Technician #68 Juan showed up at my front door just in time! I was completely exhausted from dipping water out of my clogged sinks in the kitchen. I told him I was losing the battle and he said he was here to win the war. He had a great sense of humor and a big smile. He did a wonderful job of unclogging the sinks in very little time. During which he gave me some hints about what NOT to put in my garbage disposal. He also told me how to maintain my sinks so I would not need his services for the same issue again. He completely cleaned up the area he worked on, leaving it much cleaner than when he found it. The best thing however was the bill. It was less than he originally told me. I now have a new plumbing company and one I will be happy to tell my friends about!

Marco came to our home to see about installing a tankless water heater that was gifted us. He was professional and kind. He took his time and explained all aspects of it. He then arranged for a date around our very busy schedule as a large adoptive family. We could not have wished for a better experience.

Trevor came out today and was very helpful. He walk through some different things I could do to solve my problem. Didn't offer services I didn't need. The price was reasonable. These are great people to do business with!

Water leaked into the house, I quickly shut off the main. Then the hunt for a plumber started found Ricky; he came to find the leak (Busted Outdoor Water tankless heater), and through the pipe, the water came inside the home. He told me he could order, or I can order ASAP or call for a Warranty. I did order, and luckily I found one in Georgia and came in time. . I called him again, he came to my home on a Sunday and replaced the unit and resealed the pipe.

I highly recommend Ricky. He is honest and a genuine guy.

Randy came to our house on Christmas Eve and cleared our blocked drain very quickly and efficiently. The logic for the method he used was explained clearly and patiently. Furthermore, pricing was explained up front and the final price fell within the range he provided. Lastly, Randy was very nice to our family, our guests and our dog. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Called Diego back to finish a tile floor install after multiple problems with Lowe's. (Word to the wise: if you're thinking of using Lowe's installation services for remodeling, don't.) Diego did a great job with the flooring and even installed the new toilet, too. I had them out a few weeks prior to work on some fascia boards and that went nicely as well. I have no reservations about recommending HomePro for any repair needs.

We called Tex to come out to replace a kitchen sink. The experience was a nightmare. Tex and his helper showed up on time at 8:30, but lacked the necessary materials and had to immediately leave to go to Home Depot. During the installation process it was determined that the opening for the sink would need to be enlarged. The shop vacuum did not have a filter and Tex assured me that a wet washcloth would be sufficient to collect the dust. I also need to point out that while he said my house was cool, he also had a portable fan directed at him while he worked. My entire house filled with the dust from the procedure. When the sink was still hanging on one corner, Tex took a hammer and hit the sink to knock it into the hole. The corner of the sink broke and he then made me give him the receipt so that he could return it and tell them that it came that way. He managed the return, but failed to get another sink. He told me that I should just pick out a different sink and that I didn't need the one that I wanted and had researched online. I asked him to put the old sink back until I could get the sink that I wanted. He refused and told me that unless I wanted a hole in my kitchen counter instead of a sink, then I needed to pick out something else. I settled on a different brand and a different material than the original sink I had purchased and Tex finally installed the sink. His invoice was twice the amount it should have been. We will NEVER use this company again.

I have been using Speake's for over 30 years. They may not always be the cheapest but they ALWAYS DO IT RIGHT! Speake's is the only plumber I will recommend to friends and family.

Steve cleared drain and ordered a camera inspection for me.

We were working with a tile repairman and needed some plumbing work done on our 50+ year old pipes. The job required 2 trips and in both cases, the technicians were prompt, professional, and very clear communicators. I will be using them again, if we need another plumber.

I was more than anxious after spending a 1/2 day snaking my kitchen sink (kids, uncooked rice and a sink don’t mix). I appreciated David’s quick work, but especially his reassurance that all would be ok and he’d get it taken care of.
