Put in an online request at 9 pm at night and they showed up the next morning, found a leak within our wall, and stopped it. They even cleaned up after themselves prior to leaving which seems rare nowadays. Would definitely recommend.

Giovanni was great at scheduling our appointment. He explained everything that was going to happen. Like Giovanni said, Jim (the plumber) called 30 minutes before arriving. He was punctual and professional and finished the job before dinner.

Worst plumbing company ever. They aren’t up front with costs and the quotes given out are 4-5 times the cost it should be. Then they charge you $65 to come out and give you the overpriced quote. Their customer service is terrible to work with too as they hung up on my twice and offered no assistance. Do NOT use this company!!

I have now had Ryan out from Pruitt's twice for different plumbing issues and he is so professional, really nice and most of all gets the job done quickly. Highly recommend them if that is the type of person they hire!

They were called to check laundry tub which had overflowed to send a report to our insurance company. While here, I asked if they could do something about a singing toilet. They took the time to provide a quote, which was reasonable, and completed the work quickly. We have used them several times and would recommend them over plumbers in the City of Maricopa.

Scott is reliable and gets the job completed In a professional and timely matter. My experience has always been the best. When my AC unit needed repair he quickly came out and fixed my unit. Now it's being replaced and he most helpful In walking me through the process. It's hard to find someone honest and to provide exceptional services. Scott is the guy to handle your AC emergencies! Speed: Our gas hot-water heater went out so we had no hot water. I called a few places and had to leave voicemails. When I messaged Nick on Yelp, he responded to me within a couple of minutes. They are fast to reply and come out quickly.

Communication: I knew what was going on from the get go. Nick (Plumber) told me what was going on with my hot water heater and what it would take to get it up and running. He showed me what was going on with it and even spent time on the phone with the hot water technical support people to confirm analysis.

Price: I'm a cheap guy. Norfleet Family Plumbing told me the cost and it was reasonable. Some companies won't even come out unless it's at least $300 or more. I hate price gauging. Norfleet Family Plumbing keeps their prices fair, honest, and remains very transparent.
