Anyone in the DFW area needs to have First Class Plumbing's number in their contracts. They are very prompt to respond, very professional, and just nice guys that do their job really well. We had a leak in our wall a couple of years ago on New Year’s Eve. We called 1st Class plumbing and to our surprise they said they would be out the next day on New Year’s Day. They found the leak and fixed it right away. One year later we had another leak and this time it was under the shower. This one was more complicated and we needed extensive work performed. We had to file a claim with our Home Owner’s Insurance and Dustin was there to talk with the Adjuster. They fixed it but, the Insurance Company didn’t want to fix it the way Dustin suggested and it leaked again. The repair was under warranty and this time he repaired it by rerouting the water line. We also, replaced our water heater at the same time. I have referred Dustin and his Company to my clients that need an honest and fair plumber and they have always been satisfied with his work, too.

Dustin was so helpful. My hot water heater was leaking all over my garage, and he saved the day. Even though he was on another job, he sent someone over within an hour to stop the water and shut down the heater, and then fit me in the next day to replace the old one, when my true appointment was a day later. Also fixed two quick leak issues with my toilets for free. Awesome service!!

These guys are fantastic plumbers. I had a specific and semi-complex plumbing job that needed to be completed to my specifications. Dustin quoted a very fair price over the phone and Brandon arrived a few days later right on time. Brandon had to get creative to get the job done, but the end result exceeded expectations. These guys wont gouge you on the price either like many plumbers do. First Class plumbing is now my go-to plumbing source and I will recommend them to all my friends and family.

These guys were have been there both times I needed them. Not only do they do great work at a fair price, there assessments are spot on and they don't pad their estimates or add things in that are not needed. They fixed a leaking faucet, fixed a pipe with a gas leak and quickly responded when I needed them at my property.

I recently used 1st Class Plumbing to repair two hot water pipe leaks, one of which was quite a large project. Dustin and his team were very professional and knowledgeable in locating the leaks, explaining repair options, answering all of my questions clearly and promptly, and once I decided to proceed, repairing everything as explained. Mario and Sergio also were friendly and professional. Everyone is extremely prompt and communication with Alice and Linda were excellent. I had some questions about the engineering report which were answered when I called the engineer to clarify. Overall I’m very pleased with the service I received from 1st Class Plumbing. I’ve used 1st Class Plumbing for past plumbing needs, and they never disappointed, so I highly recommend them and Dustin if prompt and honest service is what you’re looking for in your plumbing needs.

Called 1st Class Plumbing to look at kitchen sink faucet and old original kitchen plumbing pipes that were leaking, and that needed immediate replacement. I was scheduled in over the phone within 5 minutes. They were able to come and install 2 shut off valves under the sink, that had not been ever previously installed before. Also, they replaced problemed pipes and they installed a new faucet. Brien (pronounced Brian) was very professional and on time and took care of our plumbing issues and cleaned up around area before leaving. Highly recommended! Great company to do business with. They were very clear on the issue and the fix. My main water feed to house was leaking they addressed my issue and my concerned about future problem. 1st Class ungraded my water pipe to address the issue caused by Texas freeze (Feb 2021). This company also did a complete walk through after the job to make sure my system wasn’t leaking and that all my faucets, sinks and toilets were working. I highly recommend them.

Jo & Brian came out for a service call through my home warranty company (Nations Home Warranty - is is terrible by the way). I had a blockage in 2 of my 3 bathrooms. The guys ran a snake and knocked it out fast.

Hard to believe a plumber could be hailed a hero, but Brandon came to my rescue. Professional and personable, he persevered to find the issue where another ‘master’ plumber had failed.
