We highly recommend Homework Remodels! Steve and Sheila spent time providing us with quality blueprints and excellent home décor/interior design selections for our new 400 square foot casita. We live in a historic neighborhood and they have proven experience obtaining the required city permits and approval from the Phoenix Historical Preservation Society. They removed our dilapidated garage and replaced it with an amazingly beautiful and quality-built casita! We would like Ross, our Homework Remodels’ project manager, to oversee all of our projects! He kept the project moving smoothly and made sure the work was completed to high, quality standards. After examining the completed casita, contractors we know gave the work their high praise!

From the time I met the sales representative, to the time the project manager debriefed me - the remodeling was nothing shy of outstanding. We needed the drywall replaced and fisished to match existing wall after laundry room sink installation. Maria repaired the wall and matched the the textured finish EXACTLT! Her work was just amazing. I didn't event have to run the vaccuum afterwards. I recommend TWD and Maria without reservation.

My husband remodeled years ago so he is critical of everybody, so we got 5 bids. For us it wasn't just about the money, we needed to feel comfortable about who was going to be in our house and the quality of the job and materials itself. Ross explained the entire process and answered all my husbands questions. Although he was booked up and we had to wait 3 weeks before he could start we decided to wait on him. It worked out good anyway because I am picky and wanted to purchase my own mirrors, lighting fixtures and towel bars. They showed up on time everyday, cleaned up daily and finished on time, no surprises. Our Travertine shower is simply gorgeous, what a difference. I can tell by the way he rebuilt the shower it will last forever ( I think my husband learned a few things although he wouldn't admit it, LOL) We will call Brower Remodeling Group for our guest bathroom and I can't wait. There were many things that went wrong with our remodel, but I'll keep it rather short.

1. We had two project managers. One got fired. The other was intoxicated on nearly every occasion that we spoke to him. He would angrily call us up on weekends and interrogate us about when the contractors left our house. On another occasion, he claimed that he was probably drunk when he took our call at 3:30pm on a Thursday. So drunk that he didn't remember it. He accused us of lying until he looked at his phone receipts. Our sink detached from our counter about 4 months after completion and after several no-shows, I confronted him about it. He hung up on me.

2. We received a design for our kitchen and we only asked for two things specialized cabinets: a cubby cabinet and a spice rack pull-out. Both cabinets were forgotten about. The spice rack was added after completion. The cubby stayed the way it was because the project manager told us there was nothing they could do now and it would require the tear down of the backsplash. We should have pushed back on this, but we didn't. Our design, in total, was missing the two specialty cabinets we asked for as well as additional cabinets that could not be added due to a lack of space.

3. At some point during the re-install, our dishwasher was damaged. It was placed back in and leaked ever since. Now our new cabinets are removed due to the water damage. Maxum sent a contractor to come look at the damage. He said that Maxum would get back to me. That was a week ago and I'm tired of waiting for them to do the right thing as we have always been patient.

Do yourself a favor and look at their ROC cases (ROC 202770). Two cases have led to discipline or resolution and meanwhile there are two pending cases. Please avoid this company.

Ben and his crew have some amazing southwestern home remodeling skills. You can tell that they truly love what they do!

Best Company we hired by far/ Highly competent and professional company were have ever hired. Mike provided constant oversight and communicated project status on a regular basic. We like the fact that this was a family owned business. The owners are so professional. We received calls from Judy asking how are project was going and always made sure we were happy. If there were any issues or if she could help with anything along the way. Their employees are top notch. Each one of them took care of our home like it was there own. clean and professional in every way. The workmanship and quality you wont find better any were. Replacing my shower, I thought about it for 3 years and when i found Bathlogic, i was impressed with the product. The service was outstanding as well. Fair prices and a great experience!

We first contracted Joe and ABA to remodel our master bathroom and replace the cabinets in the guest bathroom. We were so impressed that when we decided to remodel the kitchen they were the first and only company that we called. I love the new kitchen!! I would recommend ABA to anyone considering a remodel job in their home.

I left a message regarding an inquiry to build out an ADU in my back yard with a receptionist. Even though Scott's company is limited to the East Valley, he gave me a call back explaining that he could not work in Glendale because it would be cost prohibitive to do so. Regardless of a logistics problem he called me back to inform me of this and answered a ton of questions regarding my endeavor, even though he knew he could not receive my business. There are not that many people these days that would spend time and call you back, this shows his integrity in business. Again, thanks for answering my basic questions and the referral Scott.
