Best Water Softener Replacement in Phoenix AZ

I had one of the service techs do an inspection of my water softener and test the water.He did a terrific job and was excellent at explaining things and calibrated some monitoring on the system. Excellent job.I will consult this company again when other plumbing matters occur

As a long time customer of Moon Valley Plumbing just had another outstanding experience. Had a tub drain replaced all the way out to sewer line. Demolition of foundation inside, excavation to access inside and out, replacement and concrete patch. All in same day and done excellent. My normal go to, Kenny along with Supervisor Dan who ran excellent supervision and hands on help and Cole. Excellent teamwork. This is a great organization who cares about their clients.

I had a water pressure regulator installed. I was very impressed with the company. I was given a quote and there were no extra hidden fees. The plumber they sent was courteous and professional and did an excellent job.

My water heater died the other night and I called Ben Franklin Plumbing. The service technician, Christian, showed up the next day and went through all the options I had to repair/replace the item, which were many! I chose to buy a new one, again with several options on that purchase. He replaced it the next day. Throughout my experience, Christian was a true professional! Very knowledgeable, courteous, and always kept me informed throughout the entire time of what was going on. He's a tremendous asset to the company! Overall technician was helpful and timely with his help. Only real feedback is cost- no real parts were used and labor took under one hour and yet bill was 500.00. Seems a bit high for such quick work and no parts other than a small drain piece of 20 dollars or so.

Never go wrong with Option One. They always been number one plumber in my books. Fernando did excellent job and and willing to listen your questions and concerns.

We had a complicated plumbing issue and from day 1, the lead technician, Mark was able explain the whole process so it was clear what was to be done. The whole process took several months because of our schedule. Mark was easy to work with, very professional and very much focused on customer service. He and another technician, William, really made sure that we were fully satisfied with the work. The service was not cheap, but well worth it. I would highly recommend Anthony's Plumbing!

I dealt with them yesterday after I tried another company that could not solve the problem of the main sewers in my house, but Fernando and Tyler did their work very professionally and was able to clean the main drain in an impressive manner and today their official came to me and continued their work through the camera and I saw it is very clean and their prices are suitable and cheaper than other companies I am I thank him very much for perfecting their work and dealing with me. We need our valve replaced under our sink in order for HomeDepot to install our new dishwasher (they refused to install until this was replaced). We called Plumbers of Maricopa and they responded right away. Not only did they fix our valve, they installed our new dishwasher! Very nice employees and great service. APES is the company to call if you are looking for someone who will treat you like you are an ape (I guess that’s what they are company stands for, apes). I was referred to them by my leasing company; the lady dispatcher was very rude yelled at me and was very condescending. I rather live with my plumbing issue or pay out of pocket before letting someone treat me like that
