Have used BillyGo for the last year ever since meeting them at Grapefest 2018. They have come out for numerous jobs from plumbing to AC to gas and have been beyond courteous and professional every time. Their technicians are non pressing at all and seem to genuinely care on helping you make the right decision. Called BillyGo plumbing on a Sunday afternoon for a sewer line backing up into the shower stalls. BillyGo plumber receptionist schedule me an appointment for one of their technicians to come out. She explained the service call charges and followed up with a call letting me know when the technician will be out. Marco promptly came out and evaluated the plumbing issue. Marco explained the problem in detail and unstopped the line and verified there were no roots in the line causing the stoppage. The company is polite, honest, professional and respectful of the customers home by wearing shoe guards. Great job Marco, the Wizard of plumbing.

Husband tried to put in my new bathroom faucet, and was only able to remove the spicit handles would not come out, frustrated had to call a plumber, so called BillyGo, was the best thing we did due to the old faucet, it had to be cut out, would not come out easy. and the new one was replaced, and Matthew even cleaned up all the old putty, petina was bad and now it looks great. We are very pleased, and the price was fair to us considering all the extra that needed to be done. Matthew was very professional from the time he called to let us know he was on his way. up to when he left our home if we need a plumber we will be calling BillyGo and requesting Matthew

The technician was very professional and friendly. Explained to me what I needed with no pressure. Was on time. Very knowledgeable. I was really impressed. Great job. We don't see this kind of service much today. Prices are fair. And up front.
Although my appointment time was not met, I couldn’t have been happier with the service. Jesse was very professional and fixed my problem promptly.

Wow I'm so very happy about choosing BILLYGO PLUMBING!!! We first called to get an estimate and they sent Keith out which by the way needs a significant raise because he was courteous, upfront, knowledgeable and everything else that's great about a very good business! We had gotten other estimates but y'all couldn't be beat! Then y'all sent Jorge which we feel the same way about him as we do Keith!!! Then we decided to use y'all and the crew y'all led by Jeff was outstanding and professional! I could go on but I think y'all get it that WE RECOMMEND BILLYGO PLUMBING! I THANK GOD FOR LEADING US TO THIS BUSINESS!!!

Quality of plumbing repair was typical of an average plumber. Pricing was outrageous. Scheduling was difficult - had an appointment on Friday morning, the guy came and looked at the issue (apparently the initial appointment is not for plumbing but for some sort of scheduler to come out???) - I had opened the drywall to expose a plumbing leak in the upstairs bathroom, and there was a leak at the valve at the house in the main line from the street / meter. Was given estimates based on worst-case repair of line from the street, which would require replacement of the entire line, or repair of supply line somewhere under the slab (issue was neither - the valve had given way and needed to be replaced). Guy scheduled service maybe Saturday or probably Monday, depending on availability of plumbers. Plumbers came on Saturday afternoon, with no call letting us know when they would arrive. Leak in bathroom was repaired, although they did not relieve pressure in the line before cutting the pipe and made a mess in the wall and the kitchen below. The main line leak issue was identified as the valve and repaired. They insisted the repair estimate applied and that the correct pricing for replacing a valve is thousands of dollars.

Tech was timely and thorough, explaining furnace situation appropriately.
I called BillyGo as I had multiple plumbing problems. The woman answering the phone was very nice and gave me an appointment for the same day i called. Marco Vasquez , the plumber, came on time and was very personable and knowledgeable. He was good at explaining the problem and how to correct it. Marco worked fast and did an excellent job

Loved being able to schedule by app. Arrived within the one hour appointment time.
Carlos was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the clog in my toilet . It wasn’t a simple clog but I guess he saw my frustration ( it’s a new house) and did his best to get it cleared . I have never heard of the company but I would not hesitate to call them again. I called on a Saturday at 12:30 and he was here by 2:30pm. That is fast service! I highly recommend them.

Fantastic! Came out to give a free estimate for two bathtubs that were clogged and not draining well. The gentleman who came out was very respectful of our house, wearing protective booties before walking in. A small little act, that goes a long way to showing me a company respects us and our house. The quote for the work was very reasonable, much less than others that I have called. Work was done quickly, efficiently, and cleanly. We would definitely recommend BillyGO anyone looking for a plumber, and will definitely keep them in mind for our next project or need.

Marco came to our home to see about installing a tankless water heater that was gifted us. He was professional and kind. He took his time and explained all aspects of it. He then arranged for a date around our very busy schedule as a large adoptive family. We could not have wished for a better experience.

I really appreciate Marco helping me out with this whole ordeal. I am a bit disappointed with Dotty? The lady who spoke with me on the phone. She never sent in a schedule request to have an inspector from the city come by my house like she said. The technicians did come by periodically the same day as the supposed appt. Once I called the city I figured out what went wrong and thankfully the city had squished me in. Other than that mishap I am pleased with the service of this company.
Great customer service. Very knowledgeable and thorough about taking care of my problem. Above and beyond what I expected. Definitely using them again.

No one wants to find a natural gas leak but when you do, you need expert help fast!! I called Billy Go and they responded promptly to give us a fair estimate of the work to replace the gas lines from the meter and go under the house to connect to all 3 gas appliances!! The city inspector promptly approved the work they did and they cleaned up the work area properly. BILLY GO, the Landlord, and the City all worked together to get us back online with Service. Especially Thank you Marco!

My issue, needed to replace cast iron trunk that went from the outside to middle of my house with PVC piping. Sonny and the team did a tremendous job. Not were only they professional but friendly as well. They took care of business in 1 day. Will definitely use them again. Thanks!
