I had an excellent experience with James Plumbing. We had a small leak in our closet but we were unable to detect where the leak was coming from. We called James Plumbing and our plumber, Jon, came within the same hour of us calling. Jon was quick and efficient and found the exact source of the leak. He also preform some tests to make sure it wasn’t a slab leak which was our initial concern.

Jon told us the best option to fix the leak and a very fair estimate. We agreed and Jon quickly proceeded with the repair. He was done within half an hour. He even made sure to clean his work area and everything was put back in place.

Jon reassured us that if we had any more issues with the leak that we can call him anytime. Luckily, we haven’t had any problems. We really appreciate the courtesy and services provided by Jon. I highly recommend James Plumbing Company if you need a reliable and trustworthy plumber. Thanks again!

This plumber did a great job with the installation of a new shower faucet and line for repositioning. He also did a great job for me when addressing a leak my mother-in-law had under her peer and beam home. He was able to quickly detect where the leak was and made the repairs. In both case, he was very professional, responsive and informative regarding the work and resolve all at at very competitive pricing.
