Thank you, Ricky!!! We just bought a new home that had quite a few minor plumbing issues (crossed hot & cold lines, not hot water in shower, new garbage disposal, and more). NTX happily came over to provide us a quote before we bought the house. They were available on short notice and did a thorough inspection to provide us a quote to use in negotiations. We decided to use them for the repairs as well and could not be happier. Ricky was here right on time, super friendly and nice to our dog that was being a brat, fixed everything perfectly and as quickly as possible and even stepped in to try to help me get my ring doorbell off the wall when he saw me struggling! I've used NTX Plumbing for a little over a year now. Great guys and they generally do good work. But...

I'm leaving a 2 star review because I was charged $154 for a half hour job with NO parts to replace. (Just needed some tightening.)

$49 - service call (I get this.)
But a whopping $105 for the half hour job (classified as plumber hourly rate).

Forget being a doctor. Just be a plumber and get paid $210 an hour.

Ricky is the absolute best! He spent time to make sure he diagnosed the reason we were having a back up in our house. After running the machine down the vent on the roof, we are clog free and there is no more water coming out from the bottom of the toilet in our hallway bathroom. Ricky didn't just come in and run the machine like a lot of places would do. He made sure that a clog was the reason for the issue. That way there is less of a chance of a repeat backup.

I hired NTX to do a sewer survery and locate leaks under an old house with cast iron plumbing. The 2 guys that came out to do the survery were professional and very thorough. They get 5 stars without a doubt. The reason for 3 stars was the plumbing repair estimate sent to me a few days later. I was told that all the sewer pipes are leaking and they all need replacing. I believe this to be true as the hiuse has gad foubdation issues as well. The estimate sent to me was however incredibly blown out of reality. They want more than $90,000 to trench and replace piping. I have contacted 4 other plumbers and they were all nearly identical at 1/3 the price quoted by NTX. I will not be doing business with them again. I can no longer trust any of their estimates without worrying I'm being overcharged. Again the team that did the sewer inspection did amazing work. The company is who deserves lower than 3 stars.

This business was amazing to work with and they went far out of their way to accommodate our needs. We had a nightmare of a mortgage lender requiring a licensed plumber to do an inspection and repairs to a hot water heater prior to our home closing. The sellers refused to meet this requirement themselves so it fell to us, the buyers. Their Brand Warrior, Janna, was extremely helpful and did everything being asked to meet the mortgage companies requirements. They coordinated with us, as the buyers, as well as the sellers of the property to ensure everything was done with all parties considered. Texas and the Dallas area experienced severe winter weather during February 2021, and a lot of people had frozen pipes, etc. The freeze resulted in some damage to my Navien tankless water heater. I looked all over for the needed part, but was unable to even speak with most dealers. I sent the part info to NTX (without having any previous relationship with them), and they were extremely responsive and helpful. They were able to order the part with express shipping, and came out and installed it, and got our hot water going again. Scott and his team get full marks for their helpfulness, friendliness, communication and professionalism. They have earned my business, and I will be using them for all my plumbing needs going forward. Highly recommend.

Loved NTX Plumbing when their tech, Scott Hooper, came out and repaired a clogged drain line. This time, when called to repair a leaking outdoor faucet, the experience was 180 degrees different. First, they initially showed up 2 hours ahead of the appointment time - when no one was home. When they came back: 1) they were unable to give me an exact price for the work they were proposing - as I had been told they would; 2) the person at corporate refused to speak to me directly, choosing to speak to her tech, who spoke broken English, and; 3) when I asked her to repeat to me what she had told him, she became confrontational. I HAD overheard what she told her tech, and it was acceptable to me, but when I asked her to speak to me directly- and before I could say to go ahead - she told me to find another plumbing company, and pulled her tech from the job. In 30+ years running the sales force for a $500M division of a Fortune 500 company, I made it a point to speak with the customer, if they were present, not “around them” and have my rep need to repeat what I could have told them directly. Since the corporate person at NTX made the decision to pull her team (when I was ready to proceed) I better not be billed for the trip charge - or I’ll have to proceed with legal action against them.

Scott determined the trouble quickly and scheduled the repair tomorrow morning.

NTXPlumbing is an awesome company. Very professional and they do great work. They did excellent work moving some plumbing diverters to a different wall as we were doing a remodel and couldn't be happier with the end result.

Five years ago I had a pretty significant drain line breakage under my 75081 house. NTX did the repair with courteous, kind and professional plumbers and I’ve been lucky in not needing any more help .. until this weekend, when I had a toilet AND a shower stop draining properly.

Their plumbers came out on time this morning and had both issues resolved within 20 minutes.

The cost was not “a steal”, but fair and I tipped the plumbers as well because they’re awesome.

Would never use this company. Purchased a home and had my water heater flood the kitchen and living room. The previous owners happened to leave the receipt from NTX attached to the water heater. This was installed without placing it in a precautionary overflow pan, nor did they hook it up to the drain right next to the heater! Lazy and unacceptable shortcut that highlights the absence of ownership in their work. When I contacted this plumber, I was yelled at by the owner Mai and accused of trying to get something out of my misfortune. She went further to say they would never warranty a 7yr old heater on parts or labor. Her lack of professionalism and business sense doesn't surprise me considering the work they perform.

Scott and Eric responded to a problem of my meter running when no faucets were on. They determined within minutes that it was our irrigation system. Professional, personable, honest and customer oriented - why would you go anywhere else? I wouldn't!

We originally found NTX due to a gas leak and needed a plumber to repair. They did a great job with that repair. We were impressed with the responsiveness, the professionalism and experience of the crew, and the quality of the work. Recently, we needed to have the plumbing inspected due to foundation work. The foundation company sent a plumber that they partnered with to do the inspection so that we could get approved for the lifetime warranty on the foundation. He spent about 30 minutes inspecting things and immediately went to a solution of re-routing the entire plumbing in the house and quoting 17k-20k for the work. We contacted NTX for an independent inspection and a 2nd opinion. They found the leak and recommended a solution - which was NOT re-routing all of the pipes. Again, we were impressed with the crew's professionalism and quality of work. The owner came out to do the inspection himself. We highly recommend NTX and they are the only plumbing company we'll ever call.

Quality was fine, but price was sky high - $207 in labor (1.5 hours @ $105/hour + $49 service call) to flush line and replace cartridge in the shower that was causing low hot water flow.

This was our first experience with NTX Plumbing. We were referred to them by a contractor we use. We had water coming up through our wood flooring in our bedroom and are somewhat new homeowners. It’s nerve wracking trying someone new. Scott was in and out with in a couple hours, he located the leak with minimal cuts and had everything on hand to fix the pipe. Scott was prompt, personable, professional and his pricing for the fix was very competitive. Needless to say, Scott is now our guy! Thanks NTX Plumbing!!

I called NTX Plumbing and about 10 other plumbing companies and NTX Plumbing was the only company that was willing to help me, I work for the building owner and was trying to do my due diligence and get the best pricing for the owner. Very few other companies were willing to quote any prices whatsoever over the phone, which I do understand because plumbing can be difficult to quote and be accurate. NTX actually reached out to me after the first contact and reassured me that they are interested to help me get my project accomplished. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I’ve been using NTX plumbing for a few years now and never have been disappointed! Our water heater went stop working one day and they were able to schedule a technician the next day! Who wants a cold shower? Not me! Another time, my shower head stop working and they figured it out quickly and fixed it! Just today, my garbage disposal and faucet was replace! If I could give them zero stars I would. I attempted to hire this company for plumbing issues that came about as a result of the extreme cold in Texas. I called on Wednesday 2/17 and scheduled an appointment for Saturday 2/20 between 1pm and 3pm. I received a call back a few hours after scheduling the appointment. The company was canceling my appointment because, in retrospect they “didn’t have time”. The appointment was rescheduled for Monday 2/22. On Friday 2/19, I received the following text message: “Hello! Our schedule is full. We will not able to provide service next week.” Yes, the full schedule should include my appointment. This is the most unprofessional group I have ever dealt with. I wouldn’t contact them again no matter how small the job. After expressing discontent over the missed appointments and the fact that I would post an appropriate review, the plumbing company actually texted the following to me. “ Not a problem! Everyone knows this is a stressful situation and it is sad you have a lack of compassion for the plumbing profession during this time.” Apparently NTX Plumbing lacks compassion for the people that attempt to hire them because help is needed. Pass this one up if you are looking for a professional plumber.

We love how reliable NTX Plumbing is. Their timeliness and work performances are always exceptional. We've used their services for several years now.

We have 2 toilets that were running…standard stuff.. probably needed new flappers and valves. Our usual plumbing company was busy with a big job so they recommended NTX. Super friendly on the phone and very accommodating with a quick appt. Their charge to just diagnose the problem was $154, which I thought an odd number and also steep, but I wanted my toilet fixed asap and they came recommended. Alex arrived on time and was very nice…and this is when things started to fall apart. He didn’t seem confident about how to fix the issue with the toilets. After a few calls to the supervisor, he arrived at the conclusion that both toilets needed new valves and flappers, but still not 100% sure this would fix it. I could hear the call - there was education on how to tell the brand of the toilet and explaining flappers. Huh? Really? The supervisor said it would be $425 to complete the job which I thought was outrageously over-priced. I myself have replaced a flapper before and know it is not that difficult. I called our usual plumber to ask what they would charge - $250ish. I asked Alex to call his boss /owner back to reconsider the exorbitant cost. Nope, he’s sticking with $425. I paid Alex the $154 for his time and sent him on his way. Hard lesson learned…don’t take a recommendation from your plumber. Looks like I’ll be watching YouTube videos and getting out my tools.

Great Service. He earned his money today. Pretty difficult clog. Plumber was persistent and was able to unclog the drain. May have taken longer than he expected. LOL. I will definitely recommend you guys and will call with my next plumbing issue.

Update: Having the same issue again and called back. They wanted to charge me $100 more than what they had charged me previously. I cannot recommend them in good faith. Techs are great. They need to work on their pricing and flat fees.

NTX went above and beyond locating our foundation leak to ensure that we did not incur any additional repair fees for “looking” for the leak.
Scott was very professional and kind and took the the extra time (a lot of extra time) to find.... and to explain our repair options and the steps to move forward. We have had 3 pipes to burst (over weeks) in our home since “Snowmagedon” and I finally feel that we have found the company that is qualified and capable of making the necessary repairs.... from going into drywall, re-routing water, to tearing out and re-installing bathroom vanities.... the works. This company goes above and beyond on customer service and making sure the job is done correctly the first time.
I apologize to anyone that was on his schedule today that he was late to, or did not get to... however; our leak was difficult to find and he stayed until it was pinpointed. And it was very appreciated.

We recently purchased a house, and it being an older home it had quite a bit of plumbing issues. Alex and Jose came out have been working patiently with us to get the pipes repaired, the leaks fixed, the seals replaced, and plumbing flowing well. Both Alex and Jose have been very kind, patient, and professional as they have had to work on these old pipes. We're very grateful to them and their great work, because now we can shower and use the sinks, etc., without any issues.

The best plumbing company in North Texas.

Scott came out in response to a call I made about water seeping thru my foundation. While he was able to rule out a leak in my fresh water pipes, he wasn't able to completely diagnose my problem. I don't believe that was his fault and believe my answer may lay with foundation experts. He was very responsive and informative and even reached out to other resources to try and obtain information and possible solutions. I would use and recommend them for other normal plumbing needs.

On May 1, 2018 our bathroom shower head was leaking caused by our faucets not working properly. We called in NTX Plumbing, whom we've used before, to fix the leak--(and do other plumbing replacements).

We purchased a new shower head and faucets and had those installed. Everything seemed fine until August 9, 2018 (a little over 3 months later) the shower started leaking again. We had Scott come out to repair it. He worked on it and said the faucets should no longer leak, so we paid him for his services. Next morning, my husband took a shower and the faucets/shower head starting leaking. We called NTX and Scott came out on August 14, 1028 and worked on it again. He said grit got into the faucet but that it was fixed and we should no longer have a problem. Well, next morning my husband, again, took his morning shower and the faucets starting leaking.

We called NTX. Never heard back. On August 15, 2018 I texted NTX. My response (I'm guessing from Scott's wife Mia) was Okay lemme discuss with Scott and get back to you. No response after that. On August 17, 20189 I sent another text saying Any word yet? The response was they tried to call but it went to voicemail. I said I never got any message. I was told they'd call me on Monday as their office was closed (it was the weekend by then.

Never heard anything so I sent a long email presenting the problem and asked how we could resolve this. No response. Seems to me I've gotten the runaround. Never heard anything back. It's a poor way to handle an issue.

I don't know if the pipes need to be flushed--just a guess as I have no plumbing experience.

Ricky was the plumber who showed up and did an excellent job of finding and repairing the leak from a water heater that was leaking under the slab. Ricky was very professional and knowledgeable. NTX Plumbing was excellent about responding to my questions even though it was on a Sunday. I will use them again and highly recommend them.

The whole team was professional and responsive, from the woman who took my call to the team that arrived. It turns out it's an irrigation leak, so outside of their purview. But they got the water to the irrigation turned off and educated me about how their troubleshooting approach. And they charged a lower visit rate since they didn't have to stay as long as expected. I will use them again!

Late Friday after their plumber had worked all day, (week really due to the Dallas 2021 snow and ice shut down)!
He finished up a job in Frisco, TX then drove all the way to us downtown.
He’s never been to our location before or seen out setup and had to troubleshoot why we had gas at the meter but couldn’t get any gas inside. No hot water, no dryers no pilot lights, it took him a minute. But, he scratched his head and figured it out and we were happy campers! Kudos to the young man Juan! Of course I can’t say enough about Mia and Scott the owners of NTX that work just as hard as their people do. They and NTX are real, hard working, God loving folks who shoot 100% straight with all their customers and operate at a level of excellence rarely seen in today’s world.

Alex saves the day again, we had 2 issues repaired today, great job!
We had another issue troubleshot today and they will be back when the parts come in.
I won’t go to another company, NTX comes through again.
The owners are superstars and so customer friendly you will see this upon your first conversation with them.

Thank God for NTX! Our outside sinks and water fountain that our homeless friends use at our ministry had been damaged during the recent freezing temps.
Jose came out right at the time we were told he would be there.
He found the problems with both, had to go to two different parts houses and this afternoon both sinks and the fountain are working like new!

Our son broke off the handle of the shower, which turns on and off the water. NTX was highly recommended by a friend, and they were everything we needed. They were able to repair the handle using a cartridge, so that the entire unit (manifold) did not need to be replaced. It was a tremendous relief to us and a relatively quick fix. This is the second time we used NTX. They are amazing. This snow/ice storm has crippled the city. I called a bunch of plumbers- most of them told me they can get to me next week. A good buddy of mine who is a GC brought in a plumber this morning and he told me they couldn’t even touch the job till at least Sunday. NTX showed up and found two busted pipes and fixed them within two hours. Amazing. I have dubbed them the “Pipe Whisperer “. No matter the job these guys are the one to call! The plumber, Jose, literally drove through ice and sleet and was on time for the appointment. He was pleasant and professional and was able to change out the shower valve in our shower promptly. I hope somebody gives him a raise soon.

My main pipe was clog up and I reach out to NTX Plumbing. They check their schedule and was able to fit me in on the same day. The Tech came out and ask couples question, then started to get his tools to work. Tech was very knowledge of what he is doing. Juan and Miguel did a fantastic job for us. I'm an electrical contractor and we contracted a boring company to pull two conduits for us. Unfortunately, they hit the main water pipe that sends water to a commercial building. NTX is amazing! I will use them always from here on out. We have always wanted to replace our electric porch lights with gas lamps. Which means a pretty extensive remodeling job. I researched about 10-12 plumbers. A few of them declined to even consider the project. A couple tried to talk me out of it and suggested to just buy the bulbs that look like flames. And the rest gave me ridiculous bids that felt like they had no idea what they were doing or just wanted to bid so high that I would leave them alone. NTX came in, totally professional, eager to do the work. I had total confidence in them within the first 2 minutes after meeting them. They are ethical, professional, do an amazing job, very budget-friendly. I can’t say enough good about these good people. Ricky took our recommendation about the issue as we’d recently been getting work done on our A/C. He snaked from our guest bathroom to the main line at the street. We have flawless drainage and will call NTX for our next plumbing issue.

Jose and Miguel performed a smoke test for us to find where the sewage gas was leaking. Unfortunately they found no leaks but upon additional discovery they determined the smell was coming from dead animal that probably fell from attic floor to behind wall in bathroom. They went above and beyond to find source of smell rather than just leaving after the smoke test provided no results

I want to give some love to NTX Plumbing. They found the source of a sewer leak at our house, which another company missed. When a second leak was detected, a large hole was excavated to expose the plumbing under our house. It turns out that there wasn't a leak after all. However, NTX admitted their mistake & didn't charge us anything (at a $1200 loss to them) rather than pretend they fixed a problem that didn't exist. I appreciate their honesty and for making things right! If you need plumbing work, I would recommend NTX plumbing at 972-836-9740.

I’m a general contractor and my plumber wasn’t available. Scott was fabulous. His intent was to save me as much money as he could and he did. He found a way to fix my problem which would accomplish what I needed done at a fraction of what it would have cost. I’m very impressed and highly recommend him. Update: literally LOL at their poor customer service as evidenced in this response. If a renter can afford to rent a 1/2 million dollar home - they can afford to pay for services. Nice attempt though - really grasping for an excuse. No refund was issued - and you were referred BY A POOL COMPANY. Bottom line - your company did not impress this renter. Nor the HOME OWNER who was involved in this process.

Once again - so not recommend and my 1 star review remains.

This company was a referral from our pool company. We were told on the phone that they could snake the skimmers of the pool with cable snake to get out any blockage or leave debri. The fee to do this was to be $350. We agreed to the fee and I took off of work to meet the technician.
Bottom line - they do NOT service pool issues, did NOT use the cable snake and did NOT fix our problem. They charged me $60 for this service call (not mentioned ever during time of appt) and they did NOT do anything or fix anything. To be clear, we agreed to pay $350 fee for pool skimmers to be unclogged. They did not do this or attempt to do it. No equipment was brought out. They simply said we recommend calling a pool company- even though we specifically asked if they worked on unclogging pool skimmers when making the appointment. Total rip off and we do not recommend. It felt as though they go around accepting jobs to collect $60 for ringing the door bell.
Our technician was friendly and on time - he was not the issue. For a company to charge $60 service fee and say we don't unclog pool skimmers (even though the job needed was explained in detail before making appt) is unprofessional and a scam.
Very disappointing. I am now out of a half day of work and $60. I recommend calling a different plumber if you don't want to get scammed out of $60.
Update 5/31/23 : I received an email stating they will refund the $60 service fee but it has not hit the bank yet (guessing it may take a few days). When the refund goes through - then I will edit my review to reflect that they did the ethical thing but also advise they do not service pools.

My family and I are purchasing a house. I called to see if NTX could do an ASAP assessment and quote on a couple of items on a perspective house. Sure enough they were able to make it out that same day. Thomas T. was there early and more helpful than I could have imagined. He quickly diagnosed the issues I was asking him to look into. Could have made a mountain out of a molehill. Instead let me know the issues were simple and non-factors as a matter of fact, in him checking the issues he actually ended up resolving most of them. Did Thomas stop there? Nope! He quickly went around the rest of the house to do a quick assessment of the plumbing. He found something that the inspector missed that was very dangerous. Could have gotten someone badly hurt or worse. I’m extremely thankful for NTX and Thomas T. I will use this company moving forward.

This rude dismissive person Mai kept talking over me on the phone while I was asking them their course of action today ( after they sent an apprentice out to look at my faulty hot water tub faucet in my master bath, which they did nothing that I hadn’t done, and left me with a big running hot water leak for the 3 day weekend ), n I was requesting that a plumber/the owner Scott come out instead of an apprentice.
She then said they did me a “favor” Friday, told me I’m welcome to call another company, and then called me a liar regarding what was or wasn’t done, and repeatedly refused to let me even speak with the owner, Scott, and hung up on me.

I’ve used this company twice and each time they sent Eric, who was intelligent, honest, punctual and professional n reliable... I see now why he left them.
I am Very very disgusted... I will be reporting them to the better business bureau, TDLR in Austin, and calling NBC 5 consumer division.

My family went through hell with our previous plumber, who installed the wrong pump for the pipe size and caused loud harmonics in the house for two weeks. In desperation I reached out to NTX Plumbing. Right off the bat, NTX gave me confidence with their friendliness and skillful troubleshooting approach. The second day their expert level plumber came to my house and fixed the problem, ending our two-week-long misery. They are fully dedicated to making their customer happy, no matter at what kind of cost. The previous plumber removed their mis-installed pump and took away the flanges with them, which caused NTX to spend over two hours soldering new flanges on the pipe, but I was only charged for one hour of work. I'm very satisfied with their service and would recommend NTX Plumbing for everyone!

I had called NTX yesterday and initially spoke with Ms. Mai for addressing a possible leak. Scott came the very next day and did a thorough explanation while detecting and fixing the problem.

Expensive, not on time, will not hire again. Booked in advance to have them come over at 09:00, at 08:57 I get a call saying they won’t be able to make it. I accept a new time the same day, they say between 13:00-15:00, that’s fine. The time passes without any call or update. About a half hour after the time slot I check outside, their van is parked with the driver smoking and browsing his mobile. I knock on the window, and he finally comes out. He comes in gives me a quote to move my gas range connection. I wanted a quick fix, but agreed to get it professionally done. Costs $500. It works so a star for that and should be according to regulation. Another star for some extra help. After completion their guy goes back into the van for another smoke, I have to walk out to pay for the job.

This the second time I contacted NTX about a plumbing project gone wrong. This time I got a rented drain auger stuck in the main drain clean out. I called NTX desperate for help. They sent someone out quickly. After some detective work they discovered that the old cast iron drain pipe had rotted out and the drain auger was caught in the rotted part of the pipe. They fixed the pipe retrieved the drain auger and saved the day. I have decided no more DIY plumbing projects. Thanks NTX.

They did a great job of listening and helping identify the problem at my home. Very mannerly, good communication, etc.

We hit a water line while digging. Jose was dispatched to us very quickly and sent us a text before he arrived. He wasn't able to complete our repair, as we hit a sprinkler line. But, that was okay. He was able to turn the water on for the house and recommend we call a sprinkler company. Even though the repair wasn't performed NTX Plumbing saved the day.

Scott made two trips to our home during the freezing weather. First to shut off water to our hot water heater so we could still run water through the pipes to avoid further damage. He then returned 2 days later to replace the unit. We have used NTX plumbing for the past 11 years and they are always our go to company for jobs big and small.

Juan and his coworker came to my house to diagnose and repair a leak from my kitchen sink that was pouring like a waterfall underneath my house (pier and beam). They determined they might need to cut into my kitchen cabinets or through the brick outside of my house to reach an old corroded galvanized drain pipe. I was stressed, to say the least! Juan really was so very professional and kind and helped to calm me down and talked with me at length over the options. He made a plan and gave me the worst case scenarios so I could mentally prepare. They came back two days later (delayed due to ice storm). They always text before they come and showed up before the expected time window. They expertly repaired the pipe with minimal cutting into the back wall of my cabinet. My kitchen was left immaculate. I was so grateful, and the repair cost much less than I expected. I will always call NTG plumbing and want them to know what excellent employees in these two men they have.

I had a weird water leak between the floor and baseboard in multiple places on my first floor. The plumber was very knowledgeable in quickly found the cause and fixed it. He was also very courteous and transparent. This was my second time using NTX and they proved to be very consistent in the quality of their service.

When my heater developed a leak on December 24th, 2022 , they were very hard to get a hold of because I assume they were all out because of the holidays. I had to get the emergency work done elsewhere.

Yes. I did call them subsequently about the yearly maintenance of the heater and did state that i would wait till the end of the first year before doing the yearly maintenance.

They came out quickly and they were very efficient, friendly, and affordable.

Although it was a minor repair, NTX came the same day and quickly repaired our leak due to a faulty installation on our part.

I normally would replace my own water heater, but our setup includes a broken hot water circulator, so I didn’t feel comfortable doing it myself. I definitely chose the right company. They reminded me several times of our upcoming appointment and even let me know they were on the way to my house. In a few hours, we had a new system working perfectly. They left no trace of being in the house except the nice Bradford-White water heater. I have heard of this brand and it has the reputation of being the best. Recently used NTXPlumbing for our rental property. Called them around 8ish am and they had someone out by 9:30am. Started off with a professional text message confirmation system. Which including the approximate time with a picture of the Plumber. How nice is that! To be aware of who’s coming and a time frame they will arrive. James came and serviced the house, we received multi pictures via email upon completion. Everything ran so smoothly, we would HIGHLY recommend NTXPlumping.

The plumber that they sent out put the gasket and spring on backwards, which caused our hot water to run all weekend. We had to get another plumber (from another company) to come out and they were able to see the problem and fix it very quickly.

It turned out to be on the City side of the meter; their problem. I had James repair a toilet which had a reservoir tank that was about to fail, while he was here. Ignore the review from Mrs. Jessica. She's always causing our vendors difficulty.

They texted that they were coming and then showed up on time. Communicated clearly what needed to be done and the pricing for it, then proceeded to get the work done in a timely manner. They cleaned up after the work was done and walked me through it to make sure I was satisfied with everything. I will definitely use them again.

We had our kitchen pipes burst. I called 10+ plumbers under this State emergency situation. Earlest I could book was 3 weeks away but this company sent us people 3 days after the call was made. It was Sunday today indeed. They fixed all issues flawlessly and I could not be happier. I plan to use this company only going forward. Highly recommend!!

The short version...hire this company now for any plumbing issue that you are having. Also, refer them to anyone else who is having a plumbing issue.

Longer version...most people who found a magic lamp with a genie that would grant three wishes (and no wishing for more wishes) would probably wish to have one of their relatives be a super competent, honest, and reasonable plumber in the family. Scott is that plumber.

Ladies and gentlemen...my 15 year old tankless hot water heater finally died. I didn't even notice when it did...for years we'd had to hit the reset button 1-2 times per week to restart the hot water. This past Saturday, we hit the reset button and nothing happened. Looked at the unit and saw a little bit of water dripping from the corner of the enclosure. I remember thinking, That can't be good.

Fearing the worst, I Googled a few natural gas tankless options (Rheem, Rinnai, Navien) and articles about expected costs. I found a local plumbing service who came out, didn't inspect or try to turn on the unit, and said it was bad and needed to be replaced. It'd be about $5,000 for a new Navien unit (maybe more) which is all they install. It took them 20 minutes to tell me that and charge me $140 for the trip. They promised to have a firm quote to me the next morning.

Not feeling like this was going to be a company that I'd enjoy working with, I began searching again. Went to Yelp, sorted by average customer review, and up popped NTX Plumbing (also a Navien specialist). 5 stars and 24 reviews...and the reviews were very flattering and positive. Almost too good to be true. As it was past business hours, I had to wait until 8:30 the next morning to call. With any luck, I could get someone to come out and give me a comparison quote. With tremendous luck, maybe someone who'd actually take the cover off the existing tankless water heater and see if they could find the problem.

At first I was nervous...I'd read the Yelp and Google reviews on NTX Plumbing (and Scott) and didn't think it was possible for Scott to live up to expectations. I called at 8:35, and Jennifer pleasantly answered the phone. She was friendly, courteous, understanding, and professional...if I needed someone to answer the phone and be the face of my business, I'm pretty sure she'd be the one. She could have Scott (the owner) out between 11:00 and 1:00. Perfect...we booked it, and I was just hoping he'd be there by 1:00 so that by 2 I could have a comparison quote (for the one I was expecting that morning) for a new install.

11:00 on the dot, Scott arrives. My wife lets him in, and he gets to work checking out the current unit. He reads the diagnostic codes and is quickly on the phone with Bosch. After about an hour and 45 minutes, they think they have the issue diagnosed. The unit likely needs a new heat exchanger. We chat on the phone and he lays out our options. The cheap way to go is to change the heat exchanger...the other route would be to replace the old unit with a new one. He spent about 15 minutes talking through the various models and options...not trying to sell me on any one model in particular, but just asking good questions to help inform my decision. In the end, he recommended a Navien unit in the Standard product line...I opted to go for the Advanced unit. (Essentially, the best residential unit they had.) All in price was in line with what I was expecting and significantly cheaper than the $5,000 ballpark I was given the night before. If I wanted to go with the new unit, he could install it same day. Sign me up.

I think the install was pretty simple...I had all the gas lines and venting needed already. He was able to finish pretty quickly. I was expecting the final invoice to include a charge for the time spent diagnosing the existing tankless (about 2 hours), but (the Legendary) Scott was having none of that. I got home at 5:30 to glorious hot water. There was much rejoicing. My wife at being able to take a hot shower at home again. Me at knowing that I have a new plumber in my family. Do yourself a favor...call them.

I had another company drop out last minute on a job, and NTX sent someone very quickly for a quote and they were very professional and explained everything clearly to me on my options. Their prices are also competitive with other quotes I've gotten. Overall I'm extremely impressed with how responsive and helpful they've been.

We have had NTX do plumbing work for us several times now, both major and minor. Scott and his excellent technicians set a new standard for outstanding service every time. Juan the plumber was excellent - knowledgeable, thorough and customer oriented. However NTX should have recomended to replace the gas line from the beginning after seeing the age and general status of the pipe. We understand this would scare many homeowners but would have giving us the option to have a costly new line versus having a costly repaired rusted old pipe.

I have a Rinnai tankless water heater installed more than 7 years ago and I had never serviced it. Recently it has been acting up, it would randomly stop giving hot water in the middle of shower. We had to switch off and on the heater in the middle of a shower multiple times. It was very unpleasant when the water turned form warm to cold. So I called Rinnar customer support and they provided me a list of certified service providers. Among them NTX a plumbing was the top one on the list and I was able to secure a service next day. Scott came over on time, he was very polite, patient and professional. He did a thorough deep clean and maitenance on my heater. My heater worked like a charm after that. I am very pleasured with the work he did and his professionalism is top notch. I would highly recommend NTX

Originally, emergency leak upstairs. Tech came, seemingly made repairs. Several weeks later, called back to repair seemingly related leak. Company refused, insisted not related, separate charge/fees. NEVER use again. EVER.

Our tankless hot water heater stopped producing hot water. We were able to get same day service. Juan explained what he was doing to fix our issue & how the problem would be resolved, providing pictures. Appreciate the prompt, professional & courteous service from him & his partner.

No problem with workmen. Big problem with charge! They were on site less than an hour to unclog drain in vanity sink. $300 charge is not reasonable.

I have a gas leak & a new line for the gas needs to be put in. It is very expensive & unfortunately the pipe they are not allow to repair per Atmos.

I contacted NTX plumbing to ask them to fix my tankless water heater. They informed me the that they would charge $200.00 for the inicial assessment to detect the problem. They missed the first appointment, called me at the end of the day asking if I wanted to reschedule and I agreed.
They were on time this time and the gentlensn who helped me was very friendly and polite. Said he would send me an estimate within a couple of days and collected the $200.00 . It's been seven days and I haven't received any communications from NTX plumbing. Now I have to wait for another company to come assess the problem and PAY for that assessment AGAIN.
I couldn't be more dissatisfied.

We had several pipes burst due to freezing weather. Scott originally said it would be more than a day to get us on the schedule, but when I explained the severity he got someone right over.

Our entire crawl space was underwater, but Juan was amazing and didn't give up. He created a new access point, got under the house in the freezing mud/water and literally saved our house. I could not be happier with NTX and their commitment to helping people.

We need a plumber to repair an underground gas line and went through two or three companies who procrastinated, made excuses, etc and finally found NTX and they were surprisingly responsive. They quickly explained the complications and proposed a solution. They executed the repair despite difficult conditions and parts shortages and did a great job. I am a commercial project manager and I definately endorse Scott, Alex, and all of NTX Plumbing.

Ricky, Jeff, and B. were incredibly helpful. We broke a pipe in our front yard and therefore had to turn our water off.
