Regardless he was a very professional technician he came out he was on time and really made sure that I understood everything that was currently going on with my AC unit gave me some options unfortunately I wasn't able to do a full service just because money is tight as I'm sure it is for everyone, but I was able to get quite a few things based on the options that they gave me this was a great experience. Highly professional

Brandon Thomas had replaced a leaking mainline into our home a while back and did a fine job. He came back today on a free inspection and determined our water heater was 8 years old with a short life left. From other symptoms the heater was failing and we had him install a new one as well as replace 6 other water valves that had locked open and could not be closed. He replaced a washer water valve that was broken. We thought he would have to cut the sheetrock out and repair and repaint it. Brandon was able to fix it as it was with no sheetrock or any damage. Very good work.

Some companies you use only once. They seem more interested in getting in and out quickly rather than doing the job right. My experience with APES was not like that. Destry was thorough, polite, and very helpful. Nice guy. APES will get our business again.

Had a couple visits to get some work done. I was lucky enough to have Alejandro for both visits. Work was done perfectly and my home is ready for the Phoenix summer.

My downstairs bathroom sink required a completely new piping. When something valuable dropped down the drain, my boyfriend disassembled it but was unable to reassemble it. The entire structure was deteriorating and ancient. I dialled his number ( the very 1st plumber I found and read reviews about). I had a 9-11am appointment, but they arrived BEFORE the allotted time, which was fantastic. The components arrived quickly and were installed the same day! Very courteous, and considerate of my house. Wearing masks and protective footwear! The pricing was also reasonable. I would highly suggest them and would absolutely use them again if I need another plumbing work.

I'll admit, I'm not the best when it comes to keeping up with servicing my air conditioner. I was reminded of this when my air went out at 9pm one summer night and had to make an emergency call to Day & Night Air per their excellent Yelp reviews. What I was not expecting was the level of service I was provided by Jose, the technician that came to my rescue.He got my air up and running in no time, and found me a great deal of maintenances and cleanings for a small monthly cost, and threw in some excellent advice for free.He came back a week later for my first scheduled cleaning, and all I can say is I am thoroughly impressed! Jose did an amazing job and made my older unit look brand new again. I highly recommend Day & Night, and if you can, ask for Jose - you won't be disappointed.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! I have been waiting over 6 months for these flakes to show up. No communication unless you call them and even then it takes days for them return your calls.

Its seems like the owner is a one man show and nothing happens without him. That would be great except is about 80 years old!!!
