Well, fear not...Sean with Sutherland came by and fixed it for FREE! A coin had fallen into it (who knows how?!) and he was able to get it out in under 15min! Don't waste your time or money with anyone else, call for your appointment NOW! I will be calling y'all ANY time I need a plumber in the future! A+ experience and a big thank you to Sean!

Detected a small leaking from water bill in June 2015, had All Pro Plumbing came for the repair, they had someone else to detect the location to find the leak because the leak isn't noticeable. Costed $1160. In Feb 2016, the previous leak location started bubbling, called them to come take a look, they said will charge for the service call. The same technician dug out where he did the repair, the leaking location was a Z shape, he replaced the lower L shape joint and the connection part of the upper and lower joint, this time the upper joint was bursting with water, but he said that is a new leak even he has touched the joint. If I don't agree to pay, he would leave the location uncover and would not come back to fix it. I said I was unsatisfied but I would pay so that he came back to do the repair. On next day, he finished the repair, and they called me to collect the payment of $459 (charge two trips and said can only have 3 month warranty) , I told them to send me bill either mail it to me or send me electronic copy through email. I never received a bill, instead, I got a certified mail from BMDA, they put my property on Notice Of Right To A Lien and also sent it to my mortgage company. I called them to find out why, they said they sent bill through email, I asked them to show me the evidence, then they found out they had a wrong email address, even they had sent me the first bill through email. they threw me a rude apology.

We did a conversion from oil to gas and has an AC installed. I had a very mixed experience using Central air. They guys who did the installation were really friendly and efficient, my brother in law does commercial AC and said they did a clean job. The office however seemed to be very disorganized, our job was scheduled right after the two 115 degree days so that could be part of it. They forgot to charge us for the deposit and I literally had to call them after the guys left and tell them that I still hadn’t paid. When they “finished” the job emergency shutoff switch was just left sitting out, our brother and law said that was a pretty big deal and an OSHA violation but when I called the office the receptionist was super nonchalant about it saying they’d come out in the late afternoon, when I told her it was an OSHA violation and should be handled sooner and she would talk to the guys and call me right back. I don’t hear from her and when I called back after 30-40 min she didn’t even remember that she was supposed to call them to have them come sooner. After they came and we finally had AC I scheduled our city inspection with them and they never showed up, when I call time find out what happened, she had never even scheduled the appointment. She schedules it and it doesn’t pas inspection because they didn’t put antitheft caps on like they were supposed to. All in all it was a lot more of a hassle then it needed to be, I’m unsure if we would use them again in the future

When looking for repairs to you home honesty is the most important thing. I have done business with him three different times in less than a year. He has always taken time for me and delivered on what he said he would do.

Paul's plumbing did a great job for me, and I will definitely use them again when I have other plumbing needs. I had a broken pipe and had to shut the water off to my whole house. Paul called me back in a timely manner and fit me right in for the next day, which was awesome since it is hard to find someone this time of year! The plumber that came out was very knowledge-able and got me up and running in an hour. Very pleased!

Plumber Joe was fine but $423 for a 30 minute job snaking one line seems like a big ripoff. I won't use them again.

I called Doug and left him a voicemail about the drain pipes being plugged up. He called me back early next morning and sent me an estimate to get the problem fixed. He almost set our house on fire yesterday! And he made the issue worse! The Kitchen sink drain is completely blocked. I swear to god I am not kidding or lying. He was left a extremely hot light under the sink, there is outlet under the sink. Thank god we were at home and we smelled smoke. He arrived 1 hour late, and he went out to rent a machine during the work, it took him 6 hours to make the issue worse! He is assigned by Select Home Warranty which is a horrible warranty company!
