see us within days (every plumber was booked solid due to so many houses with same issue) of a pipe burst that shut the water to our whole house. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Talk about unqualified, unprofessional, and just overall weird!Peter came to our place because we wanted to change out our shower valve and have an idea of the price associated with installing a wet bar. We also had, what we thought would be, a quick question about the drainage in our garage.This guy had absolutely no idea what he was talking about the entire time. He thought the drainage was broken, multiple plumbers later stated the small amount of water was normal and helped to prevent sewage smell. He didn't know how to replace the valve without ripping out the drywall, and I had to actually provide suggestions on how to do it. After thinking it over, he realized my idea made way more sense than his.The weirdest/worst part though was when he brought out his tablet and proceeded to sit on the floor in our hallway writing bids FOR OVER AN HOUR. We had no idea what he was doing, but he sat there typing out SEVEN BIDS. NONE of which were what we actually wanted done, and the prices were comical. $45,000 to have the plumbing redone in the entire house?! That's more than twice what it should be! And that's not even what we asked for!He just kept typing and saying how fast things would be once he got going, but after over 2 hours of him doing absolutely nothing we had to eventually kick him out since we had to go.This guy, and company, are such an overpriced mess. STAY AWAY.

Awful company! They should call it “Three Stooges Plumbing.” I scheduled an appointment a month ago. They call me the day of the appt to cancel. And then try and reschedule for a month later!!?? Total gong-show of an operation. No one seems to care. No regard for dates or promises. Call D & F Plumbing. They’ll take care of you. These guys are bogus. Don’t bother with 3 mountains.

ABUNDANCE OF BLUNDERSWhile selling our house we were told that the sewer line to our house failed inspection. We called 3 mountain plumbing to do another sewer scope, but they were unable since they didn't bring a ladder, only access is on the roof). They used the scope from another company to determine the level of repair needed.On July 11th they dug up the yard and replaced the sewer pipe and did another sewer scope. They were supposed to upload this video to YouTube, but never did. The person who did the sewer scope should have been able to determine very easily that the did not fix the problem. We were not informed by anyone in 3 mountain plumbing of any problems. They filled the hole and assumed that the problem was fixed.Before they started their work, I asked them if they had any questions and they said no. As they dug they promptly broke the water line to the house. If they had asked I would have showed them where the water line was. I assumed they were trained professionals who knew where the water line was.Our realtor contacted us and said she needed to see the sewer scope. I contacted 3 mountain plumbing and this is where the nightmare started. I made many phone calls over many days and finally another sewer scope was done.On July 22nd the sewer scope tech called and informed me that the sewer line was pooling. 11 days after they left the distinct impression that the job was done they now tell me it wasn't done correctly.They dug up my yard again and sent out a quality assurance guy to do another video (not sure why).When they dug up my yard for the 2nd time (again busted the water line) they discovered a cess pool (not disclosed by the previous owner) was causing the sewer line to sag. How did they not see the cess pool the 1st time, especially when the camera tech had to see the sewer line was still pooling?It took a lot of effort on our part but 3 mountain plumbing did repair their blunders at their cost.However I am giving them a STRONG ONE STAR rating. They may have some good ratings in the past, but in our opinion this company has taken a major turn for the worst.

3 Mountains came out to assess an issue I was having. They were prompt and gave me an honest assessment. They were not the right solution for my issue. I appreciate them being upfront and not trying to sell me something that would not solve my problem.

Follow up to previous review. I had a tankless gas water heater installed. Lars and Allison were on time and professional. They were courteous and respectful of my house. The installation looks good. Lars was good about checking to see if I had questions, explaining the the installation and encouraging me to call if I did have questions or if something went wrong. They set up the inspection for the permit - one more thing I don't have to do!

Houston got us set up, Jeff, Edgar and Robert got the job done and Andrea helped with financials. What an amazing team. We had extensive sewer work done. They were so nice and understanding that while they deal with this everyday, I do not! The yard was tore up but by the time they left everything was as clean as could be. Edgar talked me through what they were doing and didn't get annoyed with me or my dogs watching out the window! I hope I never need professional plumbing again, but if I do, I wouldn't hesitate to call 3 Mountains.Laura E.

I called 3 Mountains Plumbing because my neighbor used them and figured if they were good enough for our neighbor, they could probably fix a couple of minor drain problems we had.They were responsive, professional, and were able to get someone out to us the next day (though we had them come out in 2 business days). They called to let us know when the plumber would come out and then called about 30 minutes before the plumber showed to confirm we were ready for him to show up.The guy who came out, Logan, was friendly and professional. He explained things well and answered any questions I had. He completed the work in a timely manner, cleared the two drains that were problematic, and fixed the stopper and removed an object from the pipes that I had accidentally dropped in there trying to clear the drain myself.I was completely satisfied with the service.

They failed to unclog a drain and left my home leaving me to believe it was unclogged. $300 wasted.

They went above and beyond the scope of the project. It was a complimentary scoping of our sewer line. Had a really hard time finding access to the sewer line. They never gave up for finding a way into the line. Once a way was figured out it all came together. Very impressed with Jeff and his coworker. Definitely would recommend 3 Mountains Plumbing.

We hadn't heard our sump pump go off - and when we get a lot of rain, it usually does. 3 Mts Plumbing set clear expectations about when they would come out and how much they would charge to take a look at it. They arrived on time and quickly determined that the pump was still working well. Jeff was personable and professional and assessed the pump, taking pictures and a video along the way so we could see. He even mentioned to me that the pump was still under warranty (it was installed before we moved in) and took a picture of this information - all of which was sent to me via email. All in all - a very positive experience. I'd highly recommend using 3 Mts Plumbing!

Yeah, definitely not set up for new customers or something. We had a slow leak in a pipe in our basement bathroom that was affecting the drywall ceiling and the date was almost 3 weeks out. After waiting all day to hear back from the dispatcher and I had to call back in when they didn't call back. Can we talk it through? Have someone pop in and put eyes on it? Yes, I'll put in that request. Nothing. A week-ish later, it started being a faster leak and I called on Friday March 25th and the guy said he would have the dispatcher Nicole call me back. It's Wednesday March 29th and no word.Meanwhile my wife got back into town and saw it and found someone on Angie's List right away. Guess what? They called back right away, scheduled within 24 hours, chatted with her. They actually walked her through cutting open a section in the ceiling with our utility knife to see where the leak was and alleviate the all-over nature of it. Something 3 Mountains could've done. This other company has now been out and fixed it, and I called 3 Mountains & said I don't need next week's meeting anymore.You know, I totally get that times are hard and expertise is at a premium so it's hard to get someone out, but to not even return calls multiple times, and to have it turn out to be a simple fix. What a bummer. Definitely keep this in mind if you have plumbing challenges. I'm seeing a few reviews about inflated prices and things, and I almost feel like even though it was frustrating waiting for that call back, at least we got it done and maybe dodged a bullet.

John arrived on time, was very professional & responsive, and gave us several options for fixing the big leak in our house's main water line. He worked with us to explore all possible solutions. He's obviously an intelligent fellow with much experience, which is very much appreciated. We feel confident in his ability to fix the leak and to work carefully around & in the house and yard.

Had an appointment on the books for 6 weeks. The day of the appointment, they called to let me know they had emergencies and inquired to see if they could come in the afternoon instead of morning. I accommodated that request. Then, at 1:30, they called me to let me know they couldn’t make it and would reschedule me for “weeks out”. I can’t believe they would simply bump us several weeks out when we had an appointment on the calendar for six weeks. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Hugely disappointed and they didn’t even make it in the door. Perhaps this was a lucky intervention. Perhaps their plumbers are as bad as their schedulers and now I will end up with a better experience elsewhere.

Actual problem was probably beyond the scope of work, so unresolved, but its not their fault. They were pleasant, and professional, and did all that they said they would, just as they said. I would call them again, if needed. Home repairs can be strange, open-ended things, but they were very good at telling me my options and what they could and couldn't do to help me. I appreciate that.

The on-site team led by John, and with Eric and Skyler, worked hard, communicated with us often, checked with us before making any decisions to resolve issues that arose (in a 70-year old house), did excellent work, and cleaned up after the work. We have called on 3 Mountains for several different plumbing issues and have been consistently happy with their work. This last job was a doozy: a spot repair break in our sewer line and then replacement “burst” of the line five feet from the house all the way to the street. It was a huge project, disruptive by its nature, but also fascinating. Tim, the lead on the project, was happy to answer all my nerdy questions, sharing history and interesting side info, and he didn’t mind my taking photos along the way.We did have a misunderstanding this time around over the final cost of the project. Everett and Dane had come out to prepare the estimates and both were great. Later when the discrepancy came up, I was able to speak with Everett, and he remembered that the price we talked about in a speaker phone conversation had been different than what we were later charged. To 3 Mountain’s great credit, they honored our understanding of the lower price—even when it was shown it wasn’t the one in writing. They also responded quickly to every request or question we had either by email or phone.

I was able to schedule a next day consultation on a not very urgent inquiry. The tech was knowledgeable, friendly, and understanding. Super satisfied and will absolutely be sticking with 3 Mountains Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs.

Found a pipe that had been leaking into our wall on New Years Eve (horrible time to schedule work). Called 15+ services and 3 Mountains was not only quick to get someone out, but also the only ones capable of doing work before February.David is awesome - had a huge job to do and stayed late (like 6hrs over) to make sure we didn’t go without water. We also found a gas leak while he was here and he took time to address that. Work he did was solid and I’d 100% recommend him / 3 Mountains.

I am very satisfied with the services provided by Jeff of 3 Mountain Plumbing. We’ve had a sewage smell coming from our guest bathroom for about two weeks now. He came out to assess it by checking out our crawl space and scoped our master bath drain, our guest toilet drain and the main sewer drain all the way to the street. He was knowledgeable and filled me in on every step and why throughout the time he spent here. There were no clogs seen. Ultimately, he replaced a wax seal on our guest bathroom toilet. Not much time has passed since he left our house so I can’t say for sure if that solved the issue since I’ve been used to the smell for two weeks now. I don’t smell anything now though. For the price we paid and piece of mind, we are more than happy with his work and will be calling him for any of our future plumbing. He even wore shoe covers in our house to keep our carpet clean without us requesting.

Our water heater had a problem. They came to check on it the same day. Isaac talked us through options and we decided to try a repair before replacement. The repair didn’t work, and Isaac was very accommodating while I waffled about which decisions to make. He ended up replacing the heater for us the same day that the repair didn’t work out. He was professional and relatable throughout the experience. He did a very complete and tidy job of exchanging heaters.

Chris arrived within 3 hours of request. (4 other companies haven't even returned my call yet.) Wonderful courteous, through, review and explanation of issues involved. We had some issues with our upstairs toilet and 3 mountains came out and solved it within 15minutes. The followup camera work was promptly scheduled and Olivia was extremely kind and knowledgeable. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Our original works was replacing one toilet and replacing a flapper on another. The flapper replacement didn't quite work. It leaked very slowly over a number of hours leaving an empty tank. When told of the problem they quickly scheduled another call. Dominique realized that since the toilet was a Kohler, it would probably require a Kohler specific flapper. She had one in the truck, replaced it, and checked for leakage with dye. All in all a very good experience.

I have used them twice now. They do quality work, friendly, polite, clear, and prices are fair.

Came out and secured my water heater in my primitive dirt floor basement up to earthquake code despite it being about 6 feet away from any wall! They were very pleasant, quick and accommodating and the price seemed quite reasonable.

We had called another rooter company who had come out a few days before, and advised us that we would need to replace our drain lines after telling us that they were seeing dirt and debris trying to clear a backup in our basement shower. The technician said they were confident it was a broken drain and they were unable to clear the line after 3 hours of work. The tech billed us for 2 hours of time before leaving our house with a large mess in the shower. 3 Mountains Plumbing responded to an inquiry I made online on a Saturday, and we scheduled a time that Monday for Landon to take a look and provide us with an estimate for replacing our drain lines. Landon arrived on time, and he asked a lot of follow up questions as I described what I had been told and what I knew about our home. He then began actually investigating our home's plumbing, and wasn't in a rush to just write up an estimate. In fact, after exploring a few different things, he laid out a plan to come back the next day with one of the 3 Mountains technicians to bring a smaller scope to see more details inside the pipe, and also try to clear the line again from a different route. After listening to Landon layout some different possibilities, I felt informed and very comfortable with the overall approach. The next day Andrea met Landon at our home, and they did exactly what Landon had discussed the day before. Fortunately, Andrea was able to clear a clog that was located within a connecting drain line that our shower fed, and both lines cleared. In the end, Landon and Andrea were consummate pros whose commitment to isolate and treat the actual issue saved us the major headache of a clogged drain and potential major home project. I highly recommend 3 Mountains Plumbing, Landon, and Andrea. We'll hire them the next time we need any plumbing work or services!

With a middle-aged home I discovered I have a bigger fix coming up, and thus the reason for the gurgling toilet recently. Getting their customer care plan is worth it. Outstanding service. Let's face it a plumber is expensive. So I can complain about the cost but that won't matter. Initially I asked to have my main shutoff gate valve replaced with both a gate valve and 1/4 turn and my refrigerator shutoff replaced. Peter gave me three options. He installed the double valve at the main shutoff and then after talking about the refrigerator shutoff and telling him the stem was where the water was leaking he suggested we attempt tightening the stem. And that was all that was needed, saving me big money on that shutoff. Cleaned up and left the area as good as he found it. Scheduling was also very easy and promptly returned all my phone calls. Would use them again.

Almost never showed up when they said they would. Wasted so much of my time. Work should have finished weeks ago, and I’m still waiting. Additionally, they forged my signature on multiple documents. Would only recommend to someone I didn’t like.

We had a very complex job that two other plumbing organizations refused to even attempt. 3 Mountains Plumbing did the replacement of the 100-year-old galvanized pipe and leaking shower valves through a back wall and from the top of our shower stall. They accommodated this, rather than requiring demolishing the shower stall wall, so we could save the original shower tile. Despite the very tight space and challenge of the job, they completed it on time and on schedule.We will only use 3 Mountains Plumbing going forward and highly recommend them.

We used 3 Mountains for a whole-house repipe in a 1918 home. Great communication and excellent work. They held to their schedule and adjusted to the surprises that come along with vintage plumbing issues.

We had to shut the water off for 2 days which was very stressful. I called them on a Sunday and a technician showed up first thing Monday morning. I had water backing up in my basement drain and Estley came and tried to snake the drain clear but was unsuccessful. Daniel was called and ran a camera down the line and found the problem. These two men were awesome. They were friendly, helpful and explained everything they were doing and what the solutions were. Daniel went out of his way to dumb down the problems for me and he really calmed me down. I was in panic mode expecting to be out thousands,instead he was able to bring the costs down. He also was able to schedule the repair two days later instead of the usual week or so. These guys are my heroes, Daniel especially went out of his way to make this repair the least stressful and financially feasible. I returned home on Sunday afternoon to a 6-ft diameter puddle of water in the garage. Time for a new water heater. I started a Google search and while screening nearby plumbers, I noticed Three Mountains Plumbing said they were open. Really? Sunday afternoon. I had seen their trucks around and noticed a boatload of high reviews, so I called and sure enough, someone answered. It was their answering service. The person was very polite and professional. Within an hour I had a call back from someone at Three Mountains to schedule service for the next day, which I did - they had a time in the afternoon which fit my schedule. So far, this was great! They confirmed the time Monday morning, but due to some jobs taking longer than expected, they had to reschedule me for Tuesday. They scheduled me for their first appointment and offered me $100 off any service for my inconvenience. Unheard of! The customer service and communication from Three Mountains is top-notch. The next morning, I get a call confirming the appointment and my plumber, Monsae, arrives right on time. He was great. Kinda shook his head at the existing installation. Then he confirmed the old water heater was shot and provided me options for replacement. He also pointed out a couple of code issues left over from previous work. Monsae checked stock, had a new water heater delivered, and within 3 hours of his arrival, I was making hot water in a brand new hot water heater with an installation that looks a heckuva lot cleaner than the old one. I can't say enough good things about my experience. Great customer service, great plumbers, and high-quality parts/equipment. There's really nothing I can suggest for improvement. The cost was a bit more than I was expecting, which meant nothing since I had no basis to form that expectation -- I rarely call a plumber and the old hot water heater was 14 years old. Marc did an excellent job...purely professional all the way.Pricing was much more expensive than what I expected, but I haven't hired a plumber in years. Scheduling for this appointment was not good at all...confusion! Unknown to me, my first scheduled appointment was cancelled...I ultimately waited three weeks for someone to show up.

I originally called them for faucets and while waiting for them, our hot water heater went out. On a Friday afternoon they came out and made sure we had hot water for the weekend. And I can finally use my outdoor faucet without flooding the basement! Allison was amazing. We will be using them for our remodel.

I had a broken sewer line causing awfulness in my home! I had no idea who to call and I started researching the internet. After trying a few companies who were unable to come out for a week I landed on 3 Mountains Plumbing who said they were booked but would squeeze me in. Indeed, from that moment on I received exceptional service from the entire team. Ian, Edgar, Wally and Zach were very skilled, professional and easy to work with. They advised me every step of the way as to what they were going to do. They took care of everything from permits to inspections. They dug up my entire front yard, but when they left you could hardly tell that they had been there. There were other people who were very helpful from office staff to the first field contact whose names I cannot remember. I could not be more please with the whole experience. Very pleased with the service I received from 3 Mountains. The water line to the house broke right before Christmas which caused all kinds of stress. I called 3 Mountains and they were able to get to me within a few days. They sent Marc to inspect and quote the project. He was so kind and knowledgeable and I immediately felt comfortable with him and the choice I made. The water line was replaced within a day and a half. They kept me up to date with everything going on and got it done with little stress! Everyone in the office and all the gentleman that came to the house were super nice! They're gonna be back this next week to replace the sewer line!Also, a water line and a sewer line are pretty hefty projects. 3 Mountains gave us the best pricing by far! Scheduling person was super helpful, informative, and got us on the schedule for Wed to unclog our kitchen drain, placed us on the waitlist for Tues. All communication was spot on. Both Andrea and Corey arrived, were totally professional and friendly. They got right to work and cleared the drain, advised some extra steps to keep it clear, and even replaced a cap that we had accidentally chipped on the cleanout valve. Price as advertised and discussed in advance. All in all a great team, did a good job on our old clogged pipe.

These guys are expensive but they do great work. Chris, Mitch and their crew did a big week-long job for us replacing our CPVC piping and installing a tankless water heater. They were always on time, professional, respectful, and communicative, and they worked overtime to make sure our water could get turned back on each night. They seem knowledgeable and do a good job explaining what they're doing and why. I would call them again for sure.

Evan Crook and Tyler are AMAZING! I thought I had a stopped up tub drain. They easily diagnosed the problem; Evan just flipped up the manual tub lever and the water went straight down the drain. The water pressure in bathroom was coming out slow. Tyler unscrewed the mouth of the faucet, took out the screen, rinsed it out, put it back in and the water pressure was restored. They saved me a lot of money but gave me some valuable advice and the time they spent was priceless. Two very outstanding young men. Thanks 3 Mountains Plumbing. If I need you again, I will call you. We had these guys come and inspect our newly purchased home, & to give us a rundown of it’s status, our options, and estimates. Paul and Jean Marc were great, and really were outstanding as a team. I feel they went above and beyond to ensure the feedback they were about to provide was accurate. They were polite, hard working, very thorough, but most importantly honest. I never felt like they were pushing further service on us. They understood our financial restrictions and gave us several options for pricing, as well as how long we could likely hold out. Being first time home buyers who already surpassed our budget, it was a relief to know we could take some time to build our nest egg back up. I’d also like to mention how polite and patient they were. After my wife came home as they were about to leave, they were more than happy to run through everything again with her. We’ll be getting our work done with them this year, and couldn’t feel better about it.

I had a partial repipe done to my home and Sal and his excavation crew were amazing to deal with. The crew who did the work inside were great as well, whatever they pay Andrea, it’s nowhere near enough. There were some issues that were encountered and they tried to walk us through every challenge as they encountered them.What could have been a very negative experience was mitigated as much as possible by their front office professionalism. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who asks.

From start to finish 3 Mountains Plumbing and the high-level technician, Colemann, were wonderful to work with. My water heater gave out and needed replaced. I called 3 Mountains at 8:30am and from the kind and professional intake to the call-back from dispatch to the tech arriving was just a a few hours...Coleman was so professional and knowledgeable and shared all the information I needed to know about the job. Within a few hours I had a new water heater and the old appliance was hauled away and the new unit tested and up and running. Our main pipe was corroded and collapsed so we had no plumbing in our house and of course my parents were here visiting. I called 3 Mountains and Michelle was great, she heard we were going to Safeway to use the restroom and she had someone out the same day. First off, 3 Mountains called promptly as requested after we returned from a 5 week trip. Zach came to repair a break that occurred after a water main had been completely replaced. He ran into several problems which he handled with a great attitude despite working outside in the heat we are experiencing. We called 3 Mountains when our 1920's era tub drainage pipe began leaking catastrophically. It took a week to get them out here to assess the project and another 2 days to get it repaired, which is a long time without a shower, but both plumbers were professional and friendly. As with all plumbing repair jobs, it was more expensive than we were expecting, but overall it was a good experience and I'll use them again. I especially appreciated that they text a photo of the person you can expect, so you know the person you let in to your home is legitimate.

Klint was a joy to work with. He detected what the problem was and was able to repair it all the same day.

Brooks has been to our house twice to clear our sewer drain. He is always on time. Inspects what the problem is. Gives us a quote and tells us in detail what he will be doing. After he cleared the drain he had a co worker Jae come out and put a camera down the line so we could see that it was completely cleared. Jae was also very professional and gave us guitars on a new sewer line. The second time Brooks came out he found that the sewer was actually overfilled in the street and we had to call the city to have them come and clear it out. We love 3 Mountains. They had to get a 6 sewer main line cleaned out that was very plugged up. They stuck with it until they got it though.There was one instance that the camera man got a tad short with me but it was really no big deal, I just good laughed out of it. 40 years in construction most likely gives me the ability to question and critic a bit too much. They were all a great bunch of guys and appreciate everything they did for me. Fixed in one day, which kept us with plumbing for the night, which my wife and family were very much appreciative of.

Brooks came our to snake our rain drains and discovered that the drains unfortunately did not terminate in the proper manner. He helped come up with some temporary fixes until the scope team can give us an estimate.The same day, Tyler came out to look at our water main that we believed to be broken. He looked all over the house and agreed it was broken at the main. Unfortunately the only option for us is a complete re-pipe because our old pipe is galvanized. He even was happy to answer my myriad of questions!Even though, our situation is extremely unfortunate, as we just bought this place, both Brookes and Tyler understood and were upbeat and friendly. Both were very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. I look forward to working with them more!

They came, assessed problem and fixed it. Everything was great. The only snafu was trying to contact plumber by phone directly since the number gets rerouted to the general office phone, but other than that it was a smooth process.

We just had an all-around excellent experience with this company from the website (actually useful and you can live-chat with someone) to customer service on the phone to Joshua who actually arrived a little early. They got us scheduled quickly and everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. Joshua was engaging and polite (my 3-year-old loved him!) and respectful of our home. He talked us through what he was doing and why and got our approval with every step (i.e. no surprise charges). He was happy to share his knowledge and clearly enjoys his job (he even mentioned how “fun” his line of work is and how much he likes working for 3 Mountains!).You can’t really ask for more than that in a home service provider. I would give more stars if I could and we are already planning to have them out to do some more work. I just wish they also had electricians and contractors but for now I’m glad that we found our go to plumbing service.

We called because our water bill has almost doubled over the last year. Tyler came out and did a thorough inspection, explaining that the likely cause was a leaky toilet. He then spent time with us discussing an upcoming bathroom remodel, giving us advice and information unrelated to the reason we called. We decided to hold off on fixing the toilet as it is soon going to be replaced. After all of this, Tyler did not charge us for the visit! Very kind and professional. Highly recommend.

The timely response and the repairman himself earns 3 Mountains 5 starts, but they advertised a '$94 dollar or it's free' repair, and it actually cost $300 to have the kitchen sink unclogged. I felt as though the advertisement, including the conversation with the call taker, were misleading. If they would have advertised the full price but still guaranteed 2 hour response I would have hired them anyway.........but the misleading advertisement and inability to confirm the price with the actual call taker lowers the score. The repairman that came was knowledgeable and efficient and did the job properly.

I called about a broken water heater and was worried about not having hot water for days while we addressed the issue.Luckily, 3 Mountains Plumbing was there within hours and we had a new water heater same day. I couldn’t have been happier!The tech, Isaac, was fantastic. He kept us informed along the way and was very kind to my kids and dog.

I called them on Thursday because for a clogged faucet drain. They sent a technician next day on Friday to unclog the faucet drain in my master bathroom. The technician removed the P-trap from the sink and tried to remove the clog from the drain line, he couldn't re-attach the P-trap beneath the sink and he said a different type of technician will come and help with that and then and I paid them $349.00 (that was for the drain clog removal - which later I found out they did not do). A few hours later a plumber from their company showed up, looked at the sink and she said she needs to order new parts for the P-trap and she will be back on Monday with the new parts and fix the sink. On Monday they said, sorry we are fully booked for today, we will come first thing on Tuesday. On Tuesday Morning the plumber showed up and she fixed the P-trap and charged me $1,142.00 although the clog was still there and the water wouldn't drain at all. At that point she said that someone will show up on Wednesday to fix the drain clog (the initial problem that I already paid for on Friday of the previous week). At that point I was stuck for almost 5 days without running water in my master bathroom sink so I called an emergency plumbing service who showed up in 40 minutes and fixed the clog in about 5 minutes (I am not exaggerating). On Wednesday I got a voicemail from the clog removing technician saying they were about to head out this way. I called them back and explain that I had another company fix the problem the night before (after 5 days). Their reply was that I just voided my warranty on everything they did... wow...

Both Jason and David were friendly, respectful, and competent. They resolved our plumbing issue with great skill, and are great ambassadors for 3Mountains Plumbing. We will call on 3Mountains again, if other plumbing issues occur. Also, we will recommend3Mountains to anyone who asks.

Terrible service and experience. We spent over $650 and they were not able to clear the drain. They claimed we needed to pay $3,000 more to re-pipe an area. Seemed fishy so got a 2nd opinion from another plumber who came out and he cleared it for $150. Showed him their estimate and he said they were being dishonest and the pipes they wanted to replace weren’t even an active line or even related to our problem. Huge waste of money and time. Requested partial refund but never heard back.

The dispatcher got me in quickly on the schedule because I was having backups in my shower and kitchen sink, which resulted in leaking in the basement. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. She also let me know they were offering a special drain clearing promotion that I got to use. Logan came to my house and clearly outlined what he was going to do and checked to make sure that was all OK with me. He was open with what he could say for sure he knew, and what he would want to have someone else look at to verify. They do not charge by the hour, which I loved. It was a flat fee for the requested service. There will be a follow-up/additional visit by someone more skilled in dealing with leaks who will come out next week (Logan made sure to schedule that technician before he left my house). I'm told that since he referred part of the job out to someone else in the company, there will be no extra fees for that visit. I'm not sure if additional charges may come up if further work needs to be done next week, but it didn't sound like it. I'll update this review next week!

Their cost was within 10% of 3Mountain’s once I added own the “extras” of permits, and earthquake-proofing.That made it a no brainer. A slight premium for a local company that treats its employees well that uses American manufactured water heater is worth it every timeGreat experience. Quick install that was next day. Super duper recommend.Also - the water heater that was replaced was a 26year old Bradford White. Original to the home. I can’t imagine it was premium anything. We used 3 Mountains Plumbing to fix a clogged bathroom sink drain and had an awesome experience. As promised, I received a call before 10 AM letting me know that our tech would be here in the early afternoon. Around 1:30 PM our tech, Andrea, called to let me know they were 25 minutes away. Andrea was not only communicative, but also very professional and tolerant of our excitable young dog. Andrea worked quickly and effectively and described to us the likely causes of our clog when the work was complete. At $93 we are extremely satisfied with our experience.

He fixed everything quickly and was extremely polite and personable.That said, my appointment took two weeks, and then my “reservation” for service was pushed back once and had to work to not get pushed back a 2nd time.The whole process took way too long...it shouldn’t take two weeks to get someone out here...and the front office, except Nicole, we’re not too sympathetic to my situation. Plus, although the service provided was great, I felt it was way too expensive for what was done. Over $800, and was here less than an hour.

I had a minor leak in my shower that Roto Rooter couldn't fix without needing to cut through my walls because they couldn't get a fitting unscrewed. I opted for a second opinion with 3 Moutains Plumbing and Klint was able to get that fitting off and fix my shower without having to cut through any walls which ended up saving me over $1500 from what roto rooter quoted me (plus whatever it would cost to patch up the wall). I am extremely grateful and happy with 3 Mountains Plumbing and highly recommend their service.

Called 3 Mountains Monday. They had Alex out by Wednesday first thing for an annual tune-up. He answered all of our questions knowledgeably. Did the diagnostics and drained the tank. Fixed a minor gas leak and was gone in a little over an hour. As newer homeowners, its one less thing to think about now that we have 3 Mountains on deck for our annual tune-ups and, gawd forbid, bigger repairs!

I used 3 Mountains Plumbing in May 2023 for a water heater flush and the plumber, Andrey, was great. It was a simple and routine service. I didn't realize I would need a plumber again for a more serious issue in July: a leaking bathroom sink. I called and was informed of a delay in seeing someone, but due to the nature of the issue and only having one bathroom, someone was sent on Monday, which I appreciated greatly. Kenny was sent and he was great. Prompt, polite, and personable. I appreciated his explaining what my options were as well as what he was doing at various steps during the process. He was very friendly and accommodating to my pregnant wife and over friendly dog. He even came back the next day (today!) when I had some minor issues and fixed everything. He then responded to my many questions and offered a lot of excellent advice. I highly recommend 3 Mountains Plumbing and hope to request Kenny again in the future.

I was referred to 3 Mountains plumbing by a family member who has used them twice with excellent results. We asked them to come fix a leak in a drainpipe in our crawl space. The plumber, Marc, was punctual, very polite, and great at explaining what he found in his inspection and what he proposed to do about it. The price was very fair, especially given the location (shallow crawl space). It included repairing a second leak he spotted in the same drainpipe where it comes up under the kitchen sink. All work was completed in just a few hours and we ended up with more space in the cabinet under the sink because he was able to relocate the disposal unit to a better position. The work areas were left completely clean. We’re very satisfied and I will definitely use 3 Mountains again for any plumbing problems and I recommend them highly.

I hired them to unclog our kitchen sink drain. 2 visits 600.00 and a day of lost wages and it was still clogged. The first worker worked his tail off, but when it was clear it wasnt working he called his boss to see what kind of discount and boss man pulled out his escape word its attempt to clear. I didnt hire joe the handyman i hired a professional plumping company...or so I thought.

Olivia and Nick arrived on schedule with a 20 minute courtesy call beforehand. We had 2 clogged drains and were hoping they could clear them easily and be on their way with us being happy we could do dishes and wash clothes again. Of course things aren’t always easy and boy did they find a unique situation underneath our home. Sometime in the 1970’s the previous owner moved washer and dryer to the garage and did it himself.He used radiator hose for the drain from utility sink and wash machine for about 15’. They can’t run the machine down rubber hose so our only option was replacement with all new drain lines and clean outs.The bid was acceptable as we knew we needed this done. Olivia did the calculations and presented 3 options for proceeding. The pricing was fair I believe and she was a joy to meet and discuss the details of the job, and some friendly conversation included.My wife and I really liked her a lot and I believe the feeling was genuinely mutual.The job is being completed by Mitch and Johnny today and they are very professional, friendly, and courteous. The guys that came out to my house and did the physical work were very professional and did a fantastic job! I wasn't expecting to need a new sewer line - house to street - when I started my driveway repaving, but I did and 3-Mountains was great to work with. The only complaint I have is that it was very hard to actually speak with someone in scheduling. Even when I was transferred to the Scheduling Department, I would end up with having to leave voicemail and always had to wait a day or two to get a call back. When I did speak with someone in Scheduling, they were always courteous, its just the turn-around time that is a problem.

I got bids from 5 companies on a job to replace my water main, and 3 Mountains has such glowing reviews I called them first. They were the only company to charge for an estimate, and they bid about 6k higher than the company I ended up going with. They are super friendly, though!

We were extremely pleased with the service that Jon-Marc provided on the evening before Thanksgiving. He came out to our house to give us a bid for our leaking water service pipe, and he investigated the problem thoroughly. He also heard our desire to replace our water heater and the complications involved in changing its location. Jon-Marc provided us with multiple bids that evening for the water service and different options for the water heater replacement. Throughout the visit, he listened carefully to our concerns and shared his knowledge, answering our many questions completely. The next day, we received additional bids from him, as well as prompt answers to followup questions we emailed him. When we decided to hire 3 Mountains to replace our water service and water heater, Jon-Marc came out to install a temporary pipe to stop our leak, and carefully included insulation and a pipe warmer to prevent it from freezing (it was December). On the day of the work, Jon-Marc came to walk the other plumbers through and answer our questions. Paul and Peter were the plumbers who did the work that day, and they were great. Paul, like Jon-Marc, was very good at communicating with us. Jon-Marc came back the next day to resolve some water flow issues that resulted from our old galvanized pipes. We're super happy with the level of service and responsiveness from 3 Mountains and especially from Jon-Marc and Paul.

My main sewer line backed up, and I called 3 Mountains Plumbing based on reviews. They were absolutely awesome! They were prompt, professional but extremely friendly and helpful. I ended up needing to get the main sewer line replaced, and they arranged everything - from financing through the final inspection at the end of the project. It was a pretty stressful time for me, but they were so helpful explaining the project, arranging financing, answering my many questions, and working around my work schedule. I can't say enough about their stellar customer service. Joshua, Huston, Andrea and Jason all provided probably the best customer service I think I've ever experienced. When the project was done, Huston even stopped by to go over the project and make sure everything was okay. I will definitely use this company again, and highly recommend them. We had a Whole House filter installed yesterday. Klint did the original assessment and bid, Kayne installed it. There was 9 month gap from when we made a decision. They communicated well with each other as I did not have to explain or retell what was happening. Kayne did a great install and the price was exactly the same as Klint quoted. Great job and I would highly recommend 3 Mountains Plumbing! FYI- In the pic, the drywall is my responsibility.

I am a Journeyman Electrician with extensive experience on commercial and industrial job sites and hold the opinion that quality and professional work should be expected and not necessarily noteworthy. My opinion is not always accurate in my native environment and certainly not so with residential construction work. Chris with 3 Mountains showed up on time and presented a concise explanation of options and prices along with coming across as experienced and professional. I accepted the bid for a Main water line replacement and elected to replace our extremely old water heater at the same time since we already had their team on site. I left at 5 AM for work and came home at 5PM for a nice hot shower. My house was clean and everything about the process including communication was professional, prompt and excellent . My wife stayed home from work to let them in the house and was extremely happy with the experience too. I will definitely recommend Three Mountains to anyone needing plumbing work done.

This was our first and last time contracting with 3 Mountains.Terrible communication from the dispatch team. Our appt was rescheduled multiple times, and there was absolutely no proactive communication regarding delays.We experienced an issue after our repair - our hot water was not working. The team on the phone did not handle the issue with priority or urgency. We were told to try to fix the problem on our own, and that someone could come out “when available”.I had to call and push to get someone scheduled - not great.

UPDATE: while our initial service team was good, I felt I needed to update this review because this work is dragging on and at this point I would likely not use this company again. The initial work didn’t pass City inspection, they planned to come back out to fix the work but had to reschedule the day they were scheduled to come out. After the second city inspection, it took them a week to get in contact about filling in the holes that were dug in our yard, and after scheduling a day for that work they called at the end of the day to say they wouldn’t make it and needed to reschedule. At this point only half of the holes in our yard are filled in, and our grass is dead from having piles on dirt sit on it for a month.Original review:Jason, Darryl, and team replaced all the plumbing supply lines in our house, as well as putting in a new water heater and new bathtub fixtures. They were friendly, professional, and efficient and did a lot of work in a short amount of time. Would definitely use them again.

3 Mountains made a rotten situation as good as it possibly could be. My house's sewer line decided to give up the ghost, and because it was a very deep run built decades ago, it was not easy to replace, requiring a couple of rescopes. The team was up to the task, though, and their personal touch and professionalism were on display at all times. Again, I wish I didn't have this sort of expensive replacement, but after seeing all the actions and effort that went into it, I understand. Such are the joys of home ownership! Over the years I have used 3 Mountains plumbing for various projects and found them responsive, reasonably priced and their work high quality. However, based on my last experience I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. I purchased all of the necessary hardware for a master bathroom shower replacement. They were booked out a month but it wasn't an emergency so, no problem. This was a very simple job with direct access to all pipes from a panel in an adjacent closet. When the Technicians arrived they surveyed the job and spent 30 minutes in their truck writing proposals for things I did not need or want (New water heater $3,438, new tankless water heater $15,683, Shower head replacement using their hardware $2,159). They quoted me $1,659 to replace my shower head, mixing valve and trim using my hardware. I was shocked at the price but agreed to proceed, thinking I may have underestimated the difficulty of the project. It took a maximum of 2 hours to complete the swap. Simple math; !,659/2 = $829.50 / per hour !!!. After a little internet research on plumbing fees this was 2X-3X what I should have been charged. I complained to company management who pretty much said They are plenty of other people out there who are willing to pay that amount. Unless you are willing to be ripped off DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Conner looked at the problem promptly. While he did not have the authority to order a repair, he did agree to escalate the issue. He was successful as the repair has been made.

We called in and were immediately placed on the schedule for the same day. Within 45 minutes of my initial call, Isaac arrived at our house. It's not often I write these - frankly the experience needs to be pretty exceptional. That was the case with 3 Mountains, though. They did a really amazing job. From the start, Ian at 3 Mountains was a very friendly, personable resource who would continue to follow up with me, answer my questions, and provide multiple quotes until I was certain I was getting the right deal for the right work. They impressed me so much that I committed additional thousands of dollars to do some plumbing work in the house while I had them on-site for the sewer work. That required a separate team, but the back-office aligned those teams and turned it into a seamless experience, getting all the work kicked off on a single day (much less hassle and running around for me). They had to rip up a piece of concrete walkway to do the sewer fix, and even their concrete partner, Slab Works, was incredibly friendly and professional. And lastly, the contract stated no responsibility for landscaping, but the trench was deeper and the mess bigger than anticipated, I think. At the end, they brought in some fresh bark dust that made the whole thing look like new - they truly went the extra mile.Absolutely would not hesitate to call them again (but I hope I don't have to).

3 Mountains Plumbing came out the next day after I called them. Joe arrived in a timely manner. He was courteous and showed professionalism while explaining the various options to me and my son. He also answered ALLof our questions, and yes there were a lot of questions!! After the new water heater was installed, he went over how the new one works and it comes with a 6 year warranty!!! Usually items like this have warranties for three(3)years but six? That's awesome!!! I will highly recommend 3 Mountains Plumbing to family and friends and tell them to ask that Joe be the technician/ person to help them out.Again, thank you 3 Mountains Plumbing and kudos to Joe!!☺

As a retired 30 yr general contractor I can tell you 3 Mountain Plumbing is top notch. Their communication was spot on. Not only did they get to my job promptly but I knew when they'd be there. The entire team from 3 Mountains plumbing were fantastic to deal with, including scheduling my appointment, getting an estimate from Tyler, 2 toilets installed and a hose bib replaced by John and Sean, scoping the sewer line by Jeff, sewer drain line clearing by Everett, and excavation and replacement of sewer pipe by Nik. The collaborative teamwork was impressive, and things went very smoothly since they have all the expertise in house. Everyone very clearly and courteously communicated what they would be doing and why, and their dedication to customer satisfaction and quality work was above and beyond what I’ve experienced with other contractors in the past.

I had a wonderful experience with Peter from 3 Mountains Plumbing! I’m a new homeowner of a very old house, and in the evening I had discovered a leak under the bathroom sink and suspected a pipe had burst. 3 Mountains Plumbing called me the next morning and sent someone out within the hour. Peter was very knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. He patiently answered ALL of my plumbing questions regarding my very old hot water heater, a garbage disposal installation, and he found a shut off valve that I didn’t know existed to my outdoor kitchen! Kline had to make two house calls due to my old house with old pipes. He overhauled and replaced the plumbing system in the bathroom. The quality of his work is going to last a lifetime. Great service.The story: Water company was doing an inspection and was trying to tighten up a leak off the meter, and the coupling broke. As the fitting was on “our side”, we were responsible...how nice.Called my landlord, who called 3mountains, as he himself had had a leak under his driveway a few weeks before, which 3 mountains had repaired nicely.They came out that same morning and assessed the problem, and rerouted the water from the meter with a temp above-ground hose so we could have water while the work progressed. Turns out that the old cast iron pipe had to be replaced from the meter to the house, and the whole piping had to be rerouted, with ditch witch, concrete busting, digging, looking for the house water hookup that was not in any of the obvious places, etc. etc.All of the people involved were very courteous and professional. The Whole deal took a couple of weeks to complete.The only thing I might improve on their part is communication regarding messaging and timing. Seems like they have different ladies doing different schedules, and a time or two we weren’t here when we were supposed to be, or they weren’t. No biggie. 5 stars anyway.

We had a great experience with 3 Mountains Plumbing. During the scheduling phase, they were flexible and worked with us to come quickly but at a time that worked for our family. Jon-Marc was the associate who came, and he called to confirm around 30 minutes before arriving, arrived right on time, and quickly checked the sink to give us some options. He was friendly and professional throughout his work, kept the area where he worked clean, and got the problem fixed. He gave us a ton of useful information regarding care, maintenance, and their services overall. We were very happy with their service and will call them again if we need plumbing work done.

Oddly poor customer service.I am an electrician and while out at someone’s house working, I noticed something about their water heater that didn’t seem right. I saw a big 3 mountains plumbing sticker with a phone number on it, so I thought I’d call them first before I worried our mutual customer unnecessarily.Tried asking for a plumber or manager who was a plumber to ask a quick question. Was told that someone would call me back. Shortly after, a manager who was NOT a plumber calls me back. I explained the whole scenario again. I was told that she couldn’t answer my plumbing question but she could answer any questions about their process. Oooookay.Apparently they won’t connect you with a plumber or a manager who is a plumber on the phone (maybe that place isn’t run by plumbers?). I was trying to save our customer and them an unnecessary trip for something that may very well have been perfectly fine, but all they can do is have the customer call and schedule an appointment. What happened to old fashioned customer service? As a residential service electrician, I always answer questions over the phone if that can save wasting someone’s time, including my own.Strangely, my coworker had a horrible experience trying to get one of their plumbers out to their house within a day of my experience. Without making this overly long, apparently they don’t figure out what they are going to do each day until the day of, even if you made an appointment weeks in advance. I’ve noticed some other reviews about bad experiences scheduling so it seems they have adopted a very poor process.

3 Mountains Plumbing did an amazing job. My hot water heater cracked and while the other plumbing companies I contacted told me they were weeks out, 3 Mountains moved me to the top of their cancellation list and installed a new hot water heater in a few days. They were incredibly professional, courteous and competent. They did a great job and I will use them for all my plumbing needs going forward. Thank you 3 Mountains!!!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Everyone I spoke to was so friendly, clear and helpful. We had a standard shower drain clog and needed it cleared same-day. They were able to fit me right in and Olivia called when she was on her way - she was right on time and beyond professional. She walked me through how they review and consult the situation, answered any questions and then was off to work! We had this drain clogged before and the other company was there for HOURS - Olivia got things running in less than 30 minutes! The best of all is she CLEANED THE WHOLE SHOWER! I was so happy because the last company left a HUGE mess.Overall I could not be happier with the service and value. So grateful for Olivia and the 3 Mountains team!

3 Mountains answers their calls right away and had me set up, even if I had to wait a while (expected). She was very kind and explained everything well, including a video.The one thing I don’t like, and this has nothing to do with the plumbers who come out, is that 3 Mountains doesn’t have a range of products. I called my parents (single mom) about the proposed cost of the disposals they carry and they carry and they were shocked at how overpriced their options were. My dad started blasting me with all the well reviewed quality disposals at a quarter of the cost.But back to the technician - top notch. I will definitely use them again - in fact, I’m already planning to have them back for another plumbing issue!

Excellent and thorough service on a new water heater replacement. Not pushy with the bids, very straightforward and true to their timing commitments.Gabe had my water heater up and running in no-time. In fact, he discovered that the previous water heater (installed 21 years ago), wasn't grounded. He proceeded with the install but advised an electrician to come over ASAP and fortunately I was able to find one. I appreciated the due diligence of this recommendation - he could have just done his work without saying a word but opted to do the right thing.

Called them about 8am with a waterheater issue. Was called back by 815 with a two hour time window for technician arrival. Bothe people on the phone were pleasant and very helpful and seemed ready to make this process as easy as possible.The tech. Monsae called when hes was 15 or so away, by the way they were almost 75 minites ahead of time window ( good for me). When he and his assistant arrived they listened to my issue and description of problem then went in to investigate. They found waterheater had given up and decided to leak ending it 12 uear career.They took measurements, and took time to ask me what i wanted in new system.They took 15 or 20 min. To come up with 6 different options for replacement. I ultimately chose a standaed heater with booster tank and 12 year service plan. All the options were explaned to me and costs were broken down so they were understandable.Both gentelmen were pleasant and knowledgeable about thier products and craft.They called office had parts in thier wearhouse and had them sent out while they proceeded to remove the old waterheater.After the install they cleaned everything up almost couldnt tell they were here went over my maintenance contract again and made sure i was happy showing me pics and short vids of work that was done.I would highly reccomend Three Mountians Plumbing to anyone, and will be using them in the future as needed. Price was fair ,workmanship was great as was the whole experience with office staff and installers alike.Thank you so much for helping with a home crissis so effectively.

I called 3 Mountains Plumbing to take a look at a leak from my bathroom. They answered the phone on a Saturday! Scheduling was easy. Klint came out for the job - he was professional and very knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem very quickly. He gave me several options for fixing it, price ranges for each option, and also explained everything very clearly. Before he left, he made sure all my questions were answered and that I was satisfied. I found this company to be honest, proficient and friendly. Highly recommend!

I endeavored to contact this company for an estimate, I called during regular business hours and yet the phone just rang and rang and no one ever picked up it never went to voicemail it didn't go to and answering service just rang. This gave me a very unprofessional feeling so I hung up and never called back.

After years of dealing with tree root intrusion into our main sewer line -- we called 3 Mountains Plumbing to fix it. After a video camera inspection, they explained several possible solutions, the advantages and disadvantages of each, and the costs. We chose completely replacing our main sewer line. On the scheduled day, 3 Mountains Plumbing showed up with a small army of techs and vehicles .... and excavated two access holes (one in the street), bored a new hole straight to the main Portland sewer line, connected a brand-new 4 sewer pipe, video inspected the new line so we could see the completed work, filled in and compacted the open holes ... all in 8 hours! Total disconnect time was only about 4 hours.We heartily recommend 3 Mountains Plumbing for their openness, professionalism, and performance. We will use them again without any reservations.

My house is old as hades and he explained what was going on with my severely clogged sink, inspected my pipes and pointed out weaknesses and potential problems that could arise while he was clearing the drain. Cleared the drain quickly with no problems, didn't leave a mess, and carried on a very pleasant conversation while he did it. 10/10, would totally recommend.

Three Mountains was the third plumbing company we contacted about repairing our sewer line. Thank goodness we decided to pay the measly $30 to have them come take a look. The first company came to clear the line and charged $130 but the line was clogging up the very next day. He was complaining about our stairs and how heavy his equipment was. The second, different, company we called charged $360 to Clear and camera the line and give us a bid. We decided to get another bid just to make sure. Then David from 3 Mountains came out. He was empathetic and very nice about checking out the line and flushing it clear. He actually ended up clearing the clog with his camera! He let us see the footage and made sure we were happy every step of the way. The quote he gave me was $3,000 less and they did not trench our whole yard, only our sidewalk and a hole to reach the line in the basement. Edgar, Kayne and Justin came out to do the work day 1. They were friendly, professional and took the time to explain things. Also, they took good care of the place and didn't leave a mess at the end of the day. Day 2 was Edgar and Bo. They did a great job and were finished by 2pm. Overall, the employees are happy and have good comrade, which makes me think they are treated right, which I love. It sucks when someone comes in to do a service and they are depressed and hate their job. Thank you all and the office staff as well. Oh! and Kenny too!

Unbelievably amazing service. I sent a non-urgent inquiry after hours and was contacted promptly at 7am when they opened. They scheduled someone to come out (Tony) and he got here quickly. Reyna did a great job helping get my kitchen sink unblocked. She also helped me schedule and complete a water jet cleaning of older drain line in the foundation slab. Then when I asked her to look at a previous water meter access box that had not been installed by the install crew, she immediately got to work and filled in the backfill dirt and installed the covered box rather than waiting for the install crew to return. All I've seen from this company is their ability to come out and provide a quote, but that was great!

Late review from an experience in October 2021. Charged us $900 for fixing a leaky pvc connector hub - fixed it in 10 mins and plumber said he was going to go out and sit in his truck since he “finished early”. So he did.. for about an hour and a half he sat in our driveway and ate a sandwich. 😭 maybe he was taking lunch? Idk either way it was very bad experience lol so we switched to mr rooters and have had great luck with them.

The service was great! Kenny spent time explaining the issue in terms I could understand and also asked before providing info about things to look out for down the line. He was also very cool about my very barky dog :)

Monsae and his coworker showed up on time same day I called about water heater failure. He quickly diagnosed the problem. He then spent considerable time on the phone trying to locate the necessary part so he could get us hot water that day. Once located he had it delivered, waited for it to arrive, installed it, cleaned up and left the place clean as a whistle. Excellent work! I think others might just have said sorry, part is not available now so we will have to come back when we can get it.

Steve and Leighton were helpful and very informative. They could not fix our clogged line so there was no fee.

We had to replace all our sewer lines under the house and also from the house to the curb. They were very efficient in getting it done, the work passed city inspection first time, everyone was very friendly, always happy to explain to us what they were doing, and left the property in great condition. Three mountains spent a lot of time in man power hour, trying to diagnose the problem in our sewer line. They were communicative and extremely personable. We really appreciated their time and effort.

We are very satisfied with Jason performance. First of all, Jason came on time, used fabric buts when work inside the house. Jason did thorough inspection first and removed defect. Jason performed due diligence when realized that second toiled was also installed incorrectly. He fixed the issue. Jason was very polite and respectful. We highly recommend Jason as outstanding worker.

Kevin provided great service and multiple options for correcting the issue to choose from. Also was willing to show me the repairs he made and the parts he replaced to understand the need for the replacement. He even shared some helpful details on how he pulled apart the plumbing issue and put it back together corrected.

We had a leak under our driveway several years ago. Three Mountains Plumbing came out and fixed the leak in a single day. They were able to install a shut off valve in our garage because the only shut off valve we had was at the street. You wouldn’t know that they were ever here. Fast forward to my mother’s home. She also had a leak under her driveway. Again, Three Mountains Plumbing were able to fix the leak in a day and make other repairs that were necessary on the on the property. We have a rental that had a leak on the property, and again Three Mountains Plumbing fixed it in a day. These are serious, very expensive repairs. You want the very best to get them done and do them right. I completely trust Three Mountains Plumbing with any of our plumbing needs.. They always do an amazing job.

I’ve used this company a few times and have always had a great experience and great customer service. I really feel like I can trust their technicians for an honest quote and reliable service. Tyler was very knowledgeable and was especially helpful after our basement flooded, he was even able to recommend additional contacts for restoration services that they didn’t provide. Overall a great experience. I was hesitant to call any plumbing company in fear of a high bill or unneeded recommendations. Olivia (camera specialist) and Corey (drain tech) came out to help clear a clog blocking up both the bathrooms at our house for a few days. I must have mostly cleared it before they arrived so they didn't charge the clog removal fee despite spending quite a bit of time checking out my issues.They were transparent about the entire process, pricing and what they found step by step. Corey pointed out some concerning spots to keep an eye on in the crawl space (rusty/calcium buildup on exterior of one pipe.) Olivia provided a full camera scope of our main sewer inside and outside of the house along with pointing out the condition of the pipes and a rough spot where the pipe walls are beginning to rust out.I asked for a quote to consider replacement before issues arise, but felt no pressure to address anything right now. Definitely felt like they did a thorough job that wasn't rushed.Seems like these folks are in it for the long haul, not a quick dollar as many in the business are. I'll be calling 3 Mountains next time I have a plumbing need or clog.

Today Daniel helped me check the sewer pipe in my house, the bad news is that the pipe is broken and needs to be replaced, but he was very patient, answered all my questions and gave me good advice.

I met with two different employees and they were both very polite and professional. 3 mountains plumbing is also great at communicating and following up!3 mountains plumbing however, may be the most expensive place in town. I had three quotes for a big job (bursting my sewer line) and 3 mountains was 70% more expensive ($7,300 more!!) then the other two, for the same work and the same warranty, and the same financing options.On a smaller job they wanted to charge me over $800 to change both of the elements in my water heater (I got quotes for both jobs at the same time)! I did it myself in an hour and the parts costed me about $50.I will definitely never use 3 mountains in the future as I will assume they are drastically overpriced.

Not only did 3 mountains waste a month of my time they tried to charge me almost $3k to install a faucet and water filter.

I wish I could rate them on their work but they cancelled my appointment at the last minute and tried to reschedule for the next week. We have a leak from our upstairs bathroom into our dining room. I told them we couldn’t wait and we took the afternoon off to be their for the appt. He said the best they could do was come out early next week. He said it was put in wrong and not marked urgent. When I said it was wrong that they cancelled our appt and was told “we didn’t cancel your appt” when I asked if they were coming out he said no, we can come out next week. I said then you are cancelling my appt. Will NOT use them again.

Repeat customer, called for service on a Sunday due to clogged drain and was asked for a time preference on Monday; advised AM rather than PM. Took the day off of work to wait. Monday, Late in the AM got a phone call confirming my PM appt. I said that was fine, so long as it was before 5PM, as I had to get my kids from daycare. Was told that wouldn't be a problem and that once the crew was done at their current job site, they would call me and advise they were on their way. 4PM rolls around and I finally get a call that the job took a turn for the worse and that I wasn't going to see a plumber that day. Frustrated that I had already taken the day off to wait, they offered me priority the next day and assured me that they would be there at 8AM so I could then go to work only fashionably late. Next day 8AM comes and goes and no plumber/no word. At 9AM I get a call confirming my appointment. When I reminded them I was scheduled for first call at 8AM, I was THEN told there was an emergency service that had taken priority over me. Apparently this required all of their crew members?!? I think they assumed that I must work from home, despite me having told them on multiple occasions I was missing work to keep this appointment and that in their mind it was OK to keep bumping me and passing me over (3x in 36 hours). I'm going to try Drain Away in Gladstone. Hopefully they value their customers time a little more than 3 Mountains.

Brooks showed up and tried to charge me $300 instead of the $93 listed for a drain clearing. I had also Explained my situation to the dispatcher and should have been told right then and there that the drain didn’t fall into that special category. He then “dropped the price $100” which would make it $200. I said no thank you for your time though, and he replied “good luck finding that service for $93.”Probably the least professional interaction I’ve had with a plumber other than being ghosted and having them not show up! Told the company about it and then never heard back when they said they’d be in touch. I had also used this company and their drain specials MANY times before this happened. Based on this experience I will never use them again.

My wife and I have had the best experience with 3 Mountains Plumbing and in particular, with Jon-Marc Hatton. Who, at the time of this writing, is the shop manager and only works house calls a few times a week. We worked with Jon-Marc roughly four years ago when we clogged a drain. He was professional, easy going, and just a relaxing presence to be around. When we noticed a few weeks ago that our water heater was in need of replacing we thought it would be fun to try to locate Jon-Marc again and request his service. Lucky for us, we were able to find him (still with 3 Mountains) and book him for later in the week. Again, our experience with Jon-Marc was excellent. Tony Allen was outstanding! He remedied the major drainage issues in our bathroom sink and tub. I had previously tried using Draino and my own drain auger to clean out the blockages and had no success. Tony was able to clear the large blockage’s composed of sludge and hair lodged very deep in our old, original metal piping. On top of that he was extremely friendly and professional. He informed me about the fundamental issue with using Draino to clear blockages and turned me on to an effective enzyme-based solution for proactive maintenance. Working with Tony was excellent, and if the other technicians with the company are anything like him, then I highly recommend 3 Mountains Plumbing.

Would not recommend.I initially contacted 3 Mountains Plumbing to fix a clogged drain, which the managed (hence the 2 stars).The cause of this less-than-positive review, however, stems from the events that followed the clog repair, when the clog repair team and I discussed additional services that 3 Mountains offered.Over the course of the week that followed, I realized the clog repair team formed the forward advance--build trust and send in their U team (U for up-sell). Since the house in question was going on the market, I asked if they could give me an assessment on some older plumbing and whether or not they performed sewer scopes. Amazing... they offered both services but needed to send a journeyman plumber to provide a bid for the older plumbing and a guy I later named the sewer salesman.While waiting for the journeyman plumber's schedule to open up, I went ahead and scheduled the sewer scope. According to the sewer salesman, my sewer line was in terrible condition; fixing it would cost $10-15K. Given we'd never had a problem with the sewer, I scheduled a company that specialized in scoping to take a look, and who knew? They found no problems and charged less than 5% of what 3 Mountains estimated to scope and clean the sewer.Given this experience, I was less surprised when 3 Mountain's journeyman plumber came out and told me I basically needed to replumb the entire house. Included in this was the recommendation that we tear out the concrete basement floor in order to make sure all pipes were new.As long as you know your house and market repair prices (and don't let them talk you into additional services), you should be ok.

Isaac and Jeff were incredible. They worked in tandem and very well together. The student and the teacher. Jeff did not give up on finding why my corner basement, continued to flood! After exhausting all possibilities, he tried 1 more thing. And low and behold, he solved the problem. I'm so thankful. Truly relieved. Thank you gentlemen...Isaac loved my lil dog. Kudos 3 Mts. I will spread the word. We all need a plumber sometime.

I called about a clogged sink and was hoping that they could send someone out in the next few days. They were able to send someone the same day and I was incredibly thankful. They were very professional and helped to explain the situation and what was going on with the pipes in my home. They also gave me multiple options, and I didn’t feel pressured into any of them. I’m hoping nothing goes wrong again, but I will call 3 mountains plumbing if it does.

They bought Casey’s Plumbing Business, but unfortunately they don’t offer the wide range of services that Casey’s did. The first service I asked about they simply refused to do. Later, I had them quote a water heater replacement. The price was astronomical and included all kinds of follow-up service that I wasn't interested in purchasing. They wouldn't quote a straightforward replacement. Pretty much a waste of time and money (they charge for quotes) from beginning to end as I was hoping for a more competitive bid. Thanks anyway...

My experience was absolutely STELLAR! I had a slow draining sink and toilet. Called around 7:45am, dispatch called me back about an hour late to state someone would be out 10am or later... about 9:55am, Josh(I think that was his name?) and Allison were at my door and got to work. They outlined the steps they were going to take, provided me with options on how to proceed, and then after my acceptance, got to work.3-hours and at a out-of-pocket cost of $236, both my toilet and sink drain are working perfectly. And as part of that time, they had someone with a camera inspect the sewer line to ensure there wasn't a larger underlying issue (there wasn't).I can't speak to the installation aspects of their business, nor can I speak to issues that aren't ultimately cleared-up with a powered snake and auger, but for me, it was absolute perfection! If I ever have another plumbing issue, this will definitely be the FIRST company I contact.

This is an excellent, super high quality company. Jeff did a full inspection and evaluation, and came up with at least 4 options for me to get the extensive plumbing repairs that my 100 year old house needs to have done. He was extremely kind, patient and informative about what needs to be done and how to do that. He went well above and beyond what I expected to create different solutions for the work of cutting through the concrete slab to fix a broken pipe and fix other plumbing issues that need to be fixed. These guys saved us a ton of money!!! We had another company install a tankless heater abs the results were awful. No pressure or hot water. After spending near 10k with the other company they couldn’t resolve the issue and recommended spending another 5k to replace some random sensors. Gabe at 3 mountains figured things out and fixed it within 4 hours. Working perfectly and spent a fraction of what other company recommended.

From the very beginning of contact with 3 Mountains I received excellent service! Mindy (dispatcher?) was compassionate about a previous failure with another company. A team of 2 gents, Eric & Cliff from 3 Mountains came to my home exactly when they said they would. I was given full transparency & a beyond reasonable quote & an exact description of what would be done. Eric physically pulled out a snake that was stuck & cut off by a former plumber. It was awesome! I was under the misconception that the cement floor & pipes would have to be dug out & replaced just to get that darn snake out. What a relief on so many levels that they were able to succeed at unclogging the drain. After that Jared another specialist for 3 Mountains came and throughly scoped the drains for signs of damage & locations. That work was included in the initial quote. Who does that? I highly recommend this company & I will refer it to anyone & everyone who needs plumbing work done. This company REALLY WORKS!!!

One snake job for a clogged drain for $299 seemed high and the coupon I had from their website was not applicable. He said the coupon was only for main sewer lines and not for secondary lines. We've used Three Mountains Plumbing for a clog in the past and the honesty and professionalism of our tech on that occasion left us feeling like we could trust their work. When we had a pipe connection spring a leak while I was trying to fix a clog, there was no question I'd be calling Three Mountains Plumbing again.Their team fixed the leak and replaced the shoddy plumbing under the sink it was caused by. The drain now gets that satisfying vortex when I run the sink and I can use my kitchen again. Plumbing is always pricey but with Three Mountains Plumbing you're getting value for the spend and professional service.

We lost the water to our house with a break in a pipe... They came the same day and figured out the problem and were back the next day to repair it. It wasn't a small or easy job, they had to remove a lot of sidewalk and dig deep large hole to reach the problem area. The service was outstanding! Our water main broke and we had a tech come out. The cheapest option for a repair was $1854.00. We were desperate and asked for the repair. We stopped the work after realizing we were being over charged. They installed a hose to temporarily provide water and did some digging at the water meter and capped off the broken line. The tech told me he would need payment for the work performed that day. He charged us the full amount for the repairs that were not completed. Another company ended up replacing the whole line and we were supposed to be refunded for the difference in the work quoted and work performed. 2 weeks later several calls and promises that we would be refunded. Nothing!!! Horrible customer service and disappointing experience. Would not use them ever again. Save yourself time and money go somewhere else.

David replaced a water heater and installed a pressure regulator in my house today. He was courteous, tidy, and communicative, and he went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the service. I highly recommend working with him and I will ask for him in the future. The only reason this isn't a 5-star review is because when I was originally waiting for someone to come by to provide a quote, I was told I would get a visit between 11 and 2pm, nobody showed up in that window. I called them around 3pm and they were professional and apologetic and admitted that this was something they could work on.

3 Mountains Plumbing is our go to plumber, so when the kitchen faucet broke I called 3 Mountains and the very next day John came out and found the problem which required removal of the old faucet assembly and replacement with a sparkling new onemade by Kohler. John is knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly. He also examined many of the pipes in the basement for potential problems and also found out that our 75 gallon gas water heater was many years older than the usual life expectancy of 8-12 years. It will be replaced soon before a major breakdown results in water flooding in our basement!I highly recommend 3 Mountains Plumbing and would give the company a 6 star rating.Jim & Marcia Clark

I was skeptical when I saw how many 5 star reviews and the low pricing 3 mountain plumbing had, however I chose to move forward.From start to finish the communication from them was phenomenal. There was an issue that caused them to need to come another day and it totally worked out. I was experiencing a major bathroom sink clog and was worried that it would cost me hundreds of dollars to get it fixed. 3MP has a $83 special where if they restore flow it’s $83 but if they don’t you don’t pay a cent and sure enough that’s what happened. I paid no not a cent over $83 and was delighted at how awesome the tech Benjamin was, he was punctual, funny, and fun to chat with. He walked me through what he was doing and how and I felt confident that he knew what he was doing. Highly recommended plumber, maybe you’ll also get lucky and they’ll send Benjamin to your house for your plumbing needs.Overall I’m just glad that 3MP is legit and now understand why they have so many perfect reviews. Don’t hesitate to call them for your plumbing needs. Their pricing alone is a reason to use them but the customer service is also exceptional!The next time I have any sort of issue that involves plumbing I already know who I am calling. We had a great experience with 3 Mountains Plumbing. They were professional and hardworking. They worked from 8 am to 6 pm to install and fix all our issues: remove old hot water and install new hot water tank, add new cold/hot water for outdoor usage and fix an emergency shut off. They kept our house clean and notified us when it was time to shut off the water for the house. The end results are wonderful! Would recommend them to anyone! It's not the cheapest option but it's good quality. They were able to schedule us in quickly after the consultation.

I had a water heater leak on Saturday.I had to leave for the airport by 11am Monday for a business trip. 3 Mountains Plumbing came at 8am Monday and had the water heater installed by 10:45am. I can't say they were the lowest cost because I didn't have time to compare. But, they had price points based on warranty levels and that gave me flexibility. I do know that they went above and beyond on service, were very professional, and got the job done in exactly the timeframe I needed it completed. In closing, they do quality work and I would use them again.

3 Mountains Plumbing was out at my new house this week repairing a broken sewer line and root intrusion. Ian came out on Monday to take a look and scope my sewer. When their bid came back to have the work done, it was not only very competitive, but it has a 3 year warranty on their work, which neither of the other two companies that quoted me offered. I really liked that about 3 Mountains, that they'd stand behind their work!On Wednesday 12/16/2020, Edgar, Francisco, and Josh came out. They told me they'd try to preserve my Agave bush and my fence, but could make no promises. Of course it was pouring rain all day, but that didn't stop the excavation team from doing a fantastic job. The guys made sure to save my Agave bush and my fence, as well as put back some large rocks lining the edge of the grass. Absolutely pleased with the service we received!We also had a journeyman plumber come out, Chris, on Monday as well. We're going to have 3 Mountains repair our cast iron waste stack that was improperly plugged up after a blockage, as well as replace our ancient water heater. Will update after I get those services done as well.

We had the sewer back up into our showers, and a friend of mine in construction recommended 3 mountain plumbing. I used 3 mountain plumbing for repiping my house and replacing the water heater during the repiping. Michael, Zach and David were here for 4 days doing that. They were always punctual, took time to explain everything they were doing, answered all my questions and would ask how I wanted things to look like and operate. They were very professional and customer service oriented. When all the repiping was done, there were still a couple of issues with showers & faucets that were the result of the old galvanized pipe. They went over and above to work on those fixtures to solve the problems and make them work at 100%. When I was originally getting bids, Chris was the only person who did a thorough inspection of the house and plumbing , verifying access to all areas that needed to be repiped. I honestly can't find any fault with their performance, they were a pleasure to work with.

Jason with 3 Mountains plumbing removed an old concrete laundry sink, replaced the galvanized drain, and hooked up a new fiberglass laundry sink. He was punctual, professional, and did a great job. I would recommend his services.

Tony is a great guy: he’s friendly communicative, always looking to help, and wanting to do a good job to it’s completion. There are probably more I could say, but I could only be around him for a limited amount of time. I’d probably hang out with him if he wasn’t working in which I would comment more positive attributes. I had tree roots growing in my street line about 50 feet down the sewer line which were cleared (see photo). These guys are dedicated and know what they’re doing when it comes to clearing a sewer drain

We've used 3Mountains for all of our plumbing upgrades or repairs for close to ten years now and they are always knowledgeable, professional and get the job done correct and timely. We had a small issue with one of the pipes - Klint came out and examined, repaired, came up with a better plumbing solution - all of this was covered under their warranty - a refreshing surprise that is hard to find these days.
