This company is a bunch of crooks. They charge way to much and do crappy work. Trying to get them back is impossible after you pay them.

Unfortunately I have to contact the ROC. Don't waste your time. There are so many other creditable plumbers out there.

Our sewer line was backed up, nothing was draining in the house including the toilets…a critical stoppage! Moon Valley rolled up and handled the problem like a champ. Ejector pump replacement. Gerald, our service repair man, was professional, timely, communicated the issue well and made the repair/installation on the spot. He had the replacement pump with him in anticipation of a pump failure and was incredibly clean with all work and very polite. I would recommend Wyman, and Gerald, to anyone who was looking for quality plumbing services.

Technician was honest, on time, and fixed leak with also providing fix that will help with reconnecting irrigation in future. I would use Simba again and recommend to others.
