No one likes to find water leaking from their hot water heater. Originally, it was going to be 48hrs before someone was available, but Tracy called and said Colin was willing to come later that day. He was friendly, fast and even spotted a potential problem with the gas vent cover that required crawling on the roof in the dark. Maloney Plumbing is going to be my new “go to” plumber.

I have used Diamondback Plumbing several times over the last 14 years for my business and until this last experience have been happy with their employees and work. Just over 5 months ago I had to replace my commercial water heater. Diamondback Plumbing installed a new commercial grade water heater for just over $4700.00, but 2 days after installation the heater started to tilt so they came back out and with a little help from a hammer or wrench the water heater was sitting upright on the base( holes were made in the base for the legs to stick through, and there was dents on the side of the heater. I was assured that this would be ok and if not, I had a warranty. So last weekend March 23rd, 2019 the water heater started to leak, I called Diamondback and they sent someone out on Tuesday and told me that the tank did have leaks and that it would be replaced under warranty. Good news I thought, but after few heated telephone conversations going back and forth trying to find out when new heater will be installed. Apparently they were fighting with the manufacture, they hadn’t installed a commercial grade water heater back in October, they finally installed new heater on Friday. Saturday morning, I noticed that the hot water connector was leaking so again I had the pleasure of a telephone conversation with a representative from Diamondback Plumbing telling me that they would come out and fix the leak with new connectors but at a cost to me. I was taken back by this as I would have thought when they installed the heater on Friday, they would have replaced the connectors just like they did when they initially installed the heater 5 months ago. After several minutes of discussion, I reluctantly agreed just to pay for the parts ($78) and Diamondback Plumbing wouldn’t charge any labor. Well on completion of replacing the connect the invoice was presented with labor charge of $90 of course I was angry and confused just a couple of hours earlier we had agreed on no labor charge. The technician gave me some story that he had been to my business 3 time for this job will no pay and he had to go to north Phoenix to pick up the part which I thought should be standard on his truck.If Diamondback Plumbing had done the job right in the first place, then these return visits/issues/stress would not have happened.Very poor customer service with Diamondback Plumbing

I was very impressed by Alex in particular and his level of professionalism, expertise and responsiveness. He answered all of my many questions and did a great job hydrojetting my sewer line. The ability of the company to get me on the schedule quickly and the price were also great. Thank you kindly Moon Valley Plumbing. We were shown the old hardware that was broken after inspection for two of our sinks along with our outside main water valve. We took before and after photos of the completed work by our extremely knowledgeable tech with Deer Valley Plumbing! Hoses, caps, fixtures and a sink were all part of our service experience. The tech was helpful in educating us on different things along with correcting corrosion and multiple difficult tasks. I would highly recommend this technician to anyone through Deer Valley plumbing and would also recommend your company to everyone I know! I had a leaky toilet and called Rooter Ranger. Jarrod called me within minutes stating he was on his way. He found the leak and fixed it and haven't had any issues since. Great service and very professional.

I got qoutes in a few different places and they were the best value. They use quality pipe here and best of all gave me 50 yrs of warranty. All employees came in wearing their mask and explained everything clearly before starting any work.

I called Second Opinion Plumbing late evening and they came out the next morning first thing. Their response time was incredible and they fixed the problem within a couple hours. Our main line was blocked up and they cleared it and showed us what the issue was and how to prevent it in the future. Great work and highly recommend them.

We have used this company since we purchased our home in the fall of 2019, our home is nearly 5 yrs old, and this company installed the HVAC when home was being built . We have always had great service, ontime, professional , I feel a fair price, the technicians have always been care not to track in the house by wearing booties. Hugo just did our winter check up for our furnace, he made sure we understood how our system works and what we can do to make it work effeciently. I just made our appointment for our spring check up with Lacy in customer service , she also did a great job, I would give this company and it's employees high marks.
