I’m so impressed by the service! Omar was polite and helped me fully understand how the water heater works. He was extremely professional and I would recommend them to anyone!

Josh was great! He went around and checked all the water heaters even though I had no idea where they could be. He was very patient with me and honest. We had gotten a quote from other plumbers saying we needed to replace all 8.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They charged my credit card without approval while never providing a written estimate. They charged $900 for less than 5 hours of labor and a $45 part repair. A complete scam and should not be trusted.

I had submitted a request to my warranty company on 1/30/2021. I got a text that Moon Valley would come out on 1/31/2021. The tech called me that night (1/30/2020) and said he would “try” to be out there when they said they would. Okay. Didn’t hear from him or anyone else on 1/31/2021. It’s the weekend I get it. I call on 2/1/2021 (Monday) to see what is going on and talk to someone who had to research it and call me back. I called to follow up because I would like to get my day started despite the water leaking out of my front yard on to the street all weekend. I talked to Chris. She was curt and appeared to act like I was an inconvenience to her. Zero customer service on that call. I’m already frustrated no one followed up with me. Then I get to talk to someone who acts like I grew a third eye in the middle of my forehead. Nope. Not cool.



I understand warranty work pays low and isn’t a high ticket item but then don’t sign up to do it. I’ve now wasted almost 48 hours with water coming from my yard with a company who doesn’t care...

Anthony came out and installed a water softener, he was very professional, efficient and answer all of my questions as well as made sure I understood how to use the app prior to leaving.

Troy was excellent, knew his job, and did it very well !! He had a helper Eddie,who was a good worker also. Troy answered my questions and made sure I understood the system and work they were doing. Rating,1-10, there a 12. Keep and appreciate your workers. And Michelle was very reachable for questions also.

These guys are experienced; organized; on time; the communication is terrific; and they are efficient. The work they do is outstanding. JC is the best. He is our technician; very professional and personable. I won't use anyone else for this home. --- UPDATE JANUARY 2020 We have used them three times in the past few years; the latest yesterday. Let me say that their communication was excellent; that the service technician was very capable (Julio); and that the service they performed was outstanding. Their bill was reasonable for the work done; their advice was outstanding; and we will use them again. What did we have done? We had a kitchen sink under counter RO system removed and we had work done on our garbage disposal; and all the plumbing under the sink was checked, tied off, and repaired. 100% satisfied with these folks and especially with Julio who we will request perform needed services in the future. While we appreciate handymen and the work they do, when it comes to plumbing issues, we hire professionals; like Deer Valley.

Had our entire pluming redone fast and at a great price thanks to Tzvi. It’s always a gamble calling a new plumber but I’m thankful we called him. Will happily use his services again and will be highly recommending him to anyone I know.

Have used them many times and I am never disappointed. If you want it done right call them first!! Highly recommend!

Wow! What a great recommendation they will be for you! I have a friend who is a plumber. He is out of town so I hire @ChristianBrothersPlumbing. They quote me $1500 for a P-Trap replacement in the wall. Called Laszlos plumbing and they hooked it up! They came to do a snake job for me (I intended to install the new P-Trap myself) but Zultan was so nice, knowledgeable and helpful that I just asked him to do the install for me. Within an hour he completed the job better than the work Cristian Brothers has done for me in the past. And... for only a few hundred in comparison. Literally 1/4 the price. So thankful I found then on Google on a whim today! Thanks guys!

We had an emergency leak in our house last Friday evening and our house was flooding. We tried calling several emergency plumbing companies and this was the only one that called us back immediately. The person on the phone was very nice. They were out to our house very quickly and ahead of time. James and Josh were amazing!! They were very knowledgeable and fixed our leak very quickly. I highly recommend them!!
