Best All Plumbing Needs in Plano TX

Had Benjamin Franklin come out to replace a water heater and fix a toilet in the past 6 months. They have always been timely and straight up. I will use them again in the future!

My water heater started leaking and had to be shut off. I didn't call until 4pm, but Randy was in the next morning to look at it, and again the following morning with the replacement unit.
He was very professional and extremely communicative. We wanted several modifications- installing it in the attic, adding a few extra faucets for potential future hookups, etc- and he rolled with all of them without nickel-and-diming us. Highly recommend!

Sewer line cap fell down my sewer line a long time ago. Dealt with clogs continuously because of it. Didn't want to deal with it because I heard from the Internet that it could cost thousands as a deep trench would have to be dug and the pipe cut to remove it. Called Speake's plumbing as they were a popular choice on my neighborhood forum. Travis and his assistant came out, cleared my sewer line AND RETRIEVED THE CAP !! No trench had to be dug. They worked a long time with the camera and auger but finally got it. Can't say enough on how happy that made me.
Customer for life now and will always refer them. Thank you Speake's plumbing !!!

Dean's Plumbing exceeded expectations! Calling a plumber can be daunting especially if you've had a bad experience as I have in the past-mine was with a large big name company. Ronnie at Dean's diminished my fears (fear of a plumber gauging for less than quality job).

Ronnie came out quickly to our home (2 suburbs away). He well represents this company as he is courteous, professional, honest, and skilled. I have hardwood floor installers working at my house who discovered a water leak in an adjoining room to a bathroom. They could not move forward with their job until the plumbing problem was diagnosed and fixed. Dean's made it possible for them to stay on schedule.

I had a broken water heater Saturday afternoon this past weekend. Called numerous high rated companies per web. All fake news and horrible response from all of them.Ranged from no answer to super high visit fees. Luckly got ahold of ENCO folks. Showed up within an hour and were honest and helpful.
