Doug is my go to guy for plumbing for the properties I manage. He is very knowledgeable and professional. His quotes are fair and clear.

I called Doug and left him a voicemail about the drain pipes being plugged up. He called me back early next morning and sent me an estimate to get the problem fixed. When he got there he assessed the issue and got right to work. He was quick, responsive, and honest about the whole situation. I would recommend Nash plumbing to anyone that is looking for a solid reliable plumber.

We had a hot water pipe bust while trying to turn off a seized valve. Had to turn off all the water in the house (since we couldn't shut it off at the valve). Called every plumber in the area, soonest appt we could get was 3 days out. Finally got Doug's number and recommendation from another plumber and he was able to make time for us at the end of his day. He showed up earlier than expect, fixed the broken pipe and valve quickly and efficiently! He was very affordable and didn't even charge us extra for an emergency/ after hours appointment! Very pleased with his kindness and knowledge!

Looking for a plumber to help repair toilet that needed a new flow valve. Read Doug’s reviews and sent him an email. He responded right away and since it was not an emergency we came to a date that worked for both of us. He was right on time, actually a few minutes early, and listened to the noise the toilet was making. He had 2 flow valves on hand and we talked about the pros and cons of each. I picked one out and he went to work installing it. When it was installed he showed me the valve that can be used to increase or decrease the water in the bowl, something that we did not have with old flow valve. We talked about a couple of other plumbing items, such as quarter turn vs full turn water shut off valves. I felt that Doug’s price was reasonable and he was able to complete the job quickly and correctly. He also provided a 1 year warranty on his work. I would use Doug again for my plumbing needs.

This guy installed a water heater of his choice in late November 2021 that burst last night, the end of June 2023. I called him to ask him to fix it and he said not for 4 days! When I asked him if he could come quicker he physically threatened me. He does NOT warranty his work, he does NOT deal with the warranties of the water heaters he installs and he's extremely unprofessional. Go anywhere else!

Doug came out and diagnosed and repaired a CPVC pipe leak that has caused significant water damage on our 1st floor. He was earlier than our appt time, got to work immediately and was very, very fast. I was impressed with his knowledge, and the information he shared in a no nonsense, matter of fact manner. If we have plumbing work to do again, Doug will be the one we call!

Had a slow leak under the house that turned out to be a refrigerator icemaker line. Doug came out, crawled under the house, diagnosed the problem and gave us a detailed quote of what he would do. He did everything for the price he quoted. He responded immediately, was professional, explained everything, took photos of everything, and I will definitely use him again anytime I need a plumber.

Doug installed my new kitchen faucet and sink a few months ago and did excellent work for a very reasonable price. He returned my call promptly, sent an on-the-nose estimate, and came over to do the work about two days later.

Customer service was top-notch. He was extremely transparent, he shared a wide range helpful information and advice while on site, and he replaced a couple of wearing-out connections for me under the sink. My counter was cut poorly by the previous installer, causing a complication to this install; he took care of it free of charge.

We found out the faucet I had bought was missing a piece. He called and explained to the supply store and patiently waited for me to go pick up the part (again no extra charge for the added time); he got the drain installed in the meantime.

I highly recommend Doug and I plan to hire him for any future plumbing needs.

We hired Doug twice in the last week to do some work based on reviews and Next Door recommendations. Doug was friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and quick. I would hire Doug again and highly recommend!

Doug arrived just when he said he would. After chatting about the job he got right to work. His work was professional and he strove for perfection in his work. Went above and beyond when some minor house imperfections became evident. The job was finished beautifully and I didn’t have to clean up after him! I give him a 10 and highly recommend him.

Doug Nash is hands down the best plumber I’ve ever had, does high quality work but still very affordable. He seems very genuine and honest, doesn’t upsell any services. Really took a lot of time to explain the options for my plumbing issue and what he thought would be best. Replaced old rusty galvanized pipe with high quality PEX, Finished work looks amazing, even fixed a couple things he bumped into along the way and didn’t charge me extra. Seems like a very meticulous guy who takes pride in his work. Very punctual and also responsive to communications. HIGHLY recommend, have nothing but great things to say about Nash Plumbing and will be using him for all my future plumbing needs.

Doug was speedy and excellent to work with! We got a quote on a new water heater one evening and was able to come install the next day.

Doug did a great job installing my new toilet today. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Good price too.
