After accidentally losing a very important necklace down the drain, I panicked. I called them before noon and they said they could have someone out between 2-4. They then called back about a hour later and said someone could be by at 1:30. I'm very grateful for the help they provided and how timely it all happened. Called for appointment to have water softener looked at Techs checked it out no issues and gave advise. Talked about our water heater which was 21 years old and decided to go with a Tankless water heater and have 3 house bibs replaced. Received the bid 2 hours later and scheduled 3 days out. The Techs were fantastic! The 1st call cost $179 and when done was under $5,000 we have hot water quickly throughout 5200 sq ft home. They also have a Service program for maintaining Tankless (Flush out mineral deposits) and change water filters which we will sign up for. Quality and Communication is what you can expect from this company.

I don't normally write reviews, but I have to give Stefan (Owner of Simba Plumbing) credit where credit is due. I hired him to first replace the polybutylene piping with PEX under my driveway that connects my house main to the city main. Stefan did such an amazing job, I called him back and hired him again to relocate my entire plumbing stack in the kitchen, as we relocated our kitchen island. This required cutting the concrete, relocating all the pipes to their new location and the filling in with cement. His work again was impeccable. He kept a clean job site, very thorough, and professional. Lastly, I just hired him again, to remove and replace our new Soft Water system. Stefan is professional, honest, and a hard worker. If you're looking for a plumber you can trust, has great prices, dependable and just an all around good person, hire Stefan. You will be happy you did. I will hire Stefan again for all of our plumbing needs.

Works amazing no longer clogged and drains perfect after him finding the issue and getting the job quick and professional!! Tzvi is responsive, trust worthy and so reliable. We have used many other plumbers only to find out they did the job incorrectly or had no idea what they were doing. Tzvi really know his trade and has resolved all our plumbing issues. His pricing is great and his knowledge even greater.

I decided to install an RO system. Seemed easy enough. I started on Friday night and quickly realized that due to my pipes, I was going to need assistance. On Saturday I contacted Smiley plumbing and was told someone would be there in one hour. Walt was there in about 40 minutes. He was kind and professional. He let me know the cost up front and took care of our system. While present, a concern about our disposal was made. We just moved into a new build and the previous tech left a plastic cover in the disposal. Walt was able to use a special tool and remove this. He was kind and did not charge for this. He helped to make sure our system worked prior to leaving. I appreciate Walt's assistance in this manner. Although this was not an emergency, he was quick to arrive and help take care of this work on a Saturday when he had other things to do. I recommend Walt and Smiley Plumbing.

Extremely quick response. Unclogged a complicated drain. Showed me what he was doing the whole time. I actually learned a lot. Couldn’t be more pleased with Zoltan from Laszlo’s. Highly recommended.
