Jeffery does amazing work and is very friendly and knowledgeable. He moved our gas outlet to accommodate our new stove and helped fix a minor gas leak issue we were having. While he was there I kinda sprung on him another plumbing issue i had with our bathroom shutoff valves and he accepted the additional work no problem. On top of that, he even stuck around to help me balance the stove feet levelers to get it perfectly aligned with the wall. Glad I found thorough plumbing!

Thorough Plumbing did a great job in replacing all bathroom plumbing lines, copper with copper. And moved vanity lines over couple feet to allow for remodeling and replaced tub and shower heads as well. They were knowledgeable, professional and answered all of my questions. Their pricing was competitive, especially considering they replaced copper with copper and not PEX. I’ll use them for next plumbing need.

The pipe from the main into the house was leaking substantially. It needed to be fixed quickly. Jeff from Thorough was able to schedule an emergency repair call. He arrived around 6:30PM and worked on the repair until midnight. He did a great job on the repair and kept the size of the whole in the front yard as small as possible. I would highly recommend Thorough for any of your plumbing needs.

Thorough Plumbing came over on a Sunday morning (over Labor Day weekend) and repaired a bathtub faucet that started leaking water on a Friday. I had called at least 12 other places on Saturday trying to get help and Jeffrey B. was the only one to come out and help us. He was professional, explained everything he was doing and was extremely reasonably priced considering he came out on his day off. If you need a local plumber who will do what he says and treats your home with respect then Thorough Plumbing is your best choice!

As first time homeowners, a plumbing repair can seem really daunting but not with Jeff and Thorough Plumbing. He explained every step of the process and made sure we understood what needed to happen and what our option were. He never made us feel like we couldn’t ask questions or get a deeper explanation. He even gave us tips for calling the insurance company! I feel like we are more knowledgeable about our home since he made the repair and showed us all the spots to be aware of. I called late in the day before Thanksgiving, we had a valve break and had to shut the water off. Everyone else that I called were done for the day but Jeff was willing to still come out and fix the valve. He did a great job, was the nicest person and very considerate. Honest, genuine, and thorough....a short phone call was more informative and helpful than the other dozen companies I spoke to regarding an issue for a client. He helped save my client a lot of money...truly lived up to the name Thorough Plumbing.

Recently both my shower faucet and shower head began to slowly leak continually after turning the shower off. Also there was some calcium & lime build-up on both the shower head and faucet. After some research I discovered that I probably needed to replace the gasket & spring kit and possibly the shower faucet cartridge. I contacted Thorough Plumbing regarding this issue and Jeffrey responded within a couple of hours even though this wasn't an emergency. Jeffrey assessed the issue and agreed that I needed a new shower gasket & spring kit to stop the leaking. As it turned out my shower system was so corroded with calcium & lime that my shower faucet / cartridge had to be cut off with a saw and totally replaced along with a new shower valve. Jeffrey was able to resolve the issue with all new shower system parts including a new shower faucet. Jeffrey was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable regarding my plumbing issue and took care of the problems within a few hours. He didn't make a big mess in or around my shower and cleaned up any and all debris that occurred while repairing the shower when the job was finished. I would highly recommend Jeffrey Baty with Thorough Plumbing for any plumbing issues as I will call him again with any future plumbing issues that come up. Thanks!

Fixed a broken house bib. Great service and communication. Let me know beforehand what to expect and fixed it fairly quickly. Quality of work was better than when the house was built. In addition, taught me how to work the house bib correctly to prevent it from freezing and breaking in the future. I will definitely call him out in the future.

Very impressed with the professional service we got from Jeff! Jeff fitted us in his busy schedule and was able to fixed our clogged drain right away. I also appreciate he puts shoe covers on without being asked. Was able to quickly diagnose the issue and give honest recommendations. Really good experience from start to finish and I appreciate it!

Long story short....outdoor faucet failed and started gushing water both outside and inside the wall. Called and spoke with Shannon and explained the situation and she was able to get us taken care of the same day (which was amazing especially as several other plumbing companies said it would be several days before they could come and fix).

Jeff got here quickly and was able to explain what happened and what needed to be done to fix it in very simple terms that made it easy to follow and feel confident that it was being taken care of correctly.

In our case, it was a manufacturers defect and Jeff gave us pictures and a write up that will help us get a reimbursement from the manufacture.

Had a water supply line and valve fail in an upstairs bathroom on a Friday evening. Once I got the water at the main shut off, I called Thorough Plumbing and Jeff was over within the hour to make the repair and get the water to the house back on. We had a situation where the condensation water from the AC unit was not draining through the bathroom sink and instead was overflowing. Jeffrey and Shana (hope I have the spelling right) came out in quick time and fixed the issue. They were professional and thorough. Not only that, Jeffrey also explained how to do regular maintenance on the AC unit in order to avoid this issue from recurring. They also fixed faulty plumbing beneath the sink for free !! I’ll definitely use their services for plumbing issues and recommend them for all plumbing needs.

Jeff was indeed thorough in investigating my leak. I had wet carpet in back downstairs room with no apparent water source, so I was afraid it was a slab leak under the floor. After looking everything over, he determined it to be toilet seal leak where water traveled to where we are having issues. Minimal opening into sheet rock to confirm and photos to prove the point all a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend him.

I needed the plumbing leak detection test due to part of the house/foundation had lifted by 1 inch. Jeff was ontime, walked me through the process and what each step entails. I shadowed him during the test and he took time to explain me what he was doing. There was no leak detected and he walked around the house and pointed me to what could be the possible causes e.g. over watering, leak in the gutter close to the suspect area of the house. I highly recommend Jeff for any plumbing needs.

I had a need to replace 2 faucets, he communicated with me the timeframe and expected reminders (text and/or email) for his arrival, wore booties in the house, reviewed the work to confirm we were both on the same page, explained what was optional vs providing a quote for doing the work now and after we agreed upon the job he got to work. The calcium buildup on the countertops was keeping the faucets from turning on and off smoothly, after the job was complete the calcium buildup had been cleaned up on the granite and faucets were back to new again. Jeffrey also asked for feedback in how the booking of the appointment went to ensue a process of continual improvement for his customers. Thank you!

I had a water valve that broke and called Thourough at 3:00pm on a Saturday and he came and fixed it after he finished the job he was currently at. He was extremely professional, nice and friendly. Great customer service, highly recommend!

Jeff was extremely professional He provided excellent service and went out of his way to be helpful. He provided all the possible scenarios related to repairing the leaking shower faucets so I would not be surprised with possible costs. Fortunately worse case scenarios were avoided, but I was fully prepared either way. I highly recommend him and his company and have saved his information should I need plumbing services in the future.

We had two outside water faucets replaced with frost-free hose bibs and the plumber wrapped the pipes for better insulation.

Due to the recent February Winter Storm, a frozen pipe had thawed and burst. I found Thorough Plumbing after calling approx 20 plumbers since many Texans were going through similar problems. They were able to come to my home the very next day & correct the situation (I was incredibly fortunate with that). They were honest, professional and very nice. All costs and procedures were explained clearly. Their pricing was very fair. I will be definitely using Thorough Plumbing in the future.

I called several plumbers to get quotes on replacing the valves/hoses under the kitchen sink and installing our new kitchen sink. He was the only one that would physically come out and give us a quote. He was very responsive and professional with good pricing. Definitely recommend.

Can’t say enough good things about the service I got from Jeff today, Bottom to top professionalism and a very THOROUGH job! Had to replace a tankless water heater (under warranty) and he not only called the manufacturer to help me get it replaced but also picked up the new tank, installed it, and dealt with hauling away the old unit.

He gained a customer for life out of this experience.

Jeff and his apprentice were great! They replaced our water heater today with an industrial equivalent. Very knowledgeable and took the time to show us how to properly maintain it and adjust the settings. They even hauled off the old one for us and left zero mess behind. Highly recommend!

Replaced gas pipe riser on pool heater. Kept me informed every step. Initially, had difficulty getting parts so he drove all over town to secure all the parts for the project. The same day, the trench was dug and pipe installed. Only wait was waiting for inspection but still only two business day. I would definitely hire him again for any plumbing needs.

Excellent service, City tried to pass the buck and claim it wasn't their issue and to get a plumber. Thorough Plumbing came out examined everything, pointed out exactly where the issue was(City side of water meter) and then even called the city back on our behalf to get them back out to fix it.
