Months later, as a nation, we were hit with COVID-19, which drastically impacted my wife's industry, "Hospitality and Event Management", as well as many others. As a result, our way of life: living, socializing, and working has changed in unexpected ways.Despite these challenges, as a family and as a nation, we are all doing our best to maintain health, happiness, and prosperous lives. Last week, fate threw us another curveball, as we noticed a significant leak from our Water Main feeding to our home. After speaking with our Homeowners Insurance and Home Warranty companies, we found that this type of issue is not covered by either of the two plans, so it became clear that we would have to find a way to fix the issue out of pocket.So, after doing a little Google research, we stumbled across Custom Pluming of Arizona, LLC. Within 24 hours of reaching out to Custom Pluming of Arizona, LLC., Ignasio and Edward arrived on site to assess the recently discovered leak. After assessing the issue, they were very prompt and professional in offering us both long-term and short-term options that would best fit our budget.Given the issues mentioned at the beginning of this post, disposable cash on hand is a luxury we don't really have at the moment, so we opted to move forward with the lower cost temporary solution and scheduled the work to be completed the following day. The next morning when Ignasio and Edward arrived, they let us know that the Custom Pluming of Arizona, LLC. leadership team had been made aware of our recent life challenges and offered to implement the permanent solution at no cost to us.Ignasio and Edward's kind and incredibly generous news warmed our hearts and brought tears to our eyes. Within a few hours, the leak was repaired, and the workspace/landscaping was clean and returned to normal conditions. With the multitude of HVAC dealers to choose from, it's hard to decide which one will not let you down. I chose Parker and Sons due to many five star reviews and their long-term partnership with Costco. After making an appointment, "Adam" came to our house and made recommendations and estimated a replacement cost for our HVAC system. Adam is experienced and professional. He answered our questions and found the perfect system for us. He promised installation within 48 hours. Adam handled all the paper for product registration, rebates from APS and Costco and all other documentation. All I had to do was sign the contract and Adam did the rest. On our appointment date, the installers, "Rito" and "Jesse" arrived exactly on time at 7am. The entire HVAC system was installed in about 8 hours. Rito and Jesse were courteous and professional at all times. Our units and parts were delivered on schedule, Noise and dust were minimal and clean-up was amazing. By looking at our house afterwards, you'd never know we had a major project completed. Our system works perfectly and we're 100% satisfied. I highly recommend Parker & Sons.

Company came out today to look at our water heater that had gone out over night. They only sent a guy out to look at the issue, not to replace it, but couldn't get out until Tuesday (5 days later) to replace it. In the mean time the tech that had come out and talked with my mother in law had sold her on a (he needed a special fitting) that would be an extra $175, not covered under the home warranty plan. Obviously they had no idea I am a General contactor and can call them on their bull $#it. Unethical business practice amd i would severely warn anyone who's planning on using them to beware.. if they tried it with us, how many have they gotten away with??

late night call, was quoted 230, made an appointment for 12:30, plumber calls at 12:40 wait another hour and a half, oh, and the bait and swith price was more than double.

Jamie was on time performed all the usual G Brazil steps the booties the red carpet performed his inspections and gave us his recommendations and let us decide what needed to be done and when he had everything he needed to do the most important things so we decided to do two things right then and there the other is on my wish list for now . Jamie is our plumber we don't just have anyone when you find the right one you let them know and they will only send that person . Work is always done by someone my dog approves of
