I've used Rodgers Plumbing for years now. They really came to the rescue this morning when I had a hard to get to leak under the house. There was lots of water and was a hard to get to spot to repair. They fixed it timely at a reasonable price.

After ruling out any major concerns, he asked permission to access through the water damaged cabinet floor to positively locate our leak! The workmanship of Priority Home Services can only be described as perfection. A journeyman plumber arrived with a tradesman. (Often a single apprentice is sent out.) They replaced a water heater which was part of a complex heating system. We are original 24-year owners of the house and, previously, we replaced two water heaters by top-name Plano companies. HOWEVER, neither of the previous installations were able to make the hot water system work as it was designed. Priority Home Services (PHS) found the problem, which was overlooked in the original home installation and continued to be overlooked by the other top-name Plano plumbing companies. PHS uses only the highest quality materials - no construction-grade connectors, tubing, or valves. The installed the water heater I wanted. (Other companies try to sell a cheaper water heater on which they make more profit.) The workers were professional, knowledgeable, and explained the whole system and costs to me up front. There were no surprises. I have never recommended a company this highly. I have scheduled them for a second visit to replace a number of aging faucets throughout the house.

Randy came out to fix the faucet on my 4 year old’s bathtub. My 4 year old insisted on following Randy around the whole time. Randy was amazing. He explained to him what he was doing, showed him his tools, and let him ‘help’. He was so patient. Oh, yeah, and he fixed the faucet super quick! Great service. Would recommend. 10/10

Fantastic work by Diego on what turned out to be a complex multiday project after an undetected dishwasher hose leak. I appreciated the explanations and options I was given along the way, as well as the attention to detail. Worth noting the company does work hourly instead of doing upfront project estimates, but I definitely felt I got everything I needed done for a very good price.

We called Tex to come out to replace a kitchen sink. The experience was a nightmare. Tex and his helper showed up on time at 8:30, but lacked the necessary materials and had to immediately leave to go to Home Depot. During the installation process it was determined that the opening for the sink would need to be enlarged. The shop vacuum did not have a filter and Tex assured me that a wet washcloth would be sufficient to collect the dust. I also need to point out that while he said my house was cool, he also had a portable fan directed at him while he worked. My entire house filled with the dust from the procedure. When the sink was still hanging on one corner, Tex took a hammer and hit the sink to knock it into the hole. The corner of the sink broke and he then made me give him the receipt so that he could return it and tell them that it came that way. He managed the return, but failed to get another sink. He told me that I should just pick out a different sink and that I didn't need the one that I wanted and had researched online. I asked him to put the old sink back until I could get the sink that I wanted. He refused and told me that unless I wanted a hole in my kitchen counter instead of a sink, then I needed to pick out something else. I settled on a different brand and a different material than the original sink I had purchased and Tex finally installed the sink. His invoice was twice the amount it should have been. We will NEVER use this company again.

We had a leaky pipe underneath the house and Quincy & Randy came out and located the leak (after we had to have water restoration guys come extract out over 150 gallons of water that was standing under the house!). They went above and beyond to make sure we got our water turned back on and didn't charge us an arm and a leg!! We LOVE Speake's Plumbing!!!!!

Very happy with their service and price to replace my copper pipes with Pex. Scheduling was extremely quick, responsive and easy. I shopped 3 different companies and they had the best price and they had reviews to back it up. The Plumbers were on time and gave a text prior to coming. I loved that I was able to send them a photo for an estimate instead of scheduling someone to come out and charging me $50. No issues with the estimate not being accurate as it was exactly what I was charged. The Plumbers that came out were extremely nice and detailed with the work that they did. I will be calling them for future service!
