The only reason Custom Plumbing of Arizona gets 4 stars and not 5 is because they were an hour late, without calling to let me know. However; once he got there, everything was great. The tech did an excellent job, he was fast and efficient and charged a fair price. My tub had been clogged for 3 days, I did not have time for quotes, I just needed someone to fix it...he could have jacked up the price and I would have been stuck. But he got it fixed quickly and just charged me their minimum fee that was quoted online. He even helped me with my sink that I had forgotten to put on my original request. To me, nothing is more important than knowing you can trust a company to be fair and honest. Would DEFINITELY use them again and recommend them to others.

Amazing customer service. They arrived exactly when they said they would, followed up, worked with my schedule to do the work to accommodate other work I needed done, were professional, and that was all before they actually installed my new hot water heater. We were referred to Aussie by another plumbing company who we normally use but was unavailable at the time we needed service. Aussie answered the phone when we called and was in constant contact via phone and text prior, during and after the service. Had a hot water pipe leaking under my bathroom floor and called Alan. He was incredibly responsive and was able to come inspect the problem only an hour after I called him. Prior to contacting Alan, I had hired a locating company to find the leak location and identify the leaking pipe and what it was feeding. After giving all these details to Alan, he gave me a quote for 2 possible rerouting scenarios and we scheduled time for him to do the job a couple days later.



Upon starting the work on my home, Alan immediately realized that the routing of my pipes was more complex than anticipated and that the locating company had made an error as to the routing of the hot water pipe that was leaking. He figured out very quickly that the leaking pipe was feeding my upstairs bathroom, which was routed under my living room to an exterior wall, leading vertically to the 2nd floor. He showed me how he figured all this out in detail and there was no question he was correct. This complicated the job substantially. Instead of a quick reroute, he would have to dig up the ground in my bathroom to find the leak and fix it at the source. Even with this new found complication Alan honored one of the quotes he gave me before which I felt was more than fair.



He ran out to get jackhammer and dug up the bathroom to find the leak. He took care to seal off the area to keep the rest of the house clean, and after he located and fixed the leaking pipe, he even mixed concrete and filled the hole back! To make things even better he took time and care to only pull up 2 tiles in my bathroom and kept them in tact, so that I could put them back after the work was complete. The damage to the bathroom even after all the jackhammering of the concrete subfloor was essentially nothing. He also explained to me how I can put the tiles back easily after the concrete dried.



I was really impressed with the work Alan performed and feel like he went above and beyond. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber and honestly can't speak highly enough of the work and customer service he provided.

I called Second Opinion Plumbing late evening and they came out the next morning first thing. Their response time was incredible and they fixed the problem within a couple hours. Our main line was blocked up and they cleared it and showed us what the issue was and how to prevent it in the future. Great work and highly recommend them.

Excellent plumbers!

We are remodeling our kitchen and of course found more problems behind the scenes. We contacted them and had an appointment set up right away to assess the problem. Kelly came out and quoted us and fixed the leak in the same day. He was very nice and professional and got the job done quickly! We definitely recommend them if you need any plumbing fixes!
