They did a great job ! There was a lack of coordination with others Involved with the work to be done! Took a lot longer to get finished! All is done and I am happy.

Apparently they think it’s ok to park in Fire zones blocking fire hydrants and then when asked to move, like to run their mouths. Disrespectful, inconsiderate and unprofessional. “Please get me fired” he kept repeating. The attitude of people like this is the problem with society. People need to be held accountable for their actions. You can’t do whatever you want in life.

My experience started with Niki who was friendly and Knowledgeable. She scheduled Jared for the install at 2:00. He was early. Kept open communication. Finish install and let me know the job was done and my brother in law told him good job! From start to finish top notch!

We hired Parker and Son's to perform our annual maintenance on our Ecowater RO system, and Ecowater softener. We were referred to Aussie by another plumbing company who we normally use but was unavailable at the time we needed service. Aussie answered the phone when we called and was in constant contact via phone and text prior, during and after the service. They were called to check laundry tub which had overflowed to send a report to our insurance company. While here, I asked if they could do something about a singing toilet. They took the time to provide a quote, which was reasonable, and completed the work quickly. We have used them several times and would recommend them over plumbers in the City of Maricopa.

I’ve had Plumbrite out 3 times in the last year or so. They’re the only plumbing company I’ll use. They’re on time, every time and even more importantly they’re experts in their field. They get the job done quickly, efficiently and professionally.

I have worked with Valleywide Plumbing for the last 2 years. I have used them to fix issues with our plumbing in the bathrooms for our company. They have always responded in a timely manner & give me an eta on their arrival. They respond quickly usually out the same day depending on when the issue is reported but at least out the next day. I've worked with Patrick every time and he is always pleasant and very customer service focused. Good at evaluating what the problem is, offers solutions & recommendations to correct the problem. If parts need to be ordered, I receive a phone call immediately to give me an update.

Last year, we had a minor flood issue in the building from a tube that broke off the toilet over night. We called Valleywide Plumbing, Patrick came out immediately, fixed the problem with replacement tubing and took the initiative to locate & contact a water restoration company for me to start drying out the water damage.

Discount Rooter is the greatest. Steve showed up on time and did a great job solving a simple plumbing issue. The price was reasonable and he was very polite, fast and efficient in solving the stopped drain problem. A great plumber and a nice person.
